Best pedicure Ive ever had. Everyone was so nice! Highly recommend.

My friends and I wanted to get our nails and toes done, but we couldn’t find a place to go. The last time we went somewhere we didn’t like it. We chose to go here, and we loved it! Thank you to Kaylee and Rose we had the best experience! They were so nice and welcoming. They did a great job, and it was affordable. We will definitely come back!

First time going to a salon in Amarillo and I’m so happy that I decided to come here. My husband and I both desperately needed manicures and both of our technicians were so patient, gentle and professional. Not once did I feel like they were rushing through the process and I was so relaxed. I can’t wait to come back here. My nail tech was Tommy.

I really like this place. Ive been there 4 or 5 times since February and hoped to make it my go-to nail place. However, the last time I had my nails done (shellac) 4 of my nails started chipping and peeling just 2 days later...he was nice and gentle, but he didnt go around the edges of my nails. No big deal, I just went in and explained and asked to have them fixed. The nail tech that was at the counter, not the usual girl that is there, was less than friendly about it. Like it was an inconvenience. She didnt speak to me at all, even when I tried to make conversation. Even so, I tipped her...becasue she does a great job... i just feel that in business, being polite is important, and she wasnt. I do love a girl there named Rose! She does great pedis and is so friendly and fun to talk to! But because of the last 2 experiences with customer service, Ive decided to go elsewhere. Also, they have a loyalty card...but they dont tell you about it. or offer it to you. I had to ask for one... kinda stinks since Ive spent 100s of dollars there in the last 4 months.

Weve been going to K&K for about 6 years now and no complaints! They have a great atmosphere with new massage chairs. Everythings always clean and neat. I havent had a nail tech that wasnt good.

We come through Amarillo twice a year so Ive visited several Nail Spas. This one is the BEST as far as m concerned & Im a retired Nail Technician. Theyre clean, efficient & very friendly. They also listen to what you want. Ive been there twice next & Ill continue to go back there whenever Im in town to visit family & friends.

First off we walked into this place and were treated in the most rude manner by the female with the braces working as the receptionist. Rude isn’t the word for it at all. Then $65 later, the calluses were not even removed on the feet. Horrible to say the least which is a shame. The lady who did my feet was nice, but that didn’t Make up for how we were treated... If it was because they were getting ready to close, they should have told us because we honestly had no idea. I’ve NEVER encountered someone that rude that’s supposed to be a “hostess”. The worst. Ever.

The best nail salon in the area! The location is large, its always well staffed with the kindest people, you cant get a better pedicure at such an affordable price anywhere else!

Love this place! The staff is so good. I alway like how they have a host for you right when you walk in, instead of just talking to you from their chair like most nail places do.

Got a pedicure from Tommy after work. I thought they might rush since it was a little less than an hour before they closed but Im in my last month of pregnancy and had a terrible week and my legs were so sore. Tommy did the best pedi Ive had in a long time! I feel he went above and beyond and I truly appreciate him for it. He also did a funky little Frankenstein design that turned out really good. I cant wait till next time and I definitely recommend Tommy and the other staff have always done good too. Its always clean and they are polite. Its not the same anywhere else.

This was the worst experience I ever had getting my nails done!!! After being there for 4.5 hrs. (thats right 4.5 hrs.!!!) because the girl completely botched my nails and the guy that mans the desk that I assume was the owner came over to correct her job and I had to soak off all nails from both hands. Between the chemical I soaked my fingertips in and the rough filing job done on my fingers my cuticles are raw, soar, and bleeding in a couple of spots. After all this I was still charged full price--not even a discount whatsoever. Needless to say I hope the $35 was worth it to them because they wont get anymore of my business. EVER AGAIN. Its definitely worth thinking twice before going there. If I could give NEGATIVE 5 STARS I would!! I will be reading the reviews regarding the next nail place I pick. If one does decide to try them all I can say is youve been warned and good luck. Your definitely going to need it.

Best pedicure in Amarillo! I highly recommend the lavender one. However I am sure no matter what you choose they will take excellent care of you!

I love getting pedicures here! It is ran very well! One of my favorite things is they give a short back message while your nails are drying@

I love my manicure! They did so good. My only complaint is that it took so long but other than that they had great service.

They are amazing!!! Great massages and after they are done giving you pedicure they rub you back while you feet dry! Highly recommend! Also a good note the keep their stations very well everything seems extremely clean!

Always enjoy this nail spa. I can go in without an appointment and receive prompt, polite service. I can even watch TV! K & K is just the place for me.

Not very happy, the last time I went to do my nails. I was asked to sit at a station and as I was waiting another customer came in and I was asked to move to another station. They attended a customer that got there after me first 😠. They had me waiting almost 30 minutes before a nail tech was able to do my nails. I didnt have a very good tech. My nails came lose a week after. I should have left to another place. Will not go there again.

Helen did my nails, and it was a a great experience! I got a gel manicure and had my eyebrows done within an hour, with great hand and back massages to accompany them!

Only giving 1 star because its required. The girl kept did not do what i asked her to do. Yes i had changed my mind a few times but i never hardly get my nails done and so i really wasnt sure...but once i was i showed her a pic and she started to do something else that looked horrible.... when i told her i didnt like it she threw a tantrum like a child and of course started speaking badly of me in her own language....the entire time someone else was removing her horrible work shebwas talking aggressively to the other nail techs and i just wanted to run....

Wont go back... worse mani/pedi ever.
