I just moved in a week ago and so far the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There were a few small things that needed repair when we moved in. The air conditioner was not working properly, the stove was not hooked up, the garbage disposal wasn’t working, and the sliding glass door had no screen. I reported most issues the day after I moved in. Every issue I had was resolved by Monday morning except the air conditioning and that was because they had to order a part. The complex is large. There is a huge dog park/baseball field that my dog loves to play in. Everyone seems to pick up after their pets. Some people have issues being able to pick up and maintenance takes care of that very quickly from what I’ve seen. There is always a parking space right in front of my apartment. The area could be better but that is not the fault of the apartment complex. I think they do a good job of bringing up the values in the area.

I lived here for over 2 years and I had a 900 dollar deposit and I’m still getting charge 400 dollar more even tho I gave my 30 days notice and everything plus I lefted the apartments clean. Rent somewhere else all they care about is money . Good thing I took pictures when I moved out! Edit :they are charging me for a whole other month rent even tho I gave my 30 days notice.

This complex is poorly ran and managed!! They are so sad money hungry health risking owners and managers! Apartments are over ten by roaches and they wont do anything about it. Added when something needs repair they send boot leg people that barely speak English so the tenant cant explain the problem. Rent at your own rush

!!! MOVER BEWARE !!!If I could give this place zero stars I would but unfortunately I can’t. Lived there only 6 months before we couldn’t take it anymore. Management and maintenance never answer and take months to answer maintenance requests. Our apartment leaked water from the roof since we moved in, we even reported it to the “emergency” line and heard back 3 months later! It wasn’t even raining anymore. The girls are the front are rude and full of attitude. Only one worth anything is Kelly. She did an amazing job in selling us the apartment and signing our lease but due to her coworkers and boss we left in a hurry. Always expect to get notices of them coming in or turning the water off every other week. Your gas too! So much criminal activity, always expect cops to be around, undercover cops walking on the property, wanted signs on the mailboxes. They’ll make you pay extra on the deposit just to take it. We got 1/3 of our deposit back, they charge you through the roof. Funny how they never seem to care about the apartments cleanliness or upkeep until it’s time to charge you. Laundry room always closed or broken, the pool had ridiculous hours and even then was under maintenance or simply just closed. I could go on and on about how badly this place is. Even worse when I called to talk to someone about it Amanda was a complete dread to talk too. Sarcastic and an ugly attitude. So their customer service is also zero stars. I will never be going back to Aztec village and will try my best steer others away from that god forbidden place as well.

Run from this place management are dictators ....your car will not be safe .... And you pay for security but you never see them........ They will raise the rent on you at some point... The community is really loud and on the weekends its nonstop you can find a better spot in the area

The office is awsome burnece is a big help and they work with you since i have been hear i have seen no bugs and its been quit for the most part

I lived here back in 2015 and the place felt like it was going down hill, I just moved back to Albuquerque for work transfer and came back to Aztec village to see it has completely did a 360! The property looks amazing the apartment I am in now I can call it a home! I am definitely satisfied with my home!

I have been here for a while now they a very nice appartment and the maintenance here is very quick to come and fix things that need to be addressed. Like everywhere there are bugs but if you keep it clean and sprayed they stay away. I really enjoy living here

My two single mom daughters moved in a little more then a year ago.Love the pool.Maintenance calls are however a problem.You put in an order and your lucky if the problem is fixed within a reasonable amount of time.People in office are incompetent.There was a problem with a roach infestation. I had to call property management office to get them relocated.If the owners wouldcome in and either re-train or replace people in office it might be a greatplace.Today i was at my daughters watching thr maintenance. The glass was falling out of oven. With made it impossible to use. They never came back. So my poor grandchildren had to do without dinner.I think since the maintenance was not finishing the job someone should reimburse my daughters for the inconvenienceOverhaul the employees and people might STAY

When I first moved in a year a good the place was great, small flaws like all apartments, little bug problem but most in the neighborhood do. However when PMI took over in January all the good changed! The new property manager is rude for no reason. I dread needing anything at all, I hate going to the office because its just attitude all around. I asked simple questions about my lease and they dont have it. My AC has been out all summer and they dont even care. Now they ripped the private fences off our balconies and there is no reason to live here. Avoid this place if you can. Management isnt worth the cheap price.

