I use to go to nails time all the time, but I eventually stopped going because of an experience I had with an employee (Sam) about two years ago. I told him how I wanted a nail design and he was very rude and told me it would not look good and he was just being very rude the whole time he even made a comment about my hair tie on my wrist & how it was bothering him, So I stopped going. I decided to give the salon a chance again as it had been about two years since my last bad experience. I asked for simple pink tip design as you can see in first photo and the next couple of photos are what I got. I realized after I left that nail polish was left on the side of my nails and the arrows were even uneven on my fingers, it was so bad. (My nails were also way too short) So I went back in to get them fixed the next day and the lady shaped them better, but said that I had to keep the length of the nails because that’s what I picked. Which is understandable but I had shown the first lady the picture of the nails and I wanted them a little bit long, I picked out the length but she kept filling and filling leaving them way too short. I appreciate that she reshaped my nails and re did the design for me, but after two weeks of growing out, I could tell how uneven the acrylic powder was, and the gel nail polish on top was bubbly too. I’ve never had a pair of nails grow out so ugly. (Last picture) the nails were $62 (not including tip) and I really don’t think they were worth that. I will never be going back.

Ive been here many times and they have excellent hygiene practices and very good prices. I highly recommend.

The man that did my nails did amazing. But the reason its not 5 starts is because the environment is not clean. Or covid safe. They use the previous supplies from the other person. No new supplies are used. No supplies are disinfected. No plastic screens are used while doing your nails. A lady did not have her mask on and no one from staff said anything to her. My nails were amazing tho. Just wished it was more clean.

Heather was able to fit me in last minute for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. She convinced me to get the deluxe pedicure which came at a hefty $48.00 (their menu said the price was $36.00). Heather also insisted on putting clear dip on my nails because they are so thin as she stated and she was afraid the gel wouldnt last then charged me $50.00 for a full set. I get gel manicures every two weeks and they last about 3 weeks when I go a little longer. My total came to $105 plus tip. In hindsight I wish I wouldnt have tipped her because she deliberately upsold services to gain more money. Heather did a decent pedicure job and the manicure I was supposed to get was basically her applying dip and gel, she didnt trim my cuticles or clean up my nail bed and didnt apply lotion. In a pinch like this time, I would go to Heather again but if I have a choice I will stick to my nail salon and my lady because shes amazing!! Nails Time is not very clean which makes me think I could catch an infection there, each nail station is dirty and isnt thoroughly cleaned after each person. The same goes for the pedicure stations. I sat at the nail station and there was old nail shavings and old nails from previous clients. Gross!!

I went for my appointment. The lady had me pick a color while I waited for her to be done with another customer. She called me over to sit in a chair to wrap me nails to get the gel off. While I was waiting. She finished with her customer. Then proceeded to help another customer knowing I was waiting to be helped! Instead of asking someone else to help me.... bad customer service! Will never go there again.

Have been going to this place off and on for years. Hadnt been since the pandemic. So I Googled it and Google says they open on Sundays 11 to 5. So I got there right before 12 and they were not open. No hours are posted so I called and no message or any thing. Very disappointed, please update your info.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SO VERY TALENTED!

Last year, it seems new owners or crew took over. Things were much cleaner and more professional, and staff spoke mostly English only. Now the old crew is back, chairs armrests are filthy dusty at 10 in the morning, staff constantly speaks very loudly in Vietnamese; very unprofessional and does not feel clean.

I love this place, Heather does a wonderful job! They also have good movies playing while you are getting your nails done. I love that they are always making sure your comfortable and how they ask while doing your nails, if you like the work so far, officially my go to nail spot

Always a good job, but the only complaint I have is the price is never the same. Example:I always have the pedicure with gel polish and a color change on hands and the price changes all the time.

Always professional and fast with amazing results. Thany is my go-to for powder dip manicures, but everyone there is very skilled and sweet! Laid back and they always have awesome movies playing in the background for zoning out and relaxing.

I had a appointment with Sam at 3:00 had to wait 20 minutes a young girl came in and said she had a appointment with Sam but she was s little late. Sam came up to us told me he missed scheduled me. Going to Nail Time with an appointment, I am always greeted with a smile and a hello, with the professionalize of remembering my name. They r always on time with my appointments and the place is always spotless. I have been to many nail places and Nail Time is clean, they r professional, and punctual. That’s y I always go back.

I was referred to this nail salon by a really good friend and it lived up to my expectations. I was very happy with the service that I received from Sam, he was professional, he was friendly and I was in and out in less than an hour. I would highly recommend this place.

It’s $23 and up for a pedicure. I wasn’t impressed by this place at all. They barely used the foot file on my heels to get the dead skin off, the lady put zero effort into making the massage actually feel good and don’t expect them to exfoliate or dip your feet in wax for the $23. I won’t be back.

Sam always does a great job. My nails have always come out exactly like I ask him to do them. I have not had one bad experience- only positive experiences!

I am always pleased with the outcome of my pedicures. Even though we moved to the NE Heights we still travel here for our pedicures because we know the customer service is always on point. Clean and well kept. But... when you walk in they barely acknowledge you. My daughter and I both got pedicures and both ladies were in a rush. My pedicure was actually painful until I told her she was hurting me, her response was they were in rush for the weekend to start. The massage was not great. We went because the reviews were great. Maybe the service is better when you avoid Saturdays.

