Got my nails done for my wedding and I absolutely love them!!

Best pedicure I have gotten in a while. Nina is great and really cares about her customer. I told her I had sensitive skin and she made every effort to make sure I was comfortable and relaxed. I found my favorite pedicure place. Nina is my girl!

The place was nice the did my nails really fast I had them done on Sunday September 19 and it’s the 25 and this nail is already lifted like it already about to fall off

I love the people and this place! The owners are very good at knowing who you are and asking how we are. I have never had bad service here as always feel at home. If I need anything fixed, they will fix it with no cost. Love my Lucky Nail people!

First, and only, time here. This place came recommended by several people I know. Did not show me where to go. Just said go on to the back. Left wax on my face and clothes. Not friendly. I just went in to get lip and chin waxed and felt like I was an intruder. Won’t return.

If you have a specific nail design in mind, even with a picture DO NOT GO HERE! I requested the same SHAPE, LENGTH, and DESIGN as the picture I had. I was told they could do it. My nails look NOTHING like what I requested. They are thick, too short, and look NOTHING like what I requested. DO NOT GO HERE FOR A MANICURE!!!!!!! Waste of time (2 hours) and money!

Before doing anything I asked if they had time to do 3 sets of nails at the same time, they said yes, so we went and found our colors, and sat down. They got to my girls right away, but I sat ignored for 45 minutes. No one said a word to me until I got up and went and sat in the waiting chairs. The nails they did on my girls were sloppy and charged 60 dollars for a very simple design.

My first visit here and I was so satisfied I will definitely be back. The owners are so nice and professional the place is so clean and relaxing. Today I only had a full set of nails done I was so happy how beautiful my nails look. Andy did an awesome job. I will get the pedicure at my next visit. This place was recommended by a friend of mine cause I was no longer satisfied with the place I used before. Im so happy my friend sent me here. This will definitely be my place for a long time. Great place to get yourself a pedicure and manicure

Great place to get nails and pedicures. They do a good job but I gave them three stars due to cleanliness. Not once since going back post-covid lockdown have I been asked to wash or sanitize my hands before sitting at a table where they would immediately start using drills that I’m not sure are sanitized regularly enough. Of course you hope people are accountable enough but you can’t be sure. their cleanliness practices need to be updated!

They made us wait three times the estimated wait time (1 and a half hours). They were rude when we tried to ask how much longer we had to wait. When it was finally our turn to go they didn’t file, cut, buff, or prep our nails at all. They didn’t even do two coats or a clear a clear coat. When we asked them to fix it or we wanted a refund they aggressively scrubbed our polish off and threw the paper shoes away. Then, they pulled out our money and threw it on the table. I will never go there again and I suggest you don’t either.

The very best place to go!! Very sweet staff! Just got a pedi and dipped nails 😍 they did amazing work. Now a have a nail place that I will always go to.

I came in with a broken nail I wanted fixed. Not only did Andy take his time, he nailed it! Its a shame my whole set was from a less talented salon. I cant wait to come back to get REAL GOOD QUALITY service. So smooth and no bumps in acrylic. And they have fair prices

I took my Mother and I to get pedicures for Mother’s Day and let’s just say I wasn’t very pleased with my experience. Don’t get me wrong my nails looked great when it was all said and done. But the man I had just got to business and got done with his job. I was going to treat myself and spend more money to get the deluxe pedi. But he didn’t want ever ask me what I would like to get. He didn’t really ask me anything at all. Meanwhile my mom was getting asked many questions to ensure her business was taken care of well. She did get the deluxe and she was also offered drinks and whatnot. I on the other hand was not. And really it’s not too big of a deal my nails looked great in the end but I would of appreciated a little more communication and consistency between the employees.

Nice place friendly staff, first time getting eyebrows and nails done there will most definitely go back

Peaceful, clean setting. My nails ALWAYS come out looking nice and sharp. For acrylic sets, I recommend Courtney, Andy or Mike. For pedicures, I would recommend Kevin. Ive been coming here for over a year and have not been disappointed once.

They are so unprofessional I made an appointment and I got there 15 minutes early and I waited 45 minutes she vanished after asking me what I needed done. So I asked where did she go and I was told she had an eyelash extension come in what A JOKE! ALL THEY ARE ABOUT IS$$and they are always rushing

I have been coming here for 2 years and love the fact I can walk in get any technician and they are all wonderful. Courtney and Andy are my favorite personally! I highly recommend this place for a clean, friendly, experience.

Very good and always helps me to chairs because of a surgery. I need to get back but have been out of town and if course the closures. I miss them all.