THE WORST place I have ever lived, and I have lived in some bad places! We moved in two weeks ago and we were told that theres was no bug problem the night we moved in we found that it was completely infested with roaches!!! Roaches everywhere! They sent a pest control guy to spray and it did not work at all he said that it was very bad and will take months of not longer to get under control. I have a two year old and a baby on the way I cannot live in a unhealthy place!!! Then a week after we moved in both of the showers completely quit working and one of the bathroom sinks. I have woken up to having a roach on my arm and now Im done! Im breaking the lease and we are out of this horrible place!!

If you have a complaint don’t bother telling the new manager from pmi! She doesn’t care how the residents feel about their safety. Her response to me wanting it noted that I’m not feeling safe because of all the homeless sleeping in hall ways was well when security goes by they aren’t there, so it’s not happening and I’m free to pay double to my rent to break my lease. If you are a single mom do not move in here! It’s not safe! There is so many cockroach’s and in my hallway always broken windows and trash on the floor as well as writing. Spend a little more this place is a good price because of the lack of safety and how gross it is and the extremely rude management... and I thought the old team wasn’t nice but they had compassion, pmi staff has none. Please keep looking this is not the place to live!

I do not understand the few good reviews about this dump, I guess they are fake !!! Painting the outside and taking the patios is not the solution. Every single person in that office is just rude, and because they don’t live In a place like this, they don’t care, they don’t have to deal with homeless outside their apartment, hallways full of garbage or surranges!! The carpet on the hallways are as old as this apartments .there is tape holding that carpet together !!!. just because people is low income you don’t have to treat us like so. We are humans like you !! Run away from here !!!

Seriously not even worth a star. Roaches. Lazy maintenence. Office manager Michelle ALWAYS rude. Not safe. A couple days ago, someone was SHOT three feet from my bedroom window where I was with my one year old. CSI, cops, ambulances here constantly. I could go on and on. Do not move here. So glad my lease is ending.

I would just like to say that..I honestly dislike the cockroaches...the pest control needs to be controlled...I have to call almost every two weeks for my apartment to be sprayed...and within those two weeks isnt even enough I tried to ask the front desk to spray every week ..they wont..but I feel they should...I have a baby and Im afraid it is very unhealthy for her...Im so truamatized from seeing them..I literally had one crawl into my glass cup.. into my crockpot as I was cooking.. Im so sick of seeing cockroaches.. I should have known before I had my baby.. I have to check her crib every time I put her in I have to check my cabinets I dont want to leave my food in the cabinets or shelves..I dont even use the cabinets by the sinks..also my drawer has been broken since Ive moved in 6 months ago..I pay over $690.00 for this... maintenance is horrible my sliding door broke a week after I moved in..cant even slide open or shut..Im my water is always cold.. I wasnt aware if this bug problem..Im so uncomfortable in my own home...I dont even want to sit in my own couch...Im scared to walk into my kitchen sometimes...I honestly love cooking but I cant do it in the comfort of my own home... because I see them come out when Im cooking..or cleaning..Im just sick of this I either should get my rent reduced...or maintenance should be maintained and pest control needs more control...breaking my lease soon

One of the worst apartment experiences I have EVER had! Wow this place is terrible! The application process went on for two weeks if not more, instead of the lady at the apartment I was working with telling me all of the things I needed for my application, she strung me along by asking me for pay check stubs and letters from college one by one. Every phone call from Katy was one more paycheck stub, one more time I had to fill out the application. After you get past that problem here comes the day to move in! I waited an hour for my keys after I got there. I walk into the apartment with the manager. All of the closets are off the tracks, AKA broken. Backdoor broken! Fridge with a large gauge in it. Plenty of knicks here and there in the walls. The worst part was the carpet in one bedroom, 3 large stains, one was bright green, one was bright orange and the biggest one about 6 inches by 4 inches if I were to guess was pink stain. The manager told me she color blind and could not see them! I told her well I need the carpet replaced, this is sub standard. And in my opinion a very unprofessional way to present an apartment to someone and expect them to move in and except that. Aztec village manager and Katy can you please tell me who wants to move into a place with three large stains on the carpet and all the doors to be broken?! Please go ahead? Explain that? After the manger told me we could cut out the carpet in the closet and put it over the stains? But we cant replace the carpet? And has the nerve to tell me you want to take it as is? Yes I would love to settle down in a gross room with stained carpet and to not properly open all my doors. Of course! As we were leaving I seen this class on the window where the building door was that seemed like gun shots. Glade I passed on this apartment. I deserve my deposit back for sick gross conditions.

