Professional and dependable management and maintenance. Very nice units and well-kept pool and property. Accepts my pets, within their policy. Youll be respected best when youre respectful first, ...and pay rent/utilities on time. All units are being upgraded! Its nice. After 7 years here, Im sad to move, but life is moving me out.. lol. Dont forget, no one and nothing in life is prefect, be flexible when necessary. Enjoy!

Ive lived in the new building of this complex for a month now and couldnt be happier. The apartments are large and these units are brand new! Deanna and Hope in the front office are always so helpful and pleasant to speak to. The grounds get landscaped often and the maintenance men always seem to be walking around making sure that the complex is in tip top shape. All of the neighbors Ive met are super friendly and I would absolutely recommend Sierra Meadow Apartments to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

When we first moved in, my grandbaby was very young, and we also didnt know what apartment we were even moving into, with a new babygirl it would have been better to live on the top floor, and when we complained about it waking up my grandchild, they told us thats apartment living, very sarcastic like, and we have lived here almost 2 years now, and they still wont open the pool, and everything else is opening now. One of the biggest reasons we moved here was for the pool. And they make it look so good for you when they want to make a sale. And hardly ever fix anything around here either, and paying over a thousand dollars every month.

6 months in and its been a great living situation. The management team does a great job communicating. Emails are frequent enough with updates and reminders about community policies to keep this place nice. Its pet friendly and residents actually pick up after their dogs... Weird, right? The maintenance team is incredibly friendly reliable. Some people on here said they were not quick enough... They have a online request that gives options for level of emergency... This place also sprays regularly and I havent seen any pests in my place since I moved in...The only thing negative I have to say about the place is the fee associated with paying rent online. They do let you drop off rent though. Otherwise they are pretty upfront and true to their word.

Sierra Meadows is a safe, tranquil environment. We have lived here for over a year and became apart of an amazing community with amazing management! Our apartment is very spacious, I highly suggest living here. Nothing but great feed back!

Regretfully one of the worst places Ive stayed in my life. Theft and vandalism are commonplace, and management wont even let you do anything to stop it (e.g. put up cameras) much less help curb the issue. When I first moved in, there were multiple times I left for work as police were arresting someone on the grounds. Starting the day with an arrest was the least of the worries here. I prayed things would get better through my lease. Now it seems they just traded out one bad for another. Ive had other deliveries from shoes to food stolen and vandalized. Its a joke here. Spend an extra 100 or 200 a month and live somewhere else. Youll save so much more in regret and lost items. I wanted to move out the first month I moved here. That feeling has only gotten worse.

Denna and Hope are very kind! They made my move very smooth and even put up with my goofy emails and questions! This is a spacious place for the money and people seem to keep to themselves, which is nice! I would recommend this place as the people in the office made it so worth it and I am very pleased to be living here!

We have lived here for 2 years now. Anytime we need maintenance, they do not come. It takes forever for them to come help, and most of the time they dont fix anything. From our AC unit blower breaking, to have almost NO lights in the house, to a door that needs repaired, they dont make it a priority. Our bathroom toilet has been broken for a solid year now along with the sink. They have come 3 times to fix it and did nothing to it. Not to mention having electrical issues around the house, same with the neighbors. Which is uncomfortable considering the fire that occurred at the back of the complex. Its horrible, and I do not recomend it.

I chose this place because of the spacious 1 bedroom, gas stove and price. Since Ive lived here there have been a few miscommunications with management over trying to get my car registered in New Mecico. However, they are attentive and follow up quickly when called upon. Maintenance is also one of the highlights of living here. The maintenance guy responds quickly and does a great job.

Sierra Meadows Apartments is a great complex to live. The location is convenient for our family. The office Manager Hope and Assistant Deanne have been amazing to us. They ALWAYS go above and beyond to maintain great service while living there as well as with our recent transition of moving into another unit. Thank you Hope, Deanne, and Maintenance staff for all your hard work to maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable complex to live in.

Ive been living here for nearly 3 and a half yrs and I have to say i am truly grateful for the management in the office. Hope has gone above and beyond to accommodate my family and their medical accommodations. She is approachable, easy to bring issues to and maintenance is done in a timely manner. Im really happy with them and really pray she is here for the long haul. Thank you Hope for being an exemplary manager. You have done great things while you have been here.

My girlfriend is working with management to get into an apartment for her and our daughter and they have been so helpful in the process even with the troubles of the pandemic. I couldn’t be more thankful!!

I really loving my Apartment here at Sierra Meadows. The management is great and the apartment is a good size for my four kids. The location is great dont even need a car because of all the restaurants around walking distance. So I recommend interested ones to give it a try you will not be disappointed.

Comparing this place to my last couple of apartments is a landslide. The staff in the office are wonderful. Theyre super helpful and get things done timely. I love the area and is super convenient for my day to day. The campus is very pretty and my apt is perfect for me and my cat. Super happy with my choice to live here!

