My 16yr old went to get her hair trimmed and get bangs. An old lady cut her hair so awful it looks like she chopped it off with an Ax. Bangs way shorter than she asked. Uneven all over, to the point she cant style it or put in a ponytail because hair falls apart from the ponytail. Not only was the haircut awful and completely had my daughter crying for two days because its beyond repair, but I called to complain and demand a refund and the owner kept hanging up the phone on me. Completely rude and so heartless. I do not wish this on anyone and specially the treatment after being confronted. They are overpriced and will not admit their mistakes or do anything to compensate for them.

I was impressed w the service and loved the result of my hair! I had been looking for years to finally find a the look I wanted. Don totally knows what he’s doing and excellent hair stylist!! I will definitely come back for retouch up and colors for my hair.

Thu is the best colorist in town! This salon has been around for over 20 years and still great! Guy at the front is so funny and sweet. Fast paced salon! Good prices.

I dont knownif Ill go back. This was an old favorite but the pedicure person tricked me into several upcharges by not telling me. In the end, a simple brow wax & pedicure cost me almost $80. The manager didnt care & quickly took my money.

Till recently I haven’t had a horrible experience... I was trying to be nice this lady kept throwing my feet around cut my pinky toe nail way to short made my big toe bleed. I asked 5 different designs she said no one could do.. so when I asked for a minute to look she threw the nails on my cut knee I think that drew the line.. I just got up because I felt like I was being treated less than I deserve..

I went in this morning and as I walked into the salon I noticed that some of the employees were not wearing a mask. I thought I did not have to since I had taken my covid 19 shots, well the cashier and brother to the owner went off, he ordered me to put my mask on, I then asked why the employees were not wearing theirs, his answer was, I am not worried about them having the virus, I am worried about the customer. I then left to the back to get my service done and he followed behind me arguing making a complete fool of himself that even his own staff laughed at him.

I’ve always came to Saigon for all my beauty needs. The only salon that gives me exactly what I ask for every time! ✨

Don does really good work! The only complaint I have is that the price changes, I go in for the same thing and the price is never the same!

Okay me and my mother used to go here all of the time, over the years its gotten worse and worse, so I go mainly for eyebrows the always made them to light and recently I went prices went up and the lady completely messed up my eyebrows, she missed alot of hairs on top, she thinned them to a point where it was hardly visible, and she made them uneven, before it was just a little too thin but after this recent incident no thank you and it cost me more just to mess them up, then a while back my mom and I went for nails and hair my mother got a haircut and style and i got acrylics, my moms hair cut was terrible uneven, old lady looking, it completely looked like kittys hair from the 70s show, then for acrylics my mom couldnt afford long nails, but the manager kept insisting I get the extra long which caused an argument, I clearly stated I want medium sized, the manager just kept telling me no youre getting long, and I asked if they only did long nails they said no theres 4 sizes, but he kept pushing me and my mom to pay for the long ones my mom got upset and finally after my mom yelled (sorry but she did but what do u expect when they dont listen) they finally got the point and gave me medium nails. The past it was really good but now its horrible service wise. (It is clean although)

I went in to get a pedicure and the lady kept cutting my toes making them bleed! I told her but she acted like she didnt know English! Today my toes hurt really bad! Never ever again this place isnt good as far as I see they just wanna hurry up I even told her that its not suppose to hurt but be relaxing

I was at this place 3 hours for a pedicure and new set of nails. The pedicure took 1.5 hours and my feet do not even feel like I had one. The nails are just awful. I used to go here many years ago and the service was superb. Never Again!

My daughter took me to get our hair and nails done. I wanted a tri hair color with chunky high lights. I didnt get that and both mine and my daughters bills were over 200.00. my daughters looks great but mine is nothing like the picture I showed. Tu must have forgotten the picture I showed her.

I had my eyebrows tattooed & went for a touch up like they recommend after healing. My eyebrows are still uneven & not filled in properly. Not what I expected and I do not recommend this service to anyone.

