Every time I go in here I am greeted immediately! I’ve never had to wait too long as a walk in. Typically I am offered something to drink and there is always something good on TV there... they have little candy bowls by the nail drying area plus a nice selection of polish- which who doesn’t love that ;) they work in a larger team on weekends to fulfill higher volume customer needs.

Service was ridiculously slow! The foot soak for the pedis was Luke warm at best.. they did NOT know how to do any nail designs.. they had stickers... WTH?!? Ive never experienced this before.. the solar nails didnt even last past a few days... This is NOT the first time that I have had my nails done. My sister had a Friend that highly recommended this place... So disappointed... We will NEVER come back .. save your time and your money... They do NOT know how to do nails.

Love my nail tech Wendy. She is so detailed and always does a great job. My nails never lift! She is very sweet and kind.

The manager is very rude. I went to go fix my nail that just popped off, they treated me like I did something horrible. Then the person who fixed it never sat down, half did my nails and it looked horrible. She didn’t even shape it the way my other nails are. When I told her no I’m not happy... three people came to look at it and one girl said “well not everyone is going to do the same nail shape”. It looked like a five year old girl did my nail. Never again do I need to be treated so rude! I paid $60 for a horrible nail experience. Wish we had better salons in Amarillo. I should report them to BBB.

I went in for a full set w acrylic nails, as I sat down they handed me a menu with barely ANY colors. They said they had more color options in the dipnail. ANNOYING. They were super short when I wanted LONG and asked for long, the shape was not what I asked for. DO BETTER. Paid $40 bucks for nails I could of gotten at Walmart. Do not waste your time here

This is my number one place. I love the people there and how they want to conversate with you. They do a great job on my nails.

Got a pedicure there and they did not use sanitizer nail equipment (nail clippers, etc.) I noticed their tools were not pre packaged, nor were they soaking in a sanitizing jar. Later that week after getting my pedicure, I got a fungus on my toe from their unsanitized tools!

Services are rushed and management is exceedingly rude and unprofessional. Worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had.

We were finishing up a few minutes before closing time and felt very rushed. The guy even hit my foot with a mop. 🙄 Also depending on who you get, the pedi can be rough, and the no-polish manicure didn’t include buffing.

The first time I went I got nails put on and they were very blocky and not pretty. Then I went with my mom to get my eyebrows done and they took of my arch on one of my eyebrows and made them different lengths. I’ll never go again.

I asked for a very simple design and she did not even do one of my fingers, and the design looks very unprofessional, it does not look good at all. I am super upset with my experience.

I’ve been coming here since a little after they opened. The staff is always super nice, although they can be short (but what Asian isn’t short mannered at times). 😉 the pedicures are always amazing and they can do ALMOST any design that you ask for. The prices are reasonable for what service you choose. The place is always clean and they have so many colors to choose from, even basic polish. I’ll be coming here forever!

Loved this place! Four of us got a pedi and they were really thorough and deep in massaging my legs and feet. Most places they just run my legs for 3 minutes and then they stop. Kelli dug out all the nasty stuff under my nails and it all feels so amazing. I love that they take their time and ask if we need anything more. What made it better is that it was $7 cheaper than the last place I went in town.

I have been a customer of Zen since they opened. Over the past year I have noticed a continual decline in service. I continued to return thinking that maybe it was me, or maybe just the person that I got.Today started when they confused the pedicures between my mother and I. By the time we realized it was too late to change. It continued to decline from there. The cleaning and shaping of the toenails was poorly done. All the steps of the pedicure were rushed through. My heels are just as rough as they were when I went in. I had polish on multiple toes that was never cleaned up.I had a regular manicure done which maybe lasted five minutes. She asked if I wanted a color on my nails which I declined but she didn’t even put on clear coat. She had moved onto the next person before I could even ask her to do that. When I got home I had to re-file my nails because several had jagged edges.I have always loved going to Zen but I have to say, if this was the first time I ever went I would never go back. Hopefully they will return to the good service that we were once used to getting. For now though I will look for a different nail salon.

I really enjoy visiting this salon, the only reason I am giving them four stars is because they are always busy! Which may not be a bad sign however I am always in a hurry. I have a salon down the street from my house but I prefer to visit Zen because they always do such an amazing job. It is perfect for big groups due to the size but scheduling an appointment is recommended.

