We went to try this place because its named Angels like the one on Alameda but do not be fooled. The one on Alameda is 20X better. Unfortunately I waited over an hour after my appt time. My nails hurt for days after she was so rough and hurt me so much. They were literally arguing in front of everyone because they overbooked. Me and my 2 daughters all had cuts on our cuticles from their aggressive filing. Not worth it and will not go back. Go to Angels on Alameda for a relaxing service

My salon of choice. I have thin nails that are easy to injure. If you tell them to be careful and gentle, they are usually compliant. Plenty of services and lots of options.

Got 2 manicures with gel polish. They kind of filed our nails and polished them (they called this the full manicure) We got a heart design on one nail. Terrible job on the art. It wasn’t even a hard design that we requested. My 10 year old does better art work. Not even 24 hours later my gel polish was lifting and peeling. Paid $98! An didn’t even get lotion or anything on our hands. To top it off the lady nail tech kept trying to overly push us to get more services done and buy fake LV and other brands of stuff they sell. Then they kept talking in their language and saying “heart” then laughing. Wouldn’t even go back if it was free!

Unfortunately the side of my toe was severely cut. I have been in pain, worried about getting a staph infection because the tools used did not come out of a steril bag. No gloves were used during my manicure. I was not told to wash my hands for my manicure. The tools were kept in a woven basket touching other things. She would touch my bloody toe with the tool, then put it back in the basket. I hate leaving bad reviews but I hope the owner can practice correct sanitation in the future.

Made an appointment for 9am but they didnt honor our appointment. Ended up leaving and going to another salon. Super unprofessional!

Tammy and Hannah are the absolute only reason me and my girls come here. The other two women at the salon are extremely rude! I would go into my experience with them but I’ll leave it at that. Tammy is the best and Hannah though quiet, does amazing work. Tammy is a gem. Other than that these other 2 women give this salon a bad reputation.

Love the hot stones and parrafin wax, not sure why I was charged 8.00 in tax but the experience is great, a little different from their old location but what can I say. They did a great job on my pedi, I’m satisfied.

This place has gone from 5 stars to 1 since the new owners took over. I only go back because Paul still works there. I dont know if theyre a bunch of vampires but it is an ice box in this place! This morning I could literally see my breath it was so cold and the owner does not care how much you complain she absolutely refuses to make it a relaxing experience! If you do go there take a blanket or wear a jacket and boots or youll leave frozen! I should also mention Tammy was rudely yelling at Kim during my last visit a few weeks ago and I was so disgusted that I got up and walked out in the middle of my color change. Definitely never a relaxing experience there anymore. The day Paul leaves I will NEVER go back!!!!!

Nails came off less then a week and couldn’t get a refund 😤🤬after I paid 86 dollars for them plus she did them incorrectly !!!! Ridiculous