Honestly i feel like calling health department this place is full of roaches every where they live inside the walls i moved a box from my patio and it was packed with roaches and they all ran to a small hole on the wall i called for them to spray imidiatley but two days later they were back. Worst place ever you wont live comfortable what so ever and they take your money and dont give you what you paid for. Theres huge aunt wholes in the childrens park as well and they havent done anything about it. Disgusting. Not worth it

Since we been here we have had issues from bugs to pipe bursting lets not for get we were out of an A/C for over a week twice, to top it off maintenance has stolen from our apartment.. The staff is very rude especially the leasing manager, this company should be embarrassed that they have someone like her working for them as soon as our lease is up Im moving I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone... The worst experience ever!!!!

Extremely bad place. I was a caregiver for one of their tenants. The AC went out and it took them a week to fix it in the middle of the summer. I went into the office explanning how sick my client was and that is was an extreme emergency that this person have AC. Still nothing! I took my concerns to the corporate office manager and the issue was fixed right away. My client sufford terribly in that week with 90 plus temps in the apartment. Shortly after this the person passed away. How sad these people had no heart. Listen to the reviews. The roaches were aweful!. Direct management needs to be evaluated on a regular basis. All these things should not be happening. RUN! Run away from this place if you know whats good for you.

My wife and i just moved in a week ago...we really needed a place to move into and accepted the apartment that was shown to us...due to the fact it looked decent enough better than the stair way and busted Windows as you approach your front door...its embarrassing to have visitors see your walkway undecent...but as far as getting the apartment...the entire front desk is unprofessional...no hospitality whatsoever...so damn rude like they are always on the rag... I apoligize but as far as these other reviews i truly hope the bug issue isnt a problem....because thats what i was trying to move away from...and for the leasing office... YOU CAN TRY AND WORK ON SMILING AND BEING NICE TO YOUR RESIDENCE AND NEW RESIDENCE...A BIT MORE PROFESSIONAL AT LEAST... AND QUIT BEING SO RUDE...AT LEAST PUT ON A FAKE NICE VOICE OR SOMETHING... I hope i didnt make a mistake moving here...

Cockroaches, centipedes, spiders, homeless people sleeping in the hallways, broken windows fron the apartment entrances, syringes on the floor, broken balcony fence being held by a rope,trash on the floor by the dumpsters, & someone broke our car window, stole our bike cover, broken washers & dryers, coke machine didnt work, tried raising our rent without making it more habbitable for us.STAY AWAY!

Dont even get me started! From the cockroaches to the lazy maintenance ppl, Im SO HAPPY my lease is ending. Michelle the manager is rude and doesnt care about the tenants. Let me start off by saying, you will NOT get what you should expect, not even from a tax credit property. My ceiling downstairs had a leak and the ceiling was literally caving in. We called maintenence, the emergency maintenance line and went in and talked to Maria when she was working. It still took them a week to come fix... all they did was pull off the seeping paint holding all the moldy water in and painted over the patch (splattering paint on our TV in the process). When our stairs rail fell off, they looped it through wire and nailed it back on. Never came back to actually fix. I called for a bug spraying back in November (its supposed to be a complimentary service they provide, they put us on a waiting list and we never got seen, its now may. Never got a call, a note, NOTHING. our shower wall has caved in TWICE, we called the first time, they came and glued tiles on to fix the problem. The second time they TAPED a tarp to cover the huge gaping hole for a week so they could order supplies. Order supplies??? You run an apartment complex and dont have supplies to fix a wall??? But Thats not even as bad as when the boiler in our building went out (building 4)... I called and asked what the problem was. They said they had to purchase a new boiler. I asked when we can take a warm shower again, they said Friday. It was Monday when I called! So I asked for the manager and got Michelle. She was so rude and unprofessional. When I brought up all the problems they never fixed, she just said sorry about that. sorry about that??? Thats the best you can do? How about actually MANAGING the place and getting stuff done?! They gave us a key to a vacant apartment to shower in. They asked for the key back the next morning. Ummm.... no. Im not going all week without a shower. I have kids that go to school. I have laundry to do. Needless to say, I kept the key until I was sure our hot water was back on. Please do not rent from here. It will be the worst year of your life. They legitimately do not care about anything but getting your rent.

A friend of mine just moved in coming and find out the pipelines were noted by the state department that they were bad and they still moved him into the apartment needless to say yet since hes been there in less than 27 days has had water damage due to the garbage disposal and dishwasher exploding due to the pipeline then they moved out the dishwasher and this is what he found behind it
