Back for my new set and Mimi nailed it (no pun intended) she stayed late again because I’m horrible at making appointments so I just walked in. I told her the colors and let her do her thing and she has amazed me again with her artistic talent I can’t be happier, my nails last and they’re phenomenal, love this salon and love Miss Mimi 🥰

I really enjoyed this place. It is very affordable and great service overall. BUT Last time I went they kept trying to up charge me for everything they possibly could even though I kept saying “no thank you”. AND I also asked the lady to do short coffins (for my work) and she said they would be shorter once I got them filed and wouldn’t cut them more! They ended up being so long I had to fix them at home, they were very pretty but I don’t know why she wouldn’t listen to me. It was really awkward… They were also being shady I didn’t tip more, and I would have if she let me do my nails the way I wanted.I tip great because I also make money from tips at my job! I know how important tips are, but I’m sorry, you don’t deserve a HUGE tip if you don’t even listen to what I want.

Way over priced and to much up charging we ended up spending 140 on a mani and pedi for 2 people that’s ridiculous kept up charging my 10yo daughter for designs without me knowing. My natural nails were filed crooked. Will not be returning.

I enjoyed this place. They were professional and so welcoming. I had my son with me and one of the ladies sat and talked to him while i got my nails done. I read reviews and was ify but my nails came out so pretty. One of the best sets Ive gotten.

Went today the lady burned me 4x I requested her to stop touching my hands didnt seem to know what she was doing I waited 2 hours asked if someone else can finish the job, the new nail tech had to try and fix the mess I still got charged full price and tipped. Never had this experience there. I was so patient not even offered half off.

Came In for gel manicure. They have awesome customer service. Very friendly they offer you bottle water while your getting your nails done. I love the fact that they are open Sundays. They are very professional at what they do. They have a lot of colors to choose from for gel nails. Thank you for your services.

I got a new set from Louisa. She was so thorough and it was so affordable. I showed her a picture and received exactly what i showed her. I don’t think I’ll go anywhere else again. Everyone was so friendly. They even gave my 3 year old a yogurt drink and snacks.

I went in at 5:30 requesting a new nail set and pedicure. My tech finished my nails at 6:40 so I asked her if I would still be able to get a pedicure or if I should reschedule since they close at 7. She said she had time. She charged me for the $45 pedicure it’s a dollar per minute and yet I didn’t get a full 45 minutes, my feet didn’t feel like a fresh pedicure and I had to go back in two days after because my nails were lifting. On the 5th day I had already lost one nail and some were chipping close to where my natural nail ends.I was charged $95 for all of this when my nails were supposed to be $50 and my cheap pedicure should have been $22 since she didn’t even work on my feet for more than 15 minutes. I drove off at 7:06 to be exact.Yes they fixed my 5 lifting nails on the 3rd day but still they took advantage and the quality was awful.

Stopped by on a whim and was wowed by the facility’s appearance. Friendly staff who are knowledgeable and trained properly for their services. The lady did an amazing job on my pedicure and was very customer service oriented. I give this place 5 starts because they made me feel at home. Not like other locations where no one talks to you, looks at you or even try’s to get your service. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a good friendly customer services facility.

Ive been going to Heather at ABC Nails and absolutely love her! She does a great job and makes sure Im happy before I leave. She keeps up with new techniques and styles. The salon has so many colors and services to offer. Youll enjoy the style, class and quality this salon offers. Go see them!

Very well kept nail salon. Kyana fixed my nails from another salon and did absolutely amazing. I have not returned due to relocation but the bottom line is that you need to go here if you’re looking for good quality and good service. They welcome you like a friend, not a client.

Yes they do have great customer service, but I felt like my nails were rushed, my shape is not very sharp, she put white nail polish on the sides and filed them now there black marks on side of my nails, there were bubbles inside the acrylic and she said it was normal. I’ve gotten my nails done there before and it was amazing that’s what made me come back. I want my nails to be redone especially for the price I paid for $$$

Very professional, friendly, and clean. Really liked the fact that all the pricing was laid out for you so there are no extra fees you pay and not know what they are for. The Deluxe pedicure was so amazing, the hot stones, mask and scrub were so above and beyond.

