Over priced paid 60 dollars for nails that don’t even look that great shaped weird they look like I need a rebase already. I added glitter at home didn’t want to pay more

I was really hoping this place would be great its close to home. I went and got a soak off and dip nails I have gone to 2 other places regularly and they always do many layers and use a setting powder and some sort of polish stuff as well as the color. I noticed she didnt use any of the setting powder but didnt say anything thought maybe its a different kind? Nails normally last me weeks from my normal spots they chipped and broke in a day sadly. I also have never had a place tell me they couldnt do ombre dip nails unless I added a tip to it.I then got a pedicure which I shouldnt have i was sadly very disappointed it was very quick I did appreciate they squeezed me for that but I would have rather them tell me they didnt have time then a rushed not very well done pedicure.

I’ve had acrylics on for a while now and I am able to do everything without worrying they would break. I haven’t had the acrylic nails I got with them not even for a week and my index finger one broke. Got it fixed. Today it’s been officially a week and another one broke. A separate one cracked really unsatisfied with the quality of the nails

This is the best place in town for mani/pedi gel not too expensive and the people there are great. Always friendly and fast cant ask for better

Me and my mother went to get pedicures and we really had high hopes for this place. We never go do things like this so we thought it would be great. Unfortunately the guy who did my mom the pedicure cut her toe nail which now she has an infection in her toenail. The guy didn’t even care to apologize or to clean the blood from where he cut my mom. As well we had made an appointment but when another person would come in they would rush you and not do everything they should. I will upload the picture of my mom’s toenail with infection. They don’t even clean their utensils they just rinse it with the water you have in your feet.

Great customer service! I was disappointed that my gel polish only lasted 3 days.

Nice place...but if you tell them you dont like their work they will cut you and make your nails look ugly!! Over price.

I hate it. Every time I came here they left me unsatisfied. They rush every time a customer walks in. I paid $40 to end up with cuts all over. Both hands are completely different shapes and sizes.

Dirty. They throw things on the floor & sweep at end of day. Theres cut nails all over the floor & dust & then expect people to walk on it. They tried to use already used nail clippers on me. I asked for sanitized. I will not be coming here again & too bad because its convenient. This was my 3rd time trying it because it is convenient. Last time, the place stunk. The place looks nice but its not when you really look. Theres no massage in the manicure, its just rubbing a little lotion in.

Went super excited for girls day pedicures. Finally a place close to home since we go regularly and always have to drive across town. Picking out our colors and my daughter accidentally dropped a polish and it broke she started to clean it and the lady said no well clean, you no clean a man came over and handed acetone and a rag tho my 8yr old foot her to clean it. My mom was sitting with her and said um no shes not gonna clean it shell cut herself. Wow he was rude huffed to clean it. Have dirty looks the whole time . I mean accidents happen. Then another employee said to take their polished seat very rude needless to say wer walked out all 6 of us and drove across town!! Very disappointed how rude and unprofessional

We’ve tried really hard to like this place because it’s so close to where we live, but each time we’ve gone it’s been awful. We always get pedicures and manicures. In addition to leaving with either a finger or toe bleeding every time, the polish on my toes is splotchy and he completely missed some areas, my finger nail polish started peeling off 3 hours after leaving the salon. Neither manicurist put lotion on the bottom of our feet during the pedicures, so they’re ashy and super dry. We’ve gone 4 times and it’s always been bad. The staff is really nice, but it pay so much money every 3 weeks, we expect better quality. Plus I’m tired of getting cut and bleeding!

I have been seeing my nail tech for years and followed her to this location. Manicure, pedicure and wax every two weeks. I drive from across town because Van is amazing.

They were all very friendly and our toes came out perfect!

This salon was recommended to me as I am just here for a few days. The nail tech did not understand what I wanted, after I repeatedly told her I wanted Dip - not gel. Ive never seen anyone do what she did- she put the primer power for DIP nails on, and had me use the light for gel nails after each layer; I asked her, several times, what she was doing- then she did all the final filing, still with no color Dip powder. Again, I asked her what she was doing when she went and picked up a bottle of GEL color to finish my nails. I was so mad by then I told her to go ahead- I had already been there 1 1/2 hours- with no wait when I walked in. The manager then brought over several bottles of the DIP powder- and said she didnt understand. When I am back in Albuquerque, I will never return to this salon! My nails look fine, thank goodness!

First time coming here. I showed the nail tech a picture of what I wanted and got exactly what I showed her! Love my nails!

The lady that did my nails not only rushed but left my nails clumpy and at least 4 nails are crooked. Very disappointed Walmart regal nails does a way better job plus their color selection was horrible.

Absolutely terrible! I was going to do a package for both pedicure and manicure, but the pedicure was sooo bad, I did not even do the manicure and just paid for the pedicure and left. I went for pedicure because my feet have been hurting from standing at work for hours on end. Barely soaked my feet, didn’t understand a word I was saying, another client getting her nails done had to translate for me. Only filed my right foot two seconds because I laughed a little. Massaged my calves for one minute, then painted my toenails very quickly. The WHOLE PURPOSE of getting a pedicure was to get my feet massaged, and he did NOT even go near them! Ridiculous! Worst service and waste of money ever!

I just moved here and saw this place in the area. I needed a fill on my acrylics and stopped in. Son did the best job Ive experienced in the 20 years Ive been getting my nails done. I will be returning here often. Thank you Son!

I had an appointment scheduled and waited 40 minutes and they took a “regular” customer before me. This wasn’t the first bad experience I’ve had at this place, the dip polish cracks and comes off right away, and the gel peels. That was the last straw.

Worst pedicure Ive ever gotten took both my girls and I and we will not be going back to this place its sad its so close to the house but I would rather drive to get better service air conditioner did not work my feet dont even look like i even got one. So disappointed!!!!

I will not ever go back to this place. I’ve been twice because I was willing to give them a second chance. My first pedi took literally 10 minutes, my toes looked terrible two days later. Today I went back and got the deluxe pedi hoping it would be better than last time (basic pedi) and that was not the case all they did different was add a paste and washi it off with a warm towel. I asked to have my nails soaked off and the lady tried to rip them off with another nail and made my nail bleed. On my way home I looked at my nails and I still have acrylic on them because she was in such a rush and didn’t seem to want to soak them off. I am not a hard customer to please and I appreciate good work, but this place was just god awful! Not friendly at all and you can’t even conversate with them. Save your money and go else where.

I witnessed the nail tech washing her tools in the same water that she just had someones feet in and then she put them in a drawer to reuse on the next customer

I usually like the service, but the last 2 times Ive gone a very young guy has done my pedicure. My polish has chipped both times within just a matter of days. Usually my toe nail polish will last forever. Disappointed.
