My nails can go over a month (they grow out of course) without lifting or breaking. She does my pedicures and eyebrow wax as well. She does everything with precision and attention to detail.I honestly have never been happier with a nail salon. This is hands down the best! Trust me, you will have a positive experience. I have been going to the pink ribbon 🎀 for awhile now i go get my nails done every two weeks and they are amazing there. Their salon is clean and alway friendly!! I dont agree with most of the negative comments on here because not once was my experience bad there or did i ever see anything people say bad about it. Its sad how one negative comment can ruin a reputation for any busy. They are highly recommend by me and my tech Tina always does a lovely job on my nails no doubt about that and in running her business and making her customers happy!!

I have to change my review due to the excellent service and fix-up job I received today. I walked in to have my manicure redone because the one done yesterday was a serious mess. The gentleman sat me down and they helped me pick out a fun similar color (I forgot the number), and the manicure was AMAZING. Tina was so sweet and they both made me feel heard about my concerns. Ill be back!

Called and asked if they are still operating “by appt only” and before I could say I wanted to make an appointment, he said “and we’re gonna stay that way” click. Very rude, not professional at all. Nails Place located in the adjacent parking lot is the place to go! Very friendly and excellent service!

The real reason I gave it 2 stars was because of Kim she did an amazing job with my pedicure and was so friendly! She is absolutely amazing and would definitely go back just for her. When it came time for my full set I was excited I wanted an extremely basic set and just left disappointed. I believe her name was Tina and was rushing through the whole thing. There were bubbles in them and noticeable too. There was acrylic left on my skin. Extra acrylic at the bottom of my nail. Not to mention that she cut my cuticles a lot when I left my right thumb was bleeding a lot. I was very excited trying it out for my first time and the pedicure is definitely something I would make a trip to but absolutely would not recommend that tech.

This is the nicest salon I’ve ever been to. It is clean, modern and it is really beautiful. I admire the theme - the pink ribbon for breast cancer. Kim who did my pedicure did a great job scrubbing, massaging and cleaning up my feet. They look and feel amazing. But when she went to paint them, she left a lot of paint on the edges and it is gel. They say walk-ins welcome but they are not welcomed. They werevisibly bugged when I said we didn’t have an appointment. A different tech came up to say let me check if we can do 2 pedicures - even though the previous tech already said yes, it would just be a few minutes. So, definitely mixed feelings. I will try them again before deciding if this is my new go to salon.

Donna did an amazing job on my nails! This was the first time I’ve been here, but it was recommended to me by many people, and I wasn’t disappointed! I didn’t have an appt, but even though they looked full, they somehow managed to squeeze me, my mom, and my daughter in for services. It was clean, and everyone was professional and nice. I will definitely be back, but I do recommend making an appt before you go, they really are super busy!

Oh my it was wonderful there the first time I went I loved the set of nails I got they did wonderful the bad reviews did not make sense it was beautiful and clean in there the techs are so friendly if anyone goes I recommend all techs even Tina she is so wonderful kind hearted I love her! My other nail salon was booked up and I needed a pedicure ASAP, so I went to pink ribbon. Excellent service! Clean environment and everyone followed the COVID mandates, everyone was wearing their mask, beautiful salon inside. When the water got cold the lady put more warm water without me having to ask, did a great job on my toes and had the best massage. I got the deluxe pedicure and was 100% worth the price! This is my new nail place from now on!

This was my 1st visit to Pink Ribbon. The customer service was great! The quality of work is terrible. I paid $93.00 for a Cat Eye manicure (dip) & pedicure. I have air bubbles and bumps on my nails. The dip was not set close to my cuticles, therefore, my polish looks grown out. The Cat Eye lines are not facing the same direction. My middle finger has a circle from the tool used to make the Cat Eye. My nails were not filed & feel rough. It’s been 6 days since I got my nails done & the polish is already chipping. I was working on this side of town & thought I’d try Pink Ribbon. I won’t be returning. The place I’ve been going to the last year doesn’t charge $93.00 and their polish lasts 8 weeks!

This place is all about customer service. Its unreal how clean (I saw one guy in his down time cleaning the tops of all the shelves and lamps!), professional, and fun the employees are! Im from Phoenix, AZ so my expectations are always high but have never once found a place here in Albuquerque that is worthy of my hands and feet lol. Granted my nails are super cute but not the best Ive ever had. Youll never find that here in NM. I got the deluxe pedicure and it was worth the price. But what made this a 5 star place is the staff. Ill definatly be coming back!