I ALWAYS have the most perfect nails when I leave this establishment. Jennifer is amazing and such a sweet heart. She listened to every detail I wanted on my nails. Wow can she also give you an amazing pedicure as well. I have always had issues with ingrown toe nails and she made sure that I didnt have the problem at all. I must say I have been to other places in Amarillo for my nails but this is my GO TOO!! If you want great service and also sanitized and clean I highly recommend Lucky Nails and Spa!!!

My last visit was a disaster the nail tech did not know what she was doing and ended up cutting a piece off of my toe and then just turned around and was going to put nail glue on it to keep it from bleeding and I wouldnt let her and I asked for a Band-Aid and she just turned around and started working on another client. So I debated whether to go back but I did and Linda did a great job cutting out an ingrown toenail and generally giving a very good pedicure today Im happy to be back. But I was seriously thinking of going someplace else.

I love this place!! They get me right in, no waiting at all! Andy usually does my nails, he is so AWESOME!! My nails are ALWAYS perfectly beautiful!! I get the dip, they NEVER chip or lift!! Prices comparable to any other place. The guy who did my nails wasnt the most friendly, but the lady who did my daughters was sweet to her. Had my nails dipped and has stayed very well for about 3 weeks now- no chipping or lifting. Will definitely go back to this one!Update 7/7/17Just went back and had my nails dipped again. This time had Amy do my nails. She did a wonderful job - quite the perfectionist! Definitely a great place to go!

My new nail salon💖💖💖Nails on my right hand are ok. I think my nails are wider than left. Also design nail seems longer. But to be fair i damaged my real nail a few years ago . so it grows odd.. My left hand is perfect.

Dont bother. My pedicure chipped the next day, and the girl couldnt do the design I asked for (hearts on my big toe). Instead I left with one vaguely heart-shaped blob on each big toe. Furthermore, I scheduled an appointment and waited thirty minutes past my appointment time while they helped two people ahead of me... so whats the point of an appointment?

My mother, 2 sisters and I went in for pedicures, and one sister had her nails done. I am very particular, and so it is hard for me to find a place, been salon hopping for years now, after my regular lady moved. I think I have found my new place, all pedicures were wonderful, and my sisters nails were done very well. Im going in to get mine done today. Clean, and organized, and very friendly staff.

This was my 1st visit here; in the process of looking for somewhere new to get manicure service with a design. The lady Linda did a very good job. She does a nice job with the nail art. I will be going back. This may be my new nail spot, Linda.

Ive been to better salons...The owner Courtney has a snobbish and artificial personality. She thinks her nail salon is the best in Amarillo. She doesnt want her techs to take their time on their clients nails, but rush to get client after client in the chairs like hot potatoes without providing quality nail care and work. This is a practice quite common in nail salons these days, which isnt surprising, but when you have returning customers with longevity and loyalty, this is not a good practice to hang on to because just as there many nail colors to choose from, so are there nail salons. After being a long time regular going there and being rushed with my nails, I parted ways with this salon, quit giving them my business, and moved on! When you discriminate and dont value the customers that bring you business through word of mouth, you prevent growth for the business and an exceptional quality experience for your nail techs!

Very clean; peaceful. Great pedicure. I especially liked that they didnt pressure me to get more than I came in for (add manicure, designs, etc). Good pricing. Ill be back!

My favorite place to go! They have many experienced nail technicians and are always nice. Courtney, Andy, and Kristen do a wonderful job everytime!

Service is very hit and miss. One time Ill get the full works with the manicure with message and lotion on my hands the next time Ill just get nails. Some times they will ask if i would like a drink. I miss Sonny she was the best and always took her time on delicate designs.

I have been to 3 different nail salons here in amarillo Zen nails,ravens and his and hers. Every single one of the places I named didnt do a good job my nails were always crooked not all the same length. I work with my hands so my nails looking nice is a must for me. I went to his and hers on May 3rd,2019 the color of my nails was great but the look of my nails was horrifying. So I came to lucky nails I walked in and was told to pick a color on the wall and that someone would be with me they werent to busy so I didnt mind. I picked 2 colors and I got a woman named Kirsten and let me tell you I will be back because of you Kirsten I told her about my experiences at these other places and she made sure my nails were done how I wanted them to be. Thank you so much Kirsten for doing amazing job on my nails I will be back to see you in 2 weeks!

My first time going here was with a friend and the nail tech cut my friends finger pretty bad and did not apologize so that was not good but the second time I went, Overall my experience was okay. My nails aren’t the worst but they’re thick and lumpy on some. The people were very pushy and I felt like they just wanted to get them done and move on as quickly as possible, Even if it means bad quality nails. I originally picked a mint green color but when she put it on my nails it was weird. Dark in some places and lighter in others. She told me to pick out a different color and stood by me the whole time ( which to some might not be too bad but to me seemed very pushy) when it came time to pay she charged me 5 extra dollars because she had to redo 2 nails with the new color. Honestly would not recommend this place.
