Manicure was rushed. The polish was not allowed to dry between coats and there was tons of bubbles and globs. I tired to correct this 3 times but the lady didnt see a problem with it. They wouldnt dry for 20mins. I paid my bill and left straight to home to strip and paint them myself. What a waste of money and time. Find a better place!

Anna does an amazing job and takes her time making sure you are happy with your nails. I wont let anyone else do my fingernails. Also everyone that I have had do my pedicures have done amazing. I wont go anywhere else for a pedicure.

Not a fan. It wasn’t very clean, it took 4 1/2 hours for a pedi and a fill... and my toe got cut up pretty good the paint job itself is a mess. There are much better places in Amarillo. My nails turned out fine I guess they’re shorter than I asked for but at this point whatever I guess. I don’t know how they have all these positive reviews... they also have all these sign about asking you to pay cash and have a atm there so you can... just avoid this place.

Tiffany did a great job on my nails! She was pretty gentle for the most part. And when she thought she may have hurt me, she looked genuinely concerned, and sorry. She was very friendly. She did a great job on my nails! The only thing I can complain about is... she made my pinky nail way longer than the others. I should have spoken up and asked her to trim it a little, that’s my fault. Other than that, I’m very pleased!My total was $57. I got old acrylics taken off, new ones put on, and the ombré design. So for anyone wondering about their prices, they aren’t bad!

My mom and I went there for a girls day, this was my first time getting my nails and toes done in over two years so I was very excited to have a relaxing afternoon without kiddo. Well that didn’t happen. The front desk assistant was managing all the people coming in and where they were going to sit for their services. She was forgetting who was first and who is getting what done, the other workers started to get mad at her and they did a full-blown fight argument in the lobby in front of everyone. Not only did that happen but my feet were burned by the water and the water was almost overfilled by her walking away after turning it on for a pedicure. Just an overall not a good experience. I definitely will not be going to this place again.

I have been to this salon multiple times and the employees are very sweet but the manager or owner, whatever she is, is so rude and ugly to the employees. She is the one with short blonde hair, always wearing high heels, and dressed up. I have witnessed her yell and argue with her employees 3 times since I’ve been there now. The first time it happened she turned on the water to the pedicure chair and didn’t turn it off, which in turn caused it to overflow and spill and she took it out on a lady who was busy giving a pedicure to someone else. She argued, and yelled at her and it was very obvious they were fighting, I went again yesterday with my husband for a pedicure and after waiting for almost an hour for them to get started on me, a very sweet young man did my pedicure, massage, and polish and he was amazing and gentle, and I loved the way he took his time doing the polish. She was clearly upset that he was taking his time with me because they close by 5 and it was already 15 min passed, she yelled at him, he said something back, and they went back and forth which caused him to stand up and leave. I looked over at another worker while this was happening and she was just staring at me as if asking for help, I felt so bad. I can no longer support a business who treats their employees this way it is DISGUSTING and although I don’t speak the language it is very obvious That the environment here is toxic and it’s so uncomfortable.

I will never go here again, if I could do zero stars, I would. The lady that did my nails did not ask me the link I wanted and also she did nothing like the picture I showed her. She was also very aggressive and when I asked her a question she Ignored me. Trust me don’t waste your money here.

I got the dipped nails today. Theyre very lumpy not straight and I can see my nail on the end cause color is too thin. They were very nice people but dont think Ill be back. :(

The woman who did my nails was very pushy about what she wanted. I wanted lighter more pastel colors and she kept trying to convince me to get bright neon colors. The tips of my nails are bigger and bulkier than what I asked and when I showed her the reference picture of the flowers I wanted she said “I don’t do these flowers” and did a completely different flower.

I usually enjoy going here but the lady who was doing my Pedi was rushing extremely fast and cut me pretty bad on one of my toes and I was bleeding and then she cut me again and took half of my nail off my big toe and poured blue iodine stuff on it and was arguing with the manager and when she took off the divider for my toes she was so mad she ripped it off very quickly not even looking and took some of the nail polish off and wasn’t paying attention at all. This is the 2nd time they have cut me and I won’t be returning.

Ive been to many nail spas. The service was impeccable, they were so kind and pampered us. My gel, they last for 3 weeks, flawlessly!10/10 would recommend to everyone!

When we went here both times, a year apart, the manager screamed at her employees. The first time (summer 2020) the manager grabbed a tech by the arm and made her cry. This time, she was over my sister’s shoulder yelling, who is 15 by the way, which distracted the tech and made her cuticles raw. He left due to this heated conversation and another tech finished, who was extremely rough as well. Both times took over 2 hours for an acrylic set, which wouldve been fine if it wasnt such a hostile environment. It’s an extremely unprofessional environment and left us feeling awkward and wanting to leave halfway through. We initially thought it was just a bad day for the manager, but after our two experiences and reading the reviews, we will not be returning.

