I have lived in Amarillo my whole life and have made my way to a lot of nail salons in town but I chose this as my go to for mani/pedi needs. Ivy goes way above and beyond to ensure my nails are exactly what I want them to be each time. Pedicures -- amazing relaxing. She also does lashes! Book with her and reserve your appt! 10/10

They did a great job on my pedicure. Feel so relaxed. My cuticles were trimmed nicely clean and no cut. They took their time made sure I was comfortable and satisfied. All around was a 5 star for me!

Easily the best nail salon Ive ever been to! They do a great job here. I dont even live close to here but I will make the drive when I can. Excellent service and quality work.

Excellent job on my nails, I got a gel polish change ($25)and they did not cut any corners. The young lady even added cuticle oil to my nails...that never happens without prompting! A great place!!!!

I was VERY disappointed with this salon! We’ve been coming here off and on since it was opened! Yesterday was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had.... we went in for my daughter’s birthday.I got the deluxe pedicure (book price $35). I was charged $55! My daughter and her friend got regular pedicures (should be $25 each). My daughter showed the girl a picture for her toes - they were to be silver with pink hearts. Instead she has clear looking toes with a pink paint chip in the middle of her big toes. She and her friend also had their nails dipped. My daughter asked for the pink and purple marble dip. Her nails are hot pink with dark blue swirls 🤔. According to the board and book I should’ve been charged $160.... I was instead charged $203!!!! Their price board and book are not correct! (We were also there for over 3 hours!)My mom also got a deluxe pedi and was charged $55. She left with the green scrub still on her legs! The man NEVER washed it off!!!! 😳We were not the only ones in the salon disappointed. Another lady was in their with her elderly mother. They had been working on the elderly lady for awhile. The daughter finally told the lady they had to leave. They had a doctors appointment in 15 minutes and they had taken too long. The lady explained that her nails wouldn’t be dry because she used a gel polish. The nail consultant explained she wouldn’t want to mess them up because the gel was an extra $35! The daughter explained they had not been told that. They also left upset!I hope they are able to get a handle on things! Get their prices within reason and post them correctly! Actually perform the services correctly!I have never left a review for anywhere before but felt the public deserved to know before they were also deceived! 😕

If I could give 0 I would. I wwnt in with my cousin and the young rude girl at the front asks what we need. We say 2 dips. She yells in back to some lady never seen and looks at us and says we can only do one at a time. So we are discussing if we are going to get it done and she says so um are you going to do it or not. I said hold on we are discussing it. My cousin says ok ill jusst do solar so we can bith go. She says no only one at a tim . I say so theres only one tech to do any nails and in a smart way she says yea I just said only one at a time! It was not called for at all!

Love my new lashes! Thanks to my friend for showing me this place. I got a reasonable priced extension and love it!! The experience was flawless and I would definitely recommend Venus!

Its under new management now and they have made many good improvements. The service is great. My nails look great and I got the 20% off!
