$110 for a washout because there was some dirt and leaves in the trailer. And it’s not even clean! Horrible service. Horrible pricing. Will not go back! Oh and there’s soap all over the back of my trailer…Worst washout experience I’ve ever had!Buyer beware! And while I was in line every single person that came in when asked if they were happy with their last experience there..said no.

Truck and trailer are still dirty. Bugs left behind the mirrors all the way up both sides of the hood. Ledge beneath sleeper door still dirty. Wiped my hand over the surface and my hand is dirty. The worker said Well, its not rinsed yet. Seriously try washing it with soap first.

Its a commercial truck wash its hit or miss they usually do a good job Unless theyre busy then they get a little sloppy but thats to be expected in the industry Im not saying its acceptable But it does happen when youre rushing.

Took my rig in to get it washed. Explained no acid do to everything being buffed. Asked to get brushed. I swear a 2 year old could have done better. Dirty places all over the truck PLUS the tore a louvre bar off of my grill. I will ride dirty before I will ever go back to that place

After waiting more than an hour they did a very poor quality wash. When I pointed out to the lead guy the dirt on my bumper he said that was dirt that fell down and they were not going to correct it. We dont wash there he said. Worst blue beacon I have been to in 44 years of trucking. I will not go back. Poor quality and bad attitude.my ticket # 090251704 I wont come back!! Staff knows how to treat a person. And excellent service. The one thing that I think BB needs to pay attention to is, cleaning the wash bay after a trailer clean, for nails. We come to get a truck wash, not to dish money out on a punctured tire.

This Blue Beacon truck wash are great. They are for washing semi trucks. We have been traveling with our trailer. They were nice enough to wash our truck and trailer. We have been to 3 of them all super nice helpful and great prices.

Day shift guys dont care and they dont brush it, they only wash it with water and charge $68 that’s it. night shift guys wash pretty good the truck. 👎👎👎

They try to hurry up and get you out, without regards to quality of the wash. No attention to detail, lazy like spraying and brushing.

Bit of a long wait during peak hours. Took me an hour and a half to get in but was well worth the weight. Crew did an outstanding job and even management came out to quality check the work. Very satisfied with the results and will return.

Wouldnt allow to split payment between cash and credit card. Honestly if it wasnt for the person in charge of in the wash bay and not the fat guy with a beard I would give this place a 0 star. After the manager at the register completely refused my payment he went out and yelled at everyone to stop washing my truck then he slammed my hood after unlatching the hood lock pinning the driver side hold down latch underneath the hood and instead of unlatching the passenger side so we could get the driver side unstuck from under the hood the fat bearded ahole started manhandling my hood too get the drivers side latch out. I am not one too do bad reviews this is actually the first bad review I have ever done. I will never be going back to a blue beacon again after this ahole decided too throw a fit because they refused payment because I was only able too split with cash and credit card

One of the best truck washes Ive been too. This is where I try and always stop for a wash. Feel like I get my moneys worth, have yet to have any spots missed that should have been clean

Ive had my truck washed here bi-weekly and monthly for two years I had two bad experiences and they corrected them... When I come get my truck washed late in the afternoon when they second shift is working I get a great wash they do an excellent job and treat me like a real customer I highly recommend them on the second shift...

Did a great job on are Class C motorhome and tow vehicle. 54 bucks and that included the protection. Only complaint is long wait for unknown reasons. I thought it was because it takes awhile to clean an RV or semi but after getting into the bay and watching them clean mine (team of about 10) I was out in 5 minutes....how in the hell did I sit for 1 hour out side 4th in line. Mind blown! Once in...... service was good......RV was clean...... price was great!

I have been sitting in line for 1hr 39 minutes and am still 5th in line. Does Blue Beacon not realize we have hours of service rules!!! But Im stuck here and theres only one way out!! They truly need to close this place down if this is the speed in which they operate!

Omg this place is slow. 3rd in line an its been 1.5 hrs an still counting. Thats 30 mins per truck so far.It would be better to go to the eagle truck wash

Very good truck wash but the customer service is a bit lacking, they have big Oilfield trucks come in for degrease and instead of making them come at a scheduled time they just let everyone back up and you will end up stuck in line for 2-3hrs. I asked if they could schedule the degrease and have a crew dedicated to it and the girl who answered phones said “no” and I said so you just let trucks pull in aget stuck in line for hours? She said “yes” no concerns for others schedules or anything. I don’t have any issues with them doing the degrease jobs I just think they should at least keep one bay running for those who just need the dust knocked off!

I take company trucks here for deep cleaning and all the times Ive left happy. Those young lads there are very courteous. Highly recommended.

This place is packed all the time. They do a really good job at washing your truck. They may be training a lot of people so be on the lookout for any spots that they might have messed even though they inspected it.

The supervisor Joseph is the worst guy I have ever had take care of my truck. I paid so much for a de mud just to remove the mud from myself from the back of my cab. I spoke to Joey the manager and just did not like the service provided overall horrible location

Yes...I know a lot of times its the luck of the draw...but the chemicals and service dont lie.....i exclusively use blue beacon...yes we all know the streakin beacon....but I can tell you...Ive been to a lot....and at least ...on this day....this time. ..hands down the best wash ever...my truck looks like it did off the lot...over 2 years ago!!!!. ...dont change, Ill be back

I could have done a better job with a garden hose didnt even get all the loose dust off!!! manager got lippy and bay leader got lippy when I asked them to focus on different areas of the truck my truck honestly left looking worse than when I went in there it will be a cold day in hell before I pull back in there