Ive been getting manicures/pedicures for years....when you get a DELUXE pedicure at the Punk Ribbon, it is EVERY bit deluxe. They take their time and do such quality work....I will never go anywhere else for a pedicure.

My sisters and I arrived at Pink Ribbon after having made an appointment ahead of time. This was meant to be a special treat for ourselves as we rarely have the chance to get together. We were really looking forward to this experience.Upon entering the salon we were greeted with a mostly friendly environment. We were asked to pick out our colors for mani/pedi. However, we felt this particular process was very rushed. With so many options to choose from it was overwhelming how quickly they expected us to make a decision, I don’t even think we had 2 minutes before we felt pressured into making a decision.All three us of were started being attended to at the same time. However, two of them were finished before I was. They had techs who were obviously more advanced and better trained. They had more complex painting choices picked out too.I was optimistic with my own experience. Assuming the tech was just taking their time. I did express concerns when communicating my desired nail shape and color. I requested a traditional rounded tip French tip nail. I found myself having to critique the nail tech multiple times, not out of frustration. It was just obvious they were struggling, perhaps even new?During the manicure process I don’t think enough attention was given to my cuticle nail bed. They were unevenly pushed back and a lot of the skin not properly removed. This resulted in peeling skin in the following days. During the paint process I expressed concerns with the unevenness of the French tip that were vastly different finger to finger. I work in a professional setting and my hands are a work asset, I keep them tidy and well kept.As my sisters were happy, for the most part, I wasn’t. Upon getting ready to leave and seeing the nails in direct sunlight the imperfections I had addressed were quite literally painfully obvious. When I addressed the concerns of the gel paint stuck to the skin of my fingers, a rough emery board was used to essentially file off the excess. This resulted in painful cuticles and now fingertips as a whole.While it may not seem like a large amount of money. Our bill came out to $230, which did not include generous tips we each paid our nail techs as a thank you. This was a huge underwhelming experience that will require time for my hands to heal, as they are still quite irritated. I will also need to visit another salon in hope they can clean up the cuticles to help avoid further discomfort.I can’t say I will be returning. We went in on a Saturday mid day, it wasn’t overly busy. The staff was friendly, you could definitely get the impression they treated their regulars as a priority. Making for a not so great first impression.

It was my first time coming to this place as the typical nail salon I visit was closed on Sundays and I wanted to try somewhere new. They have friendly and welcoming staff. However, the lady that did my pedicure (Vivian) left my ingrown nail on both of my big toes. I did not know this had happened up until a week later I started having redness, pain and tenderness to the touch, and even pus come out of one of my toe nails. Now it’s infected. Both of my big toes are in pain still. It’s unfortunate I had to go through this, this has never happened to me before. Hope nobody else goes through this experience.

Oanh was excellent. Very professional, genuine and friendly. I have been coming here since I moved here in October 2020 and the facility is always well run and very clean. The staff is always very nice.

A friend had recommended coming to this salon and I had high hopes! Went in with my mom for a gel maní and pedi and was really excited. Started with the pedicure, and the nail tech wasn’t very gentle on my nails. She created a hangnail (which I didn’t have previously but understand it happens), but she ripped it out so deep that my toe started bleeding and was infected for the next few days. I had a set of acrylics that wouldn’t come off and were damaging my nails when they grew too long and had ripped two of my nails from their beds. Instead of letting them soak to hopefully save my actual nail, the nail tech ripped all of them off and left my actual nails torn apart and damaged. We moved over to the gel mani because I wanted to give my nails a break, and the tech did a terrible job. All my nails were crooked and different lengths. I had 2 nails injured and she would forget and was not gentle. Over the next 2 days, 4 nails had chipped or broken and I was not happy so I went in to hopefully have them fixed. I had called to make an appointment and had requested anyone other than my nail tech because I didn’t want to upset or embarrass her. When I came in again, she happened to be the one checking me in. She wasn’t happy and when she called over another worker, she stood over her shoulder watching me the entire time my nails were being fixed. Neither of them talked to me and the nail tech helping me was being very passive aggressive towards me. She cut me with the nail file because she was visibly irritated. I thought the worst was behind me because I got the nails cut short enough to not break, but the next day the top layer of the gel started peeling off as if it were really old. Within the next few days, a few other nails had chipped but I didn’t want to go back. I’m usually not picky with my nail salons and was hoping for the best but it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Maybe it was just my own experience, but it was not professional the way they treated me when I came back. Was very disappointed :((

My daughter had a full set done and it was horrible! The nail doesnt fit her nail at all, it looks like it was done at home, and the guy added glitter when she didnt want it. Horrible product for as expensive as it was.

