HORRIBLE experience here. RUN don’t walk away from here. This place ruined my wedding dress and then tried to cover it up. Owner John and tailor became very aggressive and angry toward me and my family when confronted about their mess up. All owner would do was reimburse the alteration cost. They ruined a $1,200 wedding dress and lied about it. Extremely unprofessional and even threatening. Terribly disappointed and shocked by this service.

I’ve never had pants professionally hemmed, and I couldn’t believe how great they turned out! My grandmother has always hemmed my pants for me and while she does a great job, it’s not a professional job obviously. They are also very friendly here. I will definitely be back.

I cannot say enough good things about these people (John and his lovely wife Anh) and how they take care of customers. Long story short, I needed to make an alteration to my military uniform(s) [Promotion and MOS change] and they took care of my every need. Very reasonable price (I would and did pay for the comfort and convenience of having them do everything anyways) and great service. A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ service!!!!

This place is the best cleaners ever!

Took in a leather jacket to have the collar resewn. Called all over ABQ for pricing and not only did Susie N have the best price, but we would have paid twice that for the quality job we received! Definitely recommend.

Im in the Military and I needed some alterations done quickly. The alterations store on post told me they needed 3 weeks. Susie N cleaners did it the same day and stayed 1 hour past their closing time to help me.. just outstanding people, I would recommend all civilian and military to do business here!

I had 11 shirts and one suit cleaned at Susie N Cleaners. I was extremely pleased with their work. I recently moved into this neighborhood and decided to try the local cleaner rather than my old cleaners. My shirts came back looking brand new (even the shirts with some staining around the neck which my old cleaners didnt get out). I also had a seam repaired in my suit. The fix was perfect and you could never tell it had ripped. Highly recommend this establishment.

Awesome and quick service! Took my suit in to be altered and didnt expect I would need it back soon, so let them take their time. Turned out I needed my suit sooner than I thought and when I called to see if I could get the suit finished faster, they had it done the next day. Very nice work done on the suit and I would definitely come back!
