Is a quite place and the apartments are really big and comfortable I love my apartment 👌🏽

I give a 3 because maintenance or office never fixed what needed to be fix in my apartment.

You guys are on it. I like that when i submit an order for maintenance, that you respond promply. That makes me like living here. I realize that things got set back due to Covid-19 but even through all of that the response time was good.

Really bad service, the apartments always smell like marijuana, my clothes always smells bad, the cigarette odor descanting. I reported my A/C was damaged and they never went to check it. roaches throughout the department. they require you to clean your balcony and if you dont they will terminate your contract. I only had a grill and a chair and when I cleaned it, others residents continued with the dirty balconies. I left my apartment clean and it turns out that the deposit is not returned because they say it was dirty and the carpet too. They never install new carpet when I rented. I do not recommend it. A very bad odor especially for children.

I rate them 1 star, alright cuz their are bugs they are supposed to come spray but no one ever comes & they never come when you notify them . We also waited for them to turn our air on for 2 months and they never did so we had a hot house it was hot I couldnt even sleep but then they finally decided to turn it on after the longest time but now the air leaks. Are apt isnt the only one that had to wait long for the air theres neighbors that still have their air off in this heat.🤷🏽‍♀️

These aprtments are horible there is kids running around all over the place not only that is they will grab rocks and throw them at your window and start running they knock on your windows as well. They touch your cars and are really loud. Besides that there are MANY MANY roaches in the apartment when we first moved in one of the closet doors was broken walls were absolutely disgusting the closet door well guess what there was none 3 months later they finally send a maintenance guy to fix it and the door was to big but they still left it like that. The walls are very thin. Theres spiders under the carpet the Wood on the floor is on not even done properly. I find it disgusting people are also really creepy. Sure might look nice from the outside but in the inside its not cute. There is also never parking space in the parking lot so most of the time you cant park close to youre building you have to park far away from the building its ridiculous. The ladies from the office are very nosey they ask me questions if I go and pay my rent. On top of that me and my family never felt like it was a good time to go out on the patio kids on the stairs would throw garbage and spit whenever we were leaving or coming back from wherever we had to be. So unless you want any of this move in but if not dont trust me I HATE IT . SADLY I STILL HAVE A COUPLE MONTHS FOR MY LEASE TO END. THE kitchens are ugly and old

The apartment wasnt to bad. There could of been some changes but all was good

I have been here 7 months and I have had to call 2/3 times a week for simple maintenance which turned out to be an extreme issues. Maintance was finally done after 7 months and excuses from the two managers new and old, maintenance new and old and even corporate in AZ. Fridge kept leaking, I had enough when I fell in a puddle of water one morning while making coffee. I have not been able to utilize my patio EVER because my patio is the home of a pigeon coop. There has been at least 12 baby pigeons born on my patio and the amount of pigeon poop is out of this world. My best friends aunt lived in this apt years prior to me and she indicated that was never addressed so just imagine years of pigeon poop. They never leave, just make babys and poop. My poor daughter doesnt get to go outside without me having to walk her all the way down the stairs. We would love to BBQ like the rest of the tenants or even decorate for the holidays but our patio is not ours. My 10 year old son had been fixing his toilet for about 2 months before it got fixed. I had so many things on my list but those were the most important. I was told the old maintenance person that stopped showing up for work didnt leave my key so my locks were supposed to get changed then all of a sudden they found it but according to them they never had a spare to my apt??? Arent you required to have a key to every tenants apt? They told me so many things to stall from fixing things. SIMPLE things. Corporate was no help. Based out of AZ . I can guarantee the apartments in AZ are nothing like the ones here. I would not recommend these to anyone unless you really have to like I did. I know this is not the best area but we are still ppl and still giving you our hard working money. Treat us with respect. The new manager now is decent.

Aspen Ridge apartments suck! Management sucks. Maintenance sucks! These apartments are infested with roaches and bedbugs and they refuse to spray. The pool looks a swamp and is always broken and they got rid of security! Dont rent here run away

These aparments are HORRIBLE. These apartments are infested with roaches and bedbugs. I would not live here if i didnt have to. The manager and business is horrific.DO NOT MOVE IN THESE APARTMENTS
