I’ve gone to this nail salon only a couple times. The first time I went they did a GREAT job! Honestly it was one of the best sets I’ve ever had. But the second time… Tony did my nails. Not only was he super unfriendly, kinda rough. He also rushed through my nails I feel like. Almost all my nails have little smudges, and the shaping is kinda of weird. He also left black all over my fingers, I then had to scrub it off before I went into work… not sure if I’ll go again.

I love my nails and the guy that did them! He was quick, efficient, and he asked what I wanted instead of just assuming. The pic I am posting is a week old. I will be going back to get a pedi and my nails redone!

They are very fast the nails are good for the price & efficiency . i usually pay around 40-50 it’s also very nice inside and clean. i’ve had a few times when the colors i picked on the fake hand turned out completely different when they applied the acrylic to my hand not sure why.

Absolutely the worst set of nails I’ve ever seen and absolutely the worst customer service. My teenage granddaughter had her nails done and $50 later and a so what about her dissatisfaction acting like they couldn’t understand because of the language difference. WOW I guess all you have to do is act like you don’t understand and your lack of quality and service is ok.

Took them over 45 mins to even get to start my pedicure was there for total of 2 hours rude staff and customer service

I came in to get a pedicure and I was next in line and they immediately skip me and let 2 other people in front of me. I waited patiently as soon as he got to me I asked for dip and they kept insisting that I didn’t need it but i came in for my toes to be done the way I wanted. The man give me a massage and tells me to wait another 30 mins for my dip. They didn’t do anything I asked.

I would not recommended this place. I went into to get dipped nails. I am not pleased with how they turned out. They are super thick, and I expressed I was unhappy about the thickness. They did not do anything about it. I spent 45 dollars to go home and redo them.

They don’t listen to what you want. They rush you in picking out colors. They rush through everything. Very dissatisfied with my toes and my nails. Not at all the one color I chose for both. They are both 2 different colors from the actual color I wanted. I will not spend my money there again!

They rushed me threw everything i was so uncomfortable no one wanted to do my flowers on my manicure a lady came and left and then another lady came and left and then the other lady came back and when i went to pay the guy who did my my nails (not the flowers ) said 45 and i said okay gave him 45 and 5 tip and the lady in front telling me something else so i gave her another 10 and she gave me 5 back. not even a week later my nails brokei will not go back 😤

My daughter treated me to a manie/pedi not only was it a new experience it was a great one too !! It was fun and the ladies in the pedi area were good at their jobs !! Then it turned out I got this sweet man who did my nails did a wonderful job took his time and was very nice !! Turned out he was the owner Tim !! I was very honored by that !! Thanks to all for my great time !! We will go back they are GREAT !! 🤩🤩🤩

I have been toParadise many times. This recent time (today) I waited for 54 minutes before I had to walk out. Everytime I go I have to wipe down the massage remotes/arm rests most of the time they’re actually sticky. I communicated me only having 1.5 to be in and out. They said they’d take care of me so I sat down. There were 6 people giving pedi’s. When the first two left the workers disappeared. I then continued to wait, 30 min goes by and my family arrives they seat my brother and start working on him. I then mention how I’ve been there for now 45 min. *crickets I decide to leave and ask my daughter to put on her shoes. Walking out they had every excuse but yet no one ever came to help.

Horrible experience. Not only was the wait so long but the guy who did my nails was so rude and apparently he was the boss. He kept having an attitude and getting someone else to do it. When I went it to get them taken off Bc they were horribly done the lady at front had such a bad attitude and kept laughing in my face saying that she will never apologize on behalf of the shop. I’ll never go back and I will spread the word

It was my daughters birthday so I took her, my niece and I to go get pedicures done, I chose them because they had the most reasonable price for a kids pedicure. We were greeted fairly quickly when we walked in, they asked what we wanted, we said three pedicures, they started speaking in their language and then pointed to where we needed to go to pick out their colors. They had no variety whatsoever in colors to pick from. But we picked our colors and sat to wait. We waited probably 10 minutes before the showed us what chairs we could sit in.. then we sat in the massage chairs with no water filled up... No one talked to us for the next 25 minutes. No one asked us if we wanted a beverage or something, they had no one come fill up our water bowls with hot or warm water, we just sat there!! I gave them 30-40 minutes of our time that we didnt have to and no one took any seriousness in our giving them business. So after waiting, I told the girls we were leaving. I left the nail polishes there and we walked out. There were two guys who said, Oh we do you right now, right now! and I said No thanks, weve been waiting 25 minutes and thats long enough! by the time we go to the door, ONE lady told us that she was so sorry... Out of that an entire store, one lady seemed compassionate and looked like it was their fault. I will never go back. That was ridiculously stupid and there is no reason why any nail place should not have nail bowls filled and ready for the clients and customers. Even if they are a walk in! And have some courtesy to ask if they need a drink or anything? Take some notice in your customers!!! 1-10, I am giving them a 1... Thats how displeased I was with this visit!