This nail salon is always way too busy, and rushing. Workers are not professional and can be very rude. I went the other day and the man who was doing my nails was in such a rush and filed not only one, but two of my fingers raw until they started bleeding! He didnt even mind cleaning my fingers, or to either to use a different file on the next customer! The last time i came they cut my cuticle. I do not recommend coming to Zen. Very disappointed with my experiences here.

I’ve been going to this salon for a while and I’ve never had a bad experience but today I had a “new tech”. She was unstable with the drill, cut me twice and cut my nails to short, also she couldn’t speak English so she literally didn’t know what I was saying the whole time. Won’t be back, but they are usually great and get me out fast. 😤

BEYOND DISAPPOINTED!! I come here quite often but have never experienced this.My nail tech was extremely rude she answered 2 phone calls and a FaceTime call while doing my nails, she also stopped doing my nails to have a conversation with the nail tech next to her. I told her I wanted oval and she did 50% oval and 50% square.They are incredibly ridged and the only good thing about them is the color.

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I took my two daughters for “manicures” today. But unfortunately only one of us received a manicure, the other two only gel color. Since when does manicure mean color only? When we questioned the nail tech she was defensive, unapologetic, and very rude. Absolutely NO SERVICE RECOVERY skills! Needless to say, I nor my daughters will be returning. Furthermore, I will advise everyone of my friends to take their business elsewhere. Very unprofessional despite a lovely appearing establishment. I predict they will not be in business long with this LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I went with a friend that had been to this establishment several times. They got us right in but my lady Kay was rough, burned me several times while grinding off my dip. Even after I pulled away saying ouch, never apologized. She then asked if I wanted my nails shorter. I said a tiny bit. She cut the first nail almost to the tip of my finger and said good? TOO late if it wasnt. Then she cut the sides down... Every finger was crooked. I was upset but the owner was on the phone yelling at someone that she had no time for them and how they werent listening... sorry for the rant...I will not be back!

I had the worse experience today. I have been to Zen multiple times over the last couple of years. Today my fingers were cut MULTIPLE times bad enough they were bleeding. The nail tech was using the Dremel tool and got way way too close to my cuticles and cut open my thumb all the way around and cut multiple other sections out of other nails. I understand mistakes happen but multiple cuts on multiple fingers?!? It’s ridiculous. I went to pay and they blamed me because I have “dry cuticles”. No this has NEVER EVER happened to me before. I also was with 2 other people getting my nails done and they were never cut either. I have never experienced anything like this before so when I went to pay I nicely told them I was upset with the service. The lady at the front went to get another woman from the back and she had a very sassy attitude with me telling me it was my fault and would only give me 20% my service. I was so mad and upset I just wanted to leave. If I could attach pictures of my fingers I would. I am now worried about them getting infected from the cuts. I will never be back. I do not recommend this salon.

Lovely salon….however, I wasnt happy with my nails…my manicurist was evidently amused with my own nail polish I brought….Zoya Naked Manicure in Bare….asked me twice if I really liked it?? and I said, Yes, its my polish…of course I like it….I dont like a dark color.My nails were partly squared, partly round, not matching, but I completely realize that this was just one person, not the whole salon. Its a nice place and I may return…maybe. I DO hope that they do well!

The place seems nice when you walk in but then the employees are rude. Seem annoyed, irritated, and perturbed... Like you are a bother to them. They didnt manicure the nails before doing dip. I would never recommend this place and I will never come back.

Definitely the worst service I’ve ever had in my life. Me and my mother went to go get our nails done here and I spent $50 to get my nails done and three of them fell off the next day. They rushed so much they didn’t even care about service or quality. The whole time they would say rude comments and give dirty looks. The moment we walked a majority of the workers gave us dirty looks. We proceeded to get our nails done even though we knew there was already red flags. The lady doing my nails she placed a towel underneath my hands and she ripped it from underneath me while my hands were placed on it without asking or anything then wiped her seat off with the towel. And then placed it back under my hands. When she was doing my nails she clipped them without asking me the length. I like my nails long and she cut them short and continue to do it. She then at one point Looked me in the eyes and said in the rudest possible way “can you stop moving” and rolled her eyes. my moms guy that was doing her nails said to her “you don’t know what an oval shape is? “. And started laughing. she does but she just didn’t know what he was talking about. She was very aggressive and she kept pulling my hand towards her and she at one point was so aggressive with my nail it started bleeding and she was irritated about it. She tried to get Us out of there as fast as they could. Seriously do not ever go to that place.