Don is an excellent hair stylist. We showed him a picture of what my mom wanted and what he did was even better than the picture because he adjusted it according to my moms hair type and face. Even another customer was saying how great her hair looked. This was our first time there and plan on coming back. Im looking forward to Don cutting my hair next.

I had a permanent eyebrow done two days ago and it got Infected. I showed them and the guy up front says I dont know, shes the boss. The lady says oh! It looks fine just give it time.

Ive been coming here for years to get my eyebrows waxed. In the past, it was excellent work but recently it has been horrible. As you enter, a chemical smell hits your nose, throat, and eyes. The lady who waxed my eyebrows made one shorter than the other and did not tweeze the leftovers of hair. I was very disappointed. I highly recommend you find another place. Not worth it. The guy at the register is unfriendly and doesnt care. Beware of the lady with the bangs and reddish hair - horrible waxing.

Stay far away from this salon! Not only did they try to talk you up to buy everything they can be very rude also. Ive been to the salon a few times. They do offer beauty products at a decent price. But other than that I dont see any reason for going there! I got my permanent makeup done and my eyebrows are terrible! It hasnt even been 6 months and the color has faded to a grey! The two eyebrows werent even even and when I went to get them retouch which was supposed to be free she said she would have to charge me! I asked her how much and she told me dont worry Im like okay I need to know how much its going to cost! After she did my touch up one eyebrow was completely different than the other. Im going to have to go to a better salon and get them fixed now! If you want your nails done I would suggest going to Lantern they do an awesome job!

Lynn hands down is the best Beautcian in the business. I haven’t found anyone in the country who compares to Lynn and her father. She does excellent lashes, tattoos and hair. Had I not moved I would still be receiving services from this company. I wish I could’ve taken the best part of Saigon Beauty with me.

Have been there once before,and it was fine.... unfortunately this time it was a really bad experience. Went in to get my roots done, and get a pedicure. I asked for regular pedicure. In the midst of it the girl ask me something. I asked her to clarify, and since I could not understand what she was saying, and I said yes thank you its nice. Apparently that meant that she gave me the higher priced pedicure. When my pedicure cost $10 more than the one that I originally ordered, I was not happy, but I let it go. She took a little long doing my pedicure. That made me late to get my Roots rinsed. I had gotten my roots done previous to getting the pedicure. Anyway, the guy that did my hair color had someone else waiting for him. He got some solution and rubbed my hairline really hard with it a few of times to remove excess color. I tried to get him to stop. He hurriedly washed my hair, blew it dry really crazily, and sent me on my way. I looked terrible when I left, and then I noticed that where he had rubbed, it was starting to burn my fore head. I called the manager immediately and she was saying well maybe youre allergic to it. I have a chemical burn on my hairline. I should report them. I will not return!!!

They are very nice and I’ve been coming here for years now but I went recently to get my nails done and idk if it’s because she didn’t know what she was doing or she was doing them in a rush but my nails never looked this bad. She didn’t even let themDry completely and now the nail polish is coming off and everything And I haven’t even had them for a full day . I payed $53 I even showed her and she didn’t do anything about it.

I went few years ago and didn’t bother to make a comment. To all ladies out there...If you care about your look. Please don’t go that salon to do your eyebrows tattoo. They are absolutely ruin your eyebrows forever or at least 20 yrs. they don’t plan, she just do it. It was a huge mistake of getting my eyebrows done there. I have been covering my eyebrows every day for the last 15 yrs w eyebrows pencil to cover their mistake. Extremely disappointed. And the owner that guy so rude.Don’t mean be negative, but somebody has to know my 3x negative experience w them.

I went a week ago and got my nails done and they look fantastic so I decided to go in today and have them cut my hair and Jamie completely butchered my hair after refusing to go with the style she recommended. Now i know why she insisted on curling everything under. The front looks great but the back looks like I let a 2 year-old cut my hair! After calling and demanding they fix it they said the only way to get it fixed is if Jamie fixes it herself. Otherwise Ill have to pay again.