I have lots of nice things to say about this place. First, I had heard from two friends that this place was reputable. The atmosphere is very comfortable, clean, and spacious. The nail techs are super sweet and very attentive. I really love the massaging chairs. After receiving a beautiful pedicure for me and my mama, I must say that my friends were right.

I’ve been here three times. The first time I got fake nails and they weren’t that bad other then some of the nails where textured instead of smooth, the second time I got a pedicure and it wasn’t anything to rave about other then how beautiful the room is, but I did get one of the cheaper ones. The third time though was absolutely awful. I came in a few hours before closing for refills on my last nail visit, and I got the man who seems to run the place. When I got him I assumed I was in good hands but he rushed my nails as if I came in 5minutes before close. He tried to tell me that the color from my last set would still be there until I asked why he couldn’t make a thicker coat, then when he filed my nails and took of my cuticle he was extremely rough. He left the tops of my fingers raw, it’s been a whole day and they’re still red. On some of my nails he even changed the ‘almond’ shape to a round shape. The job was completely inconsistent. I was very frustrated.

Best nail place in town!!!

I paid $32 for my toes done and it looked like a five year old did them . I showed her the picture and she gave me the complete opposite. On top of that she tried to fix it with a rhinestone and it came off as soon as I put my shoes on will never come back don’t waist you’re time go to sense nails on 34th!!

I wont be coming back here..woman rushed through my nails after i asked if I could wait for someone else.. when her appointment came in early she tried to rush even more.I do you nail! Is what she told me. When she finished my nail, they were crooked, uneven and very poor quality.. I had to file my nails myself to get them even.

OMG, They did so good just a little longer in the nail than I thought but that was my doing. Took us right in. My nails are crooked. But if you are looking for totally clean utensils I wouldnt suggest paridise nail n spa .

My mother and I go almost every other weekend. The rates are pretty good, I always get a manicure and I usually get designs on all my nails and its only $8. The artists are extremely talented when it comes to designs. And the fans and UV lights they use to dry your nails makes your manicure last even longer. The wait for us at the most is maybe 10 minutes, they do amazing work for such a liitle wait time.

, I travel all the time. So I go to a lot of different spas. This place went above and beyond its a little pricier but completely worth it The Rocks the hot wax amazing.

We called in an appointment for a party of 10. When we arrived, not everyone was seated and taken care of. The nails were decent, but not at all the standard I expected. We ended up spending three and a half hours on what should have taken an hour and a half. Overall, time was managed very poorly and the nails were not very pretty.

I went last week to go get my nails filled and i had Kim. She cut into my nail bed, she left one color on my nail and just painted over it she screwed up the line for the tips its all wack I told her I dont like it can u redo it and she said no so I paid not thinking because I was so mad. I left and then called up there and a guy answered and said if u will come back and let me look I will handle it so I went back and this lady delt with me and was rude and said I couldnt have a refund or nothing else so I went to my car and answered a call then I had a guy come to my car and asked what happened I explained and he said can u write your number and name down and I will have manager call you. Well its been a week and I still havent got a phone call Im never going back!!!!!!!!!!

Went to this place to get a full set the lady was very rude didnt talk and rushed . I started noticing with in a week my nails were lookig like a light orange mind you I got like a coral it was starting to look ombre. Another week passed and I went to the original salon I go to to get a new set, when the lady was taking my acrylic nails off my nails were yellow. Yellow ! I was so angry with the previous salon they turned my nail bed yellow the product they used was either cheap, old, or just not compatible. Ate threw my nails.Horrible never going again. Have to wait till it goes away ..

Kim was stylist, she cut my daughters nail bed bad. The work lacked the quality that we were used to. When we expressed that we didnt like it she just shrugged. They did not offer anything except to redo that finger, it was already cut we didnt want to damage it any further. They would not reimburse us any part of it or give discpunt for future or anthing.

I was getting my nails painted while an older lady was getting hers done next to me from a male employee. She proceeded to ask him his name so she could call and request him the next time she wanted her nails done. He jokingly told her it was jack Daniels then she ask repeatedly for his real name to which he finally replied mike she said whats your last name and he said pootang. So basically he pulled the old mike hunt joke on an innocent lady who payed him 60 dollars for crappy nails, and unprofessional service, she clearly had no idea what he meant but the rest of his fellow employees did because they all started laughing. After i left i called the manager who didnt seem concerned with it one bit. They have lost my service.

Everyone was friendly and the prices are great for what you get. Definetly gonna be my new go to salon.