They told my mom that they would take off my gel for free if I got another pedicure and manicure with gel. They ended up charging her for me and my sister to takeoff the old and put on the new. I don’t know why they push Gel so hard Just to make you feel really bad that you have gel nails and they have to take it off for you. Don’t go here never get gel if they will make you feel bad

Horrible customer service from the owner . I went Sunday for the “grad re opening” spent a crazy amount of money for a rebase expecting a good job and all I got in return was a broken nail less than a week later, a cracked nail and my “gel polish” coming off in the shower . Absolutely ridiculous! And on top of me paying money to have her do the job right in the first place she wants to charge me extra money to fix her mistakes . All coming from the “owner”. Would never recommend.

I have been going to Nail Time about 2 years. I used to go to Kim and the experience was always consistent! She was very good at cleaning up my nails and getting them to look great! Saturday I went to a new person since I was told Kim had left. Not happy with the service and for what I paid for upgraded services I do not feel I received the kind of care I had in the past. Especially for the services I paid for. Today my nails are already chipping and I am not pleased. Sorry but I feel I will not return again and I am back to looking for a new nail salon and tech.

I have going to Nails Time for over 7 years to Lisa, Sam and now there are a few new techs. Lisa is amazing and does a great job on my nails every single time whether its gel or acrylic! As for pedicures and manicures Sam does a wonderful job! I highly recommend Nails Time!

Visited for the first time this weekend and it was a wonderfully relaxing experience. Good selection of regular polish (which I use for pedicure) and HUNDREDS of gel polishes (my choice for manicure). Great customer service, easily accessible location, and pricing is very reasonable too.

I have been coming to Nails Time for 5 years. In that time, I have used many of the techs for manicures, acrylics and pedicures. I have never had a negative experience with any of the staff, in fact I always feel welcomed when I walk in. Whenever I have had an issue with my manicure, Lisa is always willing to fix it without any hassle. All of my friends know that I refuse to go anywhere else! Nails Time even accomodated my best friends wedding party on short notice! Also, they always have a good movie on the tvs for customers to watch. Truly a hidden gem!! Would recommend this place a million times over.

I went to get acrylics and when you walk in it is really small but that doesn’t matter. They sat me down and I was waiting like 10 mins till the person finally came. He would always get up to go do someone else’s nails. He was working on like 4 people at once. He used the same file on everyone. He also kept cutting me.

By far my favorite place to go in the Flowood area. And of course they do a great job with nails. Maria gives an amazing, very long and relaxing pedicure. She and all the staff pay attention to details. I went to Solar Nails recently because Tammys wasnt open just to get shellac removed and a quick polish and they were so busy and hurried they left me sitting there with the alcohol on my fingers for 30 minutes

AWFUL. Worst nail experience of my life. If youre looking to be treated with the same respect as a bag of poo, then this is the place for you. Unsanitary, rude, and bad quality. Its bring your children to work day I guess, having to sit next to a small girl who is coughing on me while eating McDonalds. With me being pregnant, the smells and germs arent really my thing. Did not see a single tool cleaning kit. Theyll offer you to get your eyebrows waxed, but if you deny, youll hear them say something quick to the other techs and then get stared at followed by laughter. Theyll even ask you to pay before youre done with your service (of course! They need to know if Im gonna tip good before they can give quality service! ) You do learn something new every day, and I learned that it can hurt to get your nails done! No, not the normal accidental cuts on cuticles either. Lastly, when going to this place, you better know what you want. Any indecisiveness or just being inexperienced is enough for the nail tech to let you know that youre on their time. If youre looking to get rushed, have your spirits crushed and total disappointment then Nail Time is the place for you!

I have gone here a 5 times, every time Ive had to go back because my polish bubbles. They try to fix it, but the problem is never solved. The staff is friendly and the facility looks clean, but Im not sure why their polish bubbles every time! I will not go back.

I love this place. Very serene environment and they do a great job.

The staff was very friendly, however my gel manicure didnt last 1 week. I chipped a nail a couple days afterwards and the staff happily fixed it with no charge, but, the tech didnt remove the old polish. She just painted right over it. Its been 1 full week and all of my nails are lifting and breaking off. I wont be back.

This is the best place to get your nails done -- and eyebrows waxed. Kelly, Lisa, Sam, and the rest of the team make you feel welcome. They play movies while you are there and make sure youre perfectly happy during your visit. Conveniently located by Keva Juice and Starbucks, you can get your mani / pedi done after you visit Defined Fitness. Then stop by the grocery or drug store. Riverside Plaza is the best place on the West side.

Went in for Gel nails Saturday. Polish started chipping the next day, I went in the following day they fixed it but again they started chipping the next day. Horrible place to get your nail done.

I have been to other studios, but this is HOME! Lisa is amazing. I have been wearing acrylic nails for more than 25 years. NO ONE has ever done a better set, fill, polish or design better than Lisa. The other techs are warm and caring. They all try their best to welcome you, get you seated for your mani / pedi in a timely manner. They do not pressure to upsell and are eager to please! I would highly reccoment this Studio..They do steralize instruments!

I have to say the people there seem friendly enough, but just a concern!!!! FYI... I have never seen any of the impliments placed in the blue cleansing jars at any of the stations, this be manicure or pedicure stations after being used. They just go back in the basket for the next person. NASTY!!!!!!

No quality at all. I did a gel manicure and got polisher all around nail cuticles and on a skin. I did it like a weak ago and polisher started to peel off. Where usually it stays for two or three weeks.