I was excited to go since its been 2 years since Ive been to a nail salon due to the pandemic. I called to schedule an appointment and the gentleman who answered was very short and rushed. I couldnt understand him and he made a sarcastic like okay so were playing 20 questions now?... if this is my first impression of their business then I dont want it. I told him nevermind and that he was very rude. Id rather go somewhere else who treat people courteously.

Really disappointed in this salon. I had to wait 30 minutes for my appointment. The lady (Vivian) did not seem to know what she was doing - she painted one nail at at time and put it under the light.It did not seem like the sanitized between customers.3 days later my gel polish popped off as if it was a press on nail.Really confused with all the positive reviews.

I had terrible service on my first visit here. I felt it was rushed and they were just trying to churn people in and out. I have cuts on 3 of my fingers where the drill went on to my skin. One of them bled a little. She suggested dip nails instead of gel so my hurt fingers got dipped in to a communal bottle of powder. Heres hoping I dont get some fungus or worse!

Unfortunately I received my worst manicure at this place. I really had high expectations, but I guess it depend who you get. My nail tech was the older gentleman and he did a terrible job, I had to ask him 2 times to fix it after he said he was done. In the end, I had crocked nails, and uneven finish on top. I will not be going back.

They were very clean and spaced out and were using an abundance of caution with their cleanliness. Tony and Nancy were very professional and did a great job doing our nails! It was such a great experience.

This was my first time going to this nail salon. LAN did my nails and she did a wonderful job. the design that I showed her used stickers but she didn’t have any, so she did it all by hand. it all came out really pretty and was surprisingly done fairly quickly. definitely going here again.

I went in a couple weeks ago for the first time and received excellent service! I called and made an appointment ahead of time and they saw me right away when I arrived. Ben did my pedicure and acrylic set and did an amazing job. I went back for a fill and Ben did another wonderful job - they looked brand new! Deluxe Gel Pedicure was GREAT, but Tony burnt my leg with the hot rock... but toes came out GREATTTTT! Acrylic nails on the other hand..... awful. Awful shape, veryyy awful shape. The color is peeling, and there are gaps on the sides of my nails where acrylic should be ... poorly filed.

Absolutely love this nail salon! I just had an appointment there and they are so clean and made sure that they care about everyone’s safety! I scheduled an appointment online and when I showed up I noticed on the door right away it said only appointments no walk ins which assured me right away they took great caution. When I finally went into the salon right away they asked if I had an appointment and after I said yes they asked to check my temperature and to clean my hands. Everyone also had their masks on. I also noticed how clean they were being after every client. They right away sanitized everything after every appointment and went and sanitized themselves. Once I sat down for my appointment I also noticed everywhere that they had Plexiglass every where they would be in contact with a client. I have been going to Pink Ribbon for awhile now and always realized how clean and cautious they are but I love how they are even going beyond that now with everything going on! I also absolutely love how my nails came out!! I would most definitely recommend for you to come to them! They are so kind and will give you the nails you want and make them even look better then what you ask for!!!

The owner is ever attentive to everything and clearly knows what she expects for every customer, and ensures that excellence is standard. And above all of this: it is clean and efforts are taken at every step to keep it so. A gem of a business.

Went in for a powder dip and I asked if they use the same Used powder for every client over and over..They said absolutely not.. Im like great got them done happy camper went back 2 weeks later to get another powder dip.. the nail tech started to do the powder dip using the same filthy may be infected powder.. they dip every clients nail in the same powder which may cause infection or even worse..it was a lie they always use the same powder if you dont speak up they would do it.. I do not recommend I will not go back

I have been coming here for a year or 2...and always had a good experience. I dont know if they got new people or what..but they did a terrible job on my daughters nails. ..they left glue all sloppy on the back, left her cuticle cut, and the nails were yoo small..they dont even cover her natural nail all the way..theres a gap on the sides!! To top it off, I had an appointment for 12:30, and they didnt finish a basic set of nails until 2:20!! We wont be back..I usually make a trip all the way across town, but not anymore. 😒
