Helen, the owner, is absolutely amazing and is the sweetest person that always does a great job on my nails. Because of her, the atmosphere of the shop is always so pleasant with her employees that always makes it such a comfortable and enjoyable experience. This is definitely my new nail place!

Due to my poor planning, I forgot to schedule a brow wax and facial. At the last minute yesterday I stopped in to check availability. I was greeted with nothing but smiles. Helen said they didn’t open until later and was booked solid but agreed to come in at 8:00 am to take care of me.Today was amazing! I was pampered like I didn’t expect and Helen took very good care of me. I’m in love with my waxing and facial. I’m going back next month!Highly recommend this family run, small business if you want to feel like royalty!

My last visit was exactly like the cartoon about going to the nail shop. I have been a regular customer for over 5 years with the same girl since my second visit who does a fabulous job. I find customer service most important in an establishment. Cindy did such a great job the first time that I went back. I will book an appointment with her next time and see how it goes. Kim and her are the sweetest and friendliest there by far.

I love the girls here, and Ive been going to Lotus for the last 5-6 years. If I go anywhere else, it doesnt feel like home. They have excellent service and great prices. They remember your name and what you like to get, youre not just another customer or another face.

Wow the lady that did my feet she did Not use new Tools! In fact I was to embarrassed to say anything. I got a french tip and 2 weeks later it start to chip off! I went back and I told them so they fixed it for free. But now Its chipping again it hasnt even been a month!! She told me they would last longer than this! Not going back.

They did an awesome job, all the girls were super nice and friendly. Helen also made sure that myself and my coworkers were comfortable the whole time.

I have been going to them for years! Recently there service is horrible! Shellac does not last and they don’t take there time! Recently my daughter got a full set of nails and hated them ! And they would not fix them cause she said she put a free design on there so she should be happy with them😂😂😂 ! Poor customer service for a regular who been going there for years! I will find a new place to give my money too! Horrible !

So, I went to HEB this morning. My HEB receipt had a coupon for this SPA. I decided to try the Deluxe Pedicure. They used alot of lotion, which I thought, maybe it was a special lotion. She massaged my feet like for a minute with more lotion. No sugar scrub or similar. An hour later my feet feel very dry. I did mention my concern, she gave me a dirty look or a I dont understand look. So, I was like ugh, I am not going to be that one difficult customer. So, I am definitely not going back.

I got the $45 pedicure (I dont remember the name of the service, hence the price) and a gel polish manicure.I paid $80 for these services and that is the most expensive combination here apparently. My friend that I was there with got acrylic nails and the deluxe pedicure she paid a little less than me.My pedicure was great but the end result of my polish job (simple polish) was not up to par. It looks like I painted them myself with my non dominant hand. For $80, I would at least expect to have my polish look like a professional did it.Helen has great quality of work, my friends manicure and my gel manicure look great.However, I really wish that while my friend was getting a full set of nails, I could have gotten my gel polish manicure done. I waited for her nails to be done for at least an hour and I was told that while I was getting a pedicure that my manicure would be done as well.I will tell you, its not relaxing having to remember to turn on a curing light or have someone constantly going back and forth lifting up your hands to get them manicured. The process for the pedicure was nice and I wish I could have enjoyed it more. My friend felt insulted as three of the ladies working here made a joke about a monkey eating a banana, and she felt as if that was a reference to her appearance (her legs were not shaved). Another pet peeve of mine is when the person giving your services does not speak to you but speaks another language to the other workers instead. Where I come from its professional to speak to your clients (at minimum), and its also polite to keep the workplace chatter to a dull roar.We spent almost three hours there, and for at least one of those hours I was waiting my turn for a mani pedi (and the pedicure looks awful). I dont know if I would ever come back here, especially with how my friend felt about the comments made (shes been coming here for years and even had her wedding nails done).

I took my 3 little girls in for mani/pedis and they did an amazing job and were incredibly patient with my girls (ages 6, 8, and 9). While we were there my 6 year old lost a tooth and Helen gave her $5 and made her night! I will definitely be going back and highly recommend Lotus!

Could have had my daughter do my nails. Came in for good nail and my nails are crooked and one of my tips are cracked. Ive only had them about a week. Poor poor job. And they were the wrong shape

Horrible experience do NOT go here unless you want to be cut or be bitched at by your nail tech Ive been cut here many times when they shave my nails. Today I went with my friend to get her nails done and the guy that did her nails, Tony did a horrible job and she messsed her nails up just cus her hand hit the table and he was very rude telling her she shouldnt have touched anything and just talked to her very rude then the second time she messsed them up again and he literally raised his voice at her telling her it was her fault that she messsed it up. He did fix it but when we left & her nails got messed up again and she was like Im not going back in there because I dont want to be bitched at. Would give this place zeros stars if it was possible.

I went in there on a Monday to get my nails done. I did not have an appointment, but the lady was available to do my nails right away. I chose to get the powder dip nails. On Tuesday morning one nail poped off, & later that afternoon another poped off. I went back Tuesday evening, again w/out an appointment. The lady said it was a 20 minute wait, cause she had an appointment. Understandable. The 20 minute wait turned into an hr & a half just to get two nails fixed. On Thursday morning I had 2 nails pop off, by this point Im just frustrated & call the place & I told them I just wanted my $40 back. They said they could NOT give me my money back, but I could go in there AGAIN, basically waste my time, & go get the nails fixed. I let her know I will NOT be going in there anymore, because they just keep POPING OFF! & she says Im so sorry, but I cant give you your money back, so here I am letting everyone know about my great experience. 🖕

Wow... im astonished this place has so many good reviews. Let me begin by saying this is the worst experience Ive ever had at a nail place. My total was $100 for a shellac mani/pedi, which is average for some of the places in town. I sat down and knew I should have left when the girl who was doing my pedicure pulled nail clippers from the blue solution at her work station. I insisted she grab an unsealed pack and open them in front of me to be sure they were sterile. I let it go and tried to have an open mind. I then witnessed a pedi be wrapped up. The water was already drained and the towels were left in the sink. About 10 min later the technician attempted to sit the next customer and fill up water when I reminded her she hadnt cleaned the tub yet. She laughed and said oh ok. My technician meanwhile began my pedicure and was soaking my feet when she grabbed the same nail clippers and file she was using on my toes and tried to use them on my hands. Big no no with me. I also had to stretch my hands to one side because apparently they do shellac manicures at the same seat you do pedicures. Seriously?? Ugh. Well it was so incredibly uncomfortable I finally asked her for a break bc my back was killing me from stretching over that long to one side. Lets see. Oh yeah my manicure left my hands so rough due to my hands soaking in acetone for about 15 min. I came home and had to use gloves drenched with cream and left them soaking for about 30min. My husband even commented that my hands were rough today and asked what I had been doing all day. On the positive. I was offered wine but denied. I was not wanting to drink from any glass these people had. So regret going to this place and thankful I have the knowledge and experiences of other nail salons in town. Will be going back to my regular place.So much for trying someplace new. Le sigh