Came here on recommendation, absolutely loved my first few manis. It’s hit or miss with who you get if you don’t make an appointment; either they’re exceptional, friendly, & good at nails or you can straight up taste how disinterested & inconvenienced they are. They have a wide color selection but half the time they can’t find the one you’ve picked. I called for 2 months trying to get an appointment with a specific tech, Louisa, and they lied to me and hung up on me until today when they finally told me she’s not there anymore. So. Done with this place!

ABC Nails was the worst place I have ever been to get my nails done. They didn’t let me get the color I wanted, because it was a powder? Then the lady who did my nails didn’t even put the acrylic powder down to the cuticle even after I said something about it. She was so rude and sloppy. When I asked her to be another coat she rolled her eyes and grabbed my hand all crazy. My nails are already lifting & it’s only been ONE week? I am never going back. If I could give this place negative stars I would. I would NOT recommend this place.

This salon is very clean; no fungus here! Staff is amazing and entertaining. The perfect therapy session! The color selection is phenomenal and overwhelming. Absolutely reccomend!

I love this salon ! All of the staff is so friendly and they do amazing. I especially like how the boss handled a call between a very rude woman named Jenny, said woman was not happy no matter all the effort the boss was making to help her solver her issue. She offered to stay late, to fix any and all issues she had immediately . Instead of accepting the boss ladies kindness she just continued to be rude and act very unkind. Needless to say this salon is very professional and handle any and all business they have with respect and kindness

Oh my goodness! Can I say heaven. I had my two daughters with me my 21 month old and my two months old and they were all so friendly. Mama and I were so relaxed. The volcano pedicure was the best! Great management

I stopped here while visiting NM - got a regular mani and pedi and was very happy! I usually dont get designs and all but seems like the other customers were very happy with theirs. Would definitely recommend and come back when i am in town again. :)

I went here by chance today after driving to a few other places that were closed on Mondays. When I arrived the first thing I noticed was how nice and clean the shop was. They have a large selection of polish and were able th help me right away. The service was great I didn’t get anything fancy done just a manicure pedicure and gel polish I feel like the pricing is reasonable and I liked the fact that they weren’t trying to up sell me on everything. I would definitely recommend them, and I will absolutely return.

Yesterday I was in desperate need of getting a broken nail fixed, I walked into 2 other salons and immediately left due to poor service. When I walked into ABC Nails I was greeted right away. The nail tech Heather addressed the health of my nails and recommended the service best to solve my issue. I will never go to any other salon, this is my new home!

Kyana, and her amazing staff make you feel welcomed from start to finish. Me and girlfriend will never go anywhere else and continue to get our bi-weekly Hot Lava pedicures there, as well as my girlfriend doing her manicures that are always out of this world. It is just not a Nail Salon, but an experience.

Kyana is no longer own the salon and it is not the same. The new owner has no idea what they are doing and over price. I am definitely not coming back and not recommended

Outrageously expensive! I got white Ombre nails and they charged my $60!!!! They girl was so ruff with me and would literally put the acrylic on and then wipe it off with her hands because it wasnt staying right. She cut me with the drill and I started bleeding and she didnt say anything and still got charged full price. DEMIs nails is where its at. Its affordable and theyre soooo nice. I do not recommend ABC Nails to ANYONE.

It was my go to salon but then the Asian lady shortened one finger but not the other. My nails look like the creepy dudes in Lord of the Rings would look. Why does this always happen to me? First my toe has to get amputated because of a fishing accident and now this? What’s next, my mannequin legs get stolen in a home robbery? Why me? ☹️

Just finished getting my nails done here. All the ladies here made it such a wonderful experience for me and my daughter! They were gentle and did everything I asked in regards to design and they turned out beautifully . Even when dealing with harrassment from a previous customer Jenny who was harrassing and being very vulgat to my lovely nail tech making false allegations that are able to be proved wrong my lady did not let it affect my service and was very professinal and call with the lady who was yelling and harrassing her. With seeing how many ways the Lady offered to fix whatever was wrong for free and was still treated in suck a deplorable manner but still was able yo give me a amazing experience I 10/10 recommend you come here for the best nail experience of your life!!