Visited here from out of town and had an amazing experience! Super clean and relaxing environment for one of the best pedicures I have ever had!

Given this place several chances. With each experience I was shocked at the lack of customer service and just friendliness in general. My nails were sub par. My daughter went today and waited for an hour and a half with no one even acknowledging her. When she told them she was leaving- they were rude and basically said- see ya!! I will never give them my money again- Relax is such a better establishment and atmosphere!! Lesson learned!!

My nails and toes look amazing we didnt have an appointment on a busy day but they got us right in. The facility was clean and up to date. The pedicure was cheaper than my old place and just as good and the staff was very friendly!

My friend wanted to go here for her birthday, so she made an appointment for us and we went in a few days ago. I never get my nails done, but this was a special occasion. I was surprised when they split us up, across the room when we had obviously come together, so we basically spent an hour and a half alone, getting our nails done. It kindof defeated the purpose of going with a friend. My nails turned out pretty but I didnt really appreciate the service.

Not very polite or kind. One of the ladies doing my wifes nails found it funny to make fun of her in korean,thinking white people cant learn a language. Dont go to these cynical, asinine people. For all i know, its a front for a gang.

Really bad customer service! One of the tech who is actually the manager almost refused to take care of me while I had made an appointment over the phone with her. She took me after about an hour and a half! And spent her time explaining me that she does not do appointment and never apologized for the fact that she was late!

Came here visiting with family... picked the pedicure with hot stones and the clay mask... while taking the gel off my toes her file sliced into my foot so deep! The hot towels burnt the tops of my feet servely that I couldn’t even put my sandals on after without them hurting the burns on my feet... my cut on my toe is now infected and I’m not very happy with her polish job either... this was such an awful experience

The raving reviews and nice aesthetic of this place made me think that I was going to be really pleased with them but sadly I wasnt pleased at all! I went on my birthday to treat myself to a mani/pedi. I splurged and got one of their nicest pedicures and told the woman that I wanted white gel on my toes. She told me no lol because white doesnt look good on toes, sweetie. I told her 3 more times I wanted white and she finally did it. Then she seemed annoyed at me for arguing with her about giving me what I want with my $65 pedicure and rushed thru my manicure. I got a full set and they were awful. They werent the shape I asked for, they were all 10 different shapes and sizes, and they were badly filed. I didnt even try to argue with her anymore. I paid for my services and left. I ended up ripping my nails off a couple days later. I do not recommend this place at all!

Jun was my manicurist for a dip mani, and did a beautiful job. No uncomfortable filing at all! Did not over file or cut my cuticles either. VERY happy customer, and will be back for my next mani.

No way will I ever go here again the again men are rude and treat you with ni respect they laugh and talk in there vietnamese or laos language very rude and then look at u and laugh and do not do. Good job on nails at all veryvpuahy and rush you into pickings color .

Had a really awkward experience. As I was getting a pedicure, the nail techs were speaking amongst each other and when I heard them all laugh at once, I looked up to see that they were staring at me and smiling. From then, I just felt really uncomfortable. My nail tech instantly became really cold. She stuck in her AirPods and wouldn’t even talk to me! Just tapped my foot when she needed me to move my leg. Everything felt rushed, but I was happy to get out of there as quickly as possible.

I wanted a dip and to get my eyebrows done. Waited 45 minutes. Nobody ever said anything to me. And I got up and left....I watched people get their nails started and finished....I will never be back

Bad customer service. I got a mani and pedi combo. It was mediocre the lady that did my pedi was a little sloppy. Ive had better. My sister asked twice to fix her polish on their pedicure. The lady acted as if she didnt care. I will not be back.

I live in Dallas and when I make a trip to Amarillo to visit family I come here everytime. Friendly service and relaxing.

Disgraceful customer service. I had a gift certificate about a year old, and they wouldn’t let me use it. No policy or anything written on the gift certificate saying it ever expires. Extremely rude on the phone. Don’t go here, managers are terrible and inconsiderate.
