Amazing experience! I called to make an appointment and they were able to get 5 of us in within an hour. We showed up right on time and they immediately had everything ready to sit us down! The lady who did my nails was extremely sweet and we had great conversations! One of the fastest manicures I have received and came out one of the best as well! Next time I go to Albuquerque and decide to go with the girls for a spa day this will definitely be the place we will go!

I loved this place! First time here, as my usual salon was fully booked, and needed to get in that day. I think this place will be my new salon! Lindsey was very knowledgeable, polite, and she made sure I was happy with my nails through the whole process. I will definitely be coming back!

Stopped in to get a fill and got a much improved manicure from the spot I went to before! My nail artist took his time and paid so much attention to detail. Definitely found my nail spot in Albuquerque.

I was there may8th and for 1. I had a 11oclock appointment an they literally took multiple walkins before me..then my husband came i side to give me the money and they did not allow him in there. They are extremely unprofessional an do not honor their word as a good successful business Would....its a shame because iv been coming here since they started an am nearing 4k in nail purchases an i got treated like trash. I went in for a gel nail removal.Tried to do my own and got impatient. They got me in same day - on a Saturday. No wait. 15 minutes - no scrapping or prying. JENNE did a fantastic job. $5 and 15 mins later I walked out with polish free nails that didn’t look like they had been thru a shredder!!

Ive been coming to lantern for about 8 yrs now after having tried multiple salons & i couldn’t have been happier these last 8yrs. They are professional, caring & very considerate. Saw a style you like? Bring it in & they’ll make it into something no one else has had. They make sure you are well taken care of in all aspects of business. Great place, amazing energy, always up on the latest trends & beautiful work. It’s also exceptional quality of work. My nails have always lasted 1 1/2 months -2mnths. They are the best in the city!

Horrible service.I called in before hand to get my nails taken off.u asked the pricing which they said $8-10 which is reasonable.However,just because the lady not sure if she is the owner cut my cuticles she thought I’d be a great idea to charge me $7 more which came out to $17 just to simplyTake my nails off and she did not verbally disclose this information to myself.will not be returning to this location for Buisness and definitely do not recommend!

Very rude and i had an appointment and they were still putting people ahead of me without an appointment the lady that is sitting on the 1st table is very unprofessional she shouldnt be working in environment with customers service cause she started yelling at me in front of everyone she is very very aggressiveand made my husband wait outside when everything is opened and he had a mask not bothering no1 he told him 2 leave very rudely and the owner let her talk 2 a paying customer like that.!!

I have been here before and experienced a pretty decent service from the owner.Second time I go in and I get some random woman I dont know. The lady who did my nails did not listen to me when I asked for certain things and told me no when making small simple requests. For instance I asked for an extra rhinestone because she had put 9 on 1 nail and 8 on the other and she told me no then I asked for a layer of clear coat on top of my rhinestones and was told no again. I told her that glue didnt hold last time I came and the owner did them so I would like a coat of clear on top and she told me no again. I felt like I was trying to teach her how to do nails correctly 🙄 If Im paying for it why not give your client peace of mind and do what the customer asks. Ive had great service at other places before even when the nails sucked and had no problem fixing it to make me happy not make me feel like Im the bad one for saying something! I would not recommend this place! Overly priced for not getting what you want or pay for. Period. 1st experience I had rhinestones on every single nail and left happy! 2nd experience I got rhinestones on 2 nails and paid the same price and left completely unsatisfied with my nails and poor poor customer service to top it off.

A very quick experience, I paid for the “deluxe” but it wasn’t exactly the most relaxing experience. The tool they used to get the heel dead skin off was in one area for a bit longer than it needed to be, so my right foot is a little more sensitive now. The leg massage was about 2 min per leg. They were nice just definitely not a place I’d go back.

First time here, I was SUPER DUPER Pleased with my set. They were the most professional nail stylist Ive dealt with in a long time. Id recommend anyone here promise you will be in & out without any disappointment!!

11/28/2020My original set of acrilic nails where with the dip and they where popping & snapping off with being done less than a week,I explained to the manager/owner that I paid $80.00 dollars for my manicure, pedicure and nail set and showed her my paper receipt.She kindly offered to (re do) them,I DECLINED getting the DIP on the acrilic nails again but would gladly accept the DIP on my REAL💅Nails.She the owner agreed but I eventually opt out for another classic original acriclic nail set with a MUCH much shorter trim.Overall I am completely satisfied and yes I will definitely go back for services and to support her business.5*****🌟 star rating.

I loved them! Not only did they do a great job on my natural nail gel manicure, they are honest, genuine people that made me feel welcome and apart of the family! I will be taking my sister with me next time!

