Danny is so talented! Made my nails thick so that they wont break as easily due to my job. Everyone was super kind. I love how they turned out! Will definitely come back when Im in Albuquerque again.

Was very happy the first 2 times I had my nails and pedi done . Very good job clean job pedi was on point very nicely done super impressed with this ! Now my last 2 visits have not been so good pedi had been sloppy polish on my skin polish not even very poor quality work my last visit was lady week Pedicure polish bubbly and it’s gel polish so it’s not like I can fix it myself!!!My nails broke not even 24 hours after they were done the polish was also peeling off from my acrylic set last time I go to that place I guess they get comfortable once you’ve been there more than two times and start doing a poor quality job be careful ladies

I usually don’t do reviews but yesterday I got my pedicure done after a long day at work & just wanted to check out this place & relax. The man that did my pedicure was so rough on massaging my legs & did not take his time at all!! He rushed everything. Also, their pedicure tub is so small you can’t really fit your feet in there. Not a good nail salon place to relax & do not recommend! Will not be coming back!

Too expensive for a a 15 minute pedicure. He smeared the big toe and repaired it poorly. I would not go back.

Waxing area was unclean. Used the same stick the entire time. Woman kept blowing on the wax.

Love this place!!! Getting my second pedicure (gel) done currently. Ming is so thorough, a total perfectionist. Everyone here is so nice and professional. I felt sorry for one of the young lady that was dealing with a total KAREN-drama queen that was trying to make everyone in the vicinity as miserable (angry and hateful) as she is. The staff could not have handled her better. She tried like hell to get her mani/pedi for free 🙄As she left she made a scene and said that she was going to leave a nasty review for them. I hate these “victim/manipulators” who try to work the system. I am leaving a nice tip and review for all the lovelies that work here!😘

I have visited this location twice. Both times i have had a great experience. I live on the other side of town but will continue making the drive here. They do a fantastic job and quick!!! Dawn did an awesome design and fill on my nails today!

Not only are they so sweet, but they did a fantastic job. I’m amazed that I visited over a month ago and my shellac still isn’t close to coming off. The woman who did my nails was extremely meticulous, which I appreciate a lot. I highly recommend this place!!

Joyful Nails is absolutely amazing place. Everyone of their techs is wonderful and very skilled. Its also a really pretty space that doesnt feel too crowded, even when every seat is filled. They have every color SNS, shellac and regular nail polish color you can imagine

Stopped here because my normal nail place was jam packed thought I give this place a try because it had good reviews. The staff were not friendly and they cut my finger and looks like my 8 year painted my nails. Also was about $20 more then my normal place.

I am very dissatisfied with my nails. I got them done and 3 days later they where lifting . I paid 60.00 dollars and my nail lifed and broke within a week!

They did a great job on my nails but I wasn’t expecting to pay $100 for a manicure and pedicure.. My normal place is $70 so I guess it’s my fault for not asking about prices first.

Very uncomfortable experience.The ladies were very rude and made me feel super uncomfortable. Got French gel - left with my nails an absolute mess (you can still see left over polish on my nails!!!) polish all over the sides and tops of my fingers.Will not be returning to Joyful Nails.

Wish i could give no stars. Let me start by saying I have been to this place like 5 times. This particular time i brought my daughters with me asked for mani and pedi for my daughters they told me 60 dollars like 2 weeks before i witnessed them telling a mother with 2 daughters 50 dollars so i asked them if there was a price increase they said no so I mentioned them saying mani and pedi for other lady last time was 50 dollars for gel n then they went bezerk the male which is owner i think got all i rate and started pushing price menu in my face and began yelling at me. So i told i came to relax not to be yelled at and he told me if i dont like it i can leave! I told him i would leave once there done with my services i started crying a lil and then no one apologized very rude. The shop was very slow that day and i think they were tring 2 get more money out of me paid almost 200 dollars to be treated the worst in my life by any establishment. Zero customer service oh and to top it off there were talking about me in Chinese right in front of my face i was mortified. In my opinion they are racist against hispanics very friendly to anglos and different pedi options and with me basic services at high dollar price so biased. I will never go here again and I would never recommend this establishment so rude and unprofessional if your skin is brown.