Been going here since 2011 love this place, very friendly, professional and reasonably priced. They do everything here so its a one stop shop, Hair, nails, spa, wax, human hair and eyelash extensions as well as permanent makeup. They all are very curiosity and making sure your comfortable checking up on their clients offering beverages and overall making sure your happy. I refer anyone that asks where I get my hair done, refer to Saigon salon.

Went in for pedicure. After telling me the options, I told woman I wanted basic pedicure. She must have asked me six times why I did not get better one. I told her after third sales pitch I was very sure I only wanted basic. She went on and on even after I said I will give you a good tip, please do not ask me again! This made the visit so unpleasant. I think the man behind the desk went over and told her to up-sale me, so I did not bother to complain to him. Too bad as this place is near-by. I will not go back! Respect your customers wishes!

I recently went to get my nails done, I was verbally attacked my the male secretary ( I am a minor under the age of 15), as he proceeded to scream in my face because his nail tech could not draw a design correctly. Even after I provided an image. This was a horrible experience and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Nice place, They cut hair, mani and pedicure. They tattoo on face make up. The way. Do back massages. They do it all with a great smile and a great attitude!!. All walk ins. Ever time I go in for in whatever, they never made me wait. Which i cant stand!. So over all its a wonderful salon!

What I liked: I was helped as soon as I walked in, theyre courtesy water is so cute because they give you water with cucumber slices, and Rob, who was my hairdresser, was very entertaining and I was very satisfied with the outcome of my hair.What I didnt like: I called the salon before going and asked how much highlights were and they said $40 but when I was rung up my total came out to $96. I do not have thick hair and its shoulder length so I dont understand why it was so much especially when they told me $40.

07/20/2019 I finally found someone who knew exactly what I was asking for! The eyebrow waxer/tech by the name of Theresa did my brows, Yes I will definitely be going back to her only even if it means that I have to schedule an appointment to ensure get her🤗

The people here are so amazing. I get my eye brows done here all the time. Today I got a shampoo and trimmed my split ends. She did a great job!

My mother visited for a facial waxing which went kinda wrong the lady really press the waxing paper on her & pulled very Hard now by mother has swollen eyes & now has scabes on her chin area but at least the cashier was nice about it. My mother is never returning to this place again I would suggest the same.

I have always loved, getting hair, eyebrows done, at Saigon because they are so very friendly, and if you are specific in what you want done, you will get it done that way... I read comments. On here, and still went in. I am sad Management was spoke of in such horrible manner, she has always been so polite and helpful, I called when saw reviews, and quickly knew, comments. About. Manager is just not how she is, we. Cannot see a salon as a house of magicians, they are artists i not. Responsible. For chemical reaction, we are all human, lets try to be bit kinder to one another. I love this place, I say if u want hair permed, cut, etc. Call them.. And open Sunday, and Monday, thats awesome,

I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone if you value your toes!!! They gave me nail fungus and 2 years later, I cannot get rid of it as the medicine that you use to cure it is expensive. After I had both of my big toenails removed and while still in pain, I went in and talked to the owner, Too. When I explained to her what happened, she told me that fungus is a part of nail salon and that she had fungus on one of her toes and proceeded to point to which one!!! Really!! I told her that she is probably the one that gave it to me! If you do not see an autoclave in a nail salon, dont use it as you will be prone to getting fungus. The sad part is she never offered to make it right! I still have nail fungus!! YEA!!

Its worst place to get haircut, when I told that I am not happy with haircut, she told she will give good service next time. This salon is a joke.

Got my foil highlights there was good until one section was really blond I went back the owner was happy to fix it back with no charge so now I am happy with the results!

I used to go here a lot but stopped. 1 week ago today I got my nails done and they look horrible, when I used to go the only problem I had was my nails growing too fast. When I walked in the lady was automatically rude, she wouldn’t let me pick my color. She said wait til she was ready which isn’t the way I wanted to do things. My nails are already falling off as if I brought press on nails from Walmart and usually my nails don’t fall off for a month. She was sloppy with her work and hurt my hands millions of times, she was rude and aggressive and so now it’s time to find a new salon!