The ladies that did our nails were very nice but here is where we werent satisfied; We made a appointment for 3 to have them done at the same time 1 got started and finished before the other 2 got finished and all three of our nails got messed up before we left. I dont think we will be returning

Honestly they were nice but the timing and the quality of the service was not good!! I went in there with two friends this evening I got a full set and so did one of my friends && it took over two hours for mediocre ugly nails . By the shape to the way they look in general was horrible and for $70 with no designs or jewels? I could’ve went somewhere else. & my friend got just a color change it was $30!!!!!!! And they made us use an atm even though we could’ve run our cards as credit because they weren’t ‘taking debit cards’ 01/10. Don’t go here

Very unprofessional we pay almost 200 dlls and no set of nails done (just color) if we want gel color another 20lls extra (each)and the one she did to me not even finished(Not even a shape)When i asked why was so much she was rude, overbearing.the owner or manager pulled from the arm one of her workers and started yelling at her very bad,, she was crying.they started to fight in front of everyone.I give the 5 stars only this comment can be on top.But honestly i regret being there i was trying to spend good quality time with my sister and they treated her so bad because she didnt speak English 😪Pd.I dont mind if we pay..but at least has to be good job o better..some respect

I had a wonderful experience. Took my son and fiancee, all 3 got pedicures and Jada and I got our nails done. They were fast and did a wonderful job.

The guy who did my nails was great, amazing shape and everything, but the lady who came over to help with the design told me no when I asked for her to do it in the middle. She put it on the side, not even on the opposite side to make the mhm symmetrical.

I’m not normally one to complain. Yesterday, I went in to get acrylics. My nail tech was Tony. I showed Tony a picture of what I wanted and he started. When he started using the saw thing on my cuticles, I kept pulling my hand back because it hurt, yet he kept doing it. Onto my acrylics. I asked for coffin shape. Some of my nails are coffin shape, others are not. The design was super simple. Matte black, with triangle shiny tips and my ring fingers a natural color with black triangle tips. I ended up staying in there for over 2 hours to get something that I’m not happy with at all. Tony was unable to do my design, so the lady next to him attempted. She clearly was unhappy with Tony’s work and she tried her best to make it a little better. I left with my cuticles bleeding. It took two nail techs to do a simple design and it still wasn’t done right. We were still charged full price for it too (which was ridiculous)

It was huge and had great service. My nails were happier than I was. The experience was relaxing and super anti-stressing. It was very easy to see and hear the TV and the music. The water was the perfect temperature.P.S. Ask for Tina, she is the best!

The owner was not professional at all. I went in with a gift certificate I had received, mind you my daughter also had gotten a pedicure as well as my oldest a fill. I had waited my turn to get my nails done for almost 2 hours. The owner kept telling me 5 more minutes as I noticed everyone else that came in had gotten worked on before me. Most of them walk ins. I finally told her just forget it my kids were already done.She then said now we can do your nails.Hell no lady 😤. She then tried to slip me a $5 coupon and said for next time you come.I said you can keep that $5 I wont be back!!

I went in yesterday, staff was friendly & pedicure was great. Unfortunately, less than 24 hours after my manicure is already starting to chip. I don’t do excessive work, just light house work. Simply disappointed. If I go back, I’ll be sure to ask for a more long-lasting polish.

Me and my friend went to get acrylics on just our two big toes and they said it will be $10 each toe so in total it should’ve just been $40 in all not $40 each so we sat down lady who did my toes decided to do as she wanted and just put powder and not the acrylic nail but still charge me for acrylics came to the end time to pay the lady told us it was $40 each when we first got there she CLEARLY SAID $40 in all they charged both of us for basically a full set of acrylics when we only got our big toes and when complained about it they made excuse after excuse not coming again after today’s experience 👎🏼

The best salon Ive found in the city. Great selection of colors and corresponding gel colors. The woman did a great job on my gel manicure, was very gentle and very attentive for each layer of polish, even listening to a few of my pickier moments and adjusting accordingly. She was also adamant about keeping my nails under the light for two cycles and didnt want me to immediately leave because I might mess up my pedicure, which I really appreciated. Ill be back.

Been coming here for around 1 years and never have a complaint. My manicurist and her team are amazing and my nails always last forever. Gel and regular polish selection is off the chain and the pedicure messages always put me to sleep. This is a must have place visit if you need good pampering! Thank you this place!!!!