Absolutely hated my nails payed 70 for this service even tipped him, when they were done they looked nice however as soon as i left the place they started bubbling and they even have hairs on it. Never coming back again and I payed 70 dollars for this.

Went in for a pedi. Water was lukewarm. Nails not shaped evenly and instead of paying attention to the color I asked for, the tech just grabbed something similar. Most important, though, was watching how they sanitize the foot baths after use. Not good at all. I think Im not going back here.

This place is great! I went here for the first time today and will be coming back again! The environment was peaceful to get nails done and very clean. When they finished my acrylics I noticed they cleaned the equipment right away which was great for the next person. Lastly, staff was also very nice and professional.

The best! They took me on Christmas Eve even though they were about to close! I’d had a rough day of travel and flight delays and they made my day. It was so sweet to stay open for me, and the pedicure was fantastic. I can’t recommend them enough!

My friends and I have become regulars here and they never fail to make their customers top priority. Although they get very busy (because they are so popular) they are QUICK and we’ve never had to wait around long. Every nail tech is kind, and phenomenal at what they do. The owners will not let you walk out of the store unhappy. I cannot give this establishment enough praise. I will never go anywhere else!!

I usually ask for Lindsey (who I highly recommend for custom acrilics) but I have had other nail techs who did amazing as well! This nail salon is professional, offers great customer service and most importantly want to make sure you leave perfectly satisfied! The only salon in Albuquerque I will go to!

The lady who worked on my nails did a good job. Its been a week since I had the gel and it already has breaks and seems like its going to come off. The cost was more than I was quoted so I had some sticker shock when I went to pay for the services. I had my childs nails also painted. The paint was chipping off the next day, not worth $8. They prefer cash. I paid for half of the services with cash and the rest on my card. I think this also has an effect on how much you pay.

I recently started going there because they had such good reviews. The reviews are correct! Staff is very friendly and accommodating. It is hard to find a place anymore that can give a regular manicure without messing up my nails, but Benny does an awesome job! I have found my new nail salon! 👍

I went with my mom a couple weeks ago for pedicures. Lindsay did mine and it was fabulous. She is very attentive and it was super relaxing. My mom really enjoyed hers too. My polish still looks perfect and I won’t bother trying anywhere else!

We had been trying to find a good place that did a good job and had good costumer service and come across this place. I was very happy with their work. I got a gel manicure but my mother in law got acrylic nails done and they did a great job on those too. Definitely going to be our go to place from now on👌🏽

Easily the best nail salon in abq. They get you in fast and always treat you amazing. I’ve been coming here for years and will never go to another place! Their service is fantastic and never disappoints. I’ve recommended so many of my friends and they all love it! The whole staff is extremely friendly and understanding to what you want. I go there all the time for pedicures, manicures and waxing. Everyone is always very friendly and skilled. They did a fantastic job on my bridal manicure, accommodating my complicated design request. The place is very clean too, the nail techs clean the equipment and wash their hands in between every customer every time.

Benny and the staff are very attentive and personable. I went in as a walk in and they took care of me right away. Prices are fair and my nails look awesome for my trip to Vegas! I got the Rockstar nails and they are super sparkly and fabulous!

Second time here in two weeks. Think I found my new nail place, 😍. Courtesy service, attentive and not to mention personable. I went there because of the great reviews but I had a terrible experience. My nails are all completely sideways and off center. The man used so much acrylic that one half of my nail is thicker than the other side. On top of that he cut all my cuticles with the file and drill. This is on all my nails. The people were rude, would not fix my nails, and I had to pay in full. Now Ive spent all evening trying to fix them, and I cant. I have crooked, uneven density, and painful nails.

My wife stopped in for a fill and one replacement.The tech took sisors and cut her tips in doing so ruined them and she said well you need a new set anywaysNot what my wife asked for. Two hours later! She comes out and her new set was uncured, wet, not done. Be very careful with this location.

Lindsey fixed my nightmare of nails from another salon and gave me the most awesome nicest set I’ve ever had. Ombré French Tip with a coffin shape. I’m so so happy I feel like a kid I just HAVE to show everyone my nails.

Lindsey provides you with beautiful nails!! Theyre not so thick that they look fake-but strong enough and lasts for 3 weeks!! Family run shop and they will find someone quick if youre in a hurry.

I wouldnt recommend this place because of the products and service. My gel manicure polish was sloppy with left over my skin and cuticles. And the gel the polish that usually last 2 wks minimum, lasted less than a week...poor quality! When i called and spoke with an employee about possibly fixing it, said that was normal for gel manicures. Never going back; there are plenty of other places that do much better job and have better customer service!