We just moved in and this apartment complex has been awesome. The team is so flexible and truly goes out of their way to make sure we are comfortable and pleased. Compared to our last apartment, this is far cleaner, better maintained, quiet, and extremely safe. Definitely a great decision to move in here. Hope, the manager is one of a kind!

This place is amazing love the area, the apartment size... Its close to school, stores and anything you can think of .. The staff are very helpful and amazing. Hope the manager in the office is amazing did every thing to help us move in. I would recomend living here.

Bird haters. Inhumane toward birds. The property has nets on the roofs of apartments. Too many birds trapped in nets trying to fly away. Flapping and struggling to get loose. Only to die in the heat tangled in nets. Talked to office only to say that they dont make time to release any of birds. The said that I could try the animal control. Only birds of prey are a higher priority with animal control. Well think about the suffering of these birds before you move to these apartments.

If I could rate this place a 0 I would! I lived at these apartments for a few years and eventually got enough money to move out! The way they calculate the electric bill could never be fully explained. On more than one occasion, the monthly fees had to be re-calculated because of complaints and requests for proof of usage and costs from the tenants. When I first moved in my electric bill was no more than $55.00 a month, by the time I moved out it was over $200.00 a month. The bill kept increasing each month, and every time I asked I was told that the electric company changes costs as they see fit.Management is horrible! I came home last May (in the dead heat of summer) and the air wasnt working. I notified the front office thinking that they would be just as shocked as I was and their response was that they already knew. I then asked why the community was not made aware of the issue, and the manager Chris talked around the question..... And the cherry on top is that although the air was off due to repairs being made by the management company, all the tenants had to find their own means of cooling their homes, and then cover the increased electric bill. Sierra Meadows took no responsibility for the inconvenience they caused.They lure people in with promotions like the first month rent free because no one willingly stays after they figure out how horrible the place is. Then on top of all that they find a way to screw you out of your deposit! Its strange how all the charges they say you owe (even when you know the apartment was left cleaned or better than when you moved in) add up to the exact amount of your deposit.The office was broken into and multiple rent checks were stolen. If the office isnt safe, how safe are the apartments? The grounds keeping is unsanitary. There is dog poop everywhere and someone was dumping their cat liter box into a parking spot and the only way it got clean was when it rained and it ran into the drain. I know management had to have seen it because it was adjacent to the front office.Someone set a bush on fire and also there were other instances of property damage, which were all blamed on unattended children. The apartments sent out a flyer stating that no children were to be outside unattended or they would call the police. Residents were also instructed to call the police if they saw unattended children....Oh and the KICKER! Luckily you check the heat before it gets too cold outside, because it took over a week to get the heater fixed after repairs to the roof had been made! One excuse being that the repair man did not have a flashlight. The move-in special may be hard to resist, but you will pay for it in the end. I hope this review helps someone, and I wish I had seen something before I moved in.

My brother and I have lived here for over a here and I can say that out of all the apartments we have lived in Sierra Meadows by far has the nicest and most understanding office staff weve ever had. We recently renewed our lease and a big factor was how wonderful the office manager (Hope) is.

To start off. The management is horrific. They dont treat you very good and when you ask for something to get fixed it will get done.... Two or three months later! There are a lot more problems with the apartments as well. Its not luxury its more like prison! Also cockroaches are everywhere!!! Dont even waste your time here.

They are very helpful and friendly I was able to move in and they did what they could to be able to get me approved I am very thankful to have had this experience we are very happy with this place and the outcome what a great property......Hope and front desk staff are awesome!

I have lived in these apartments for a year now and absolutly love living here. I just renewed for another year. Me and my kids have not have any problems here. I feel safe and the office staff always having events.

So Im looking into a 1 bedroom does anyone know how much they are or if these apartments have any one bedrooms the website gave me a 2 bedroom floor plan even though I clicked on a one bedroom

Very disappointed with these so called luxury apartments. When I first moved in it was filthy and there were a few things that were broken. The manager of the apartment complex was a jerk!! Never helped out with anything and when I asked to pick up a package for a friend he wouldnt let me even though we were roommates. Never was accommodating. If you want to live in a better place I would recommend the park bench. There are less cockroaches there than here!

Weve been here since the beginning of September and havent had any major problems. We did have some pretty bad upstairs neighbors when we moved in but the front office was already in the process of evicting them and they moved out shortly after. They have a great no tolerance for bullshit rule. Marlean at the front office is very sweet and does her job well. The parking is a free for all but I am ALWAYS able to get parking right by my front door. The laundry room is also just a short walk from my apartment. I also love the fact that our utilities are paid through the apartment complex lumped in with our rent. Its just one bill and we didnt have to deal with setting up pnm being first time renters. I would definitely recommend living here to a friend. Its in a perfect location with Walmart just up the street and so many restaurants nearby. My boyfriend and I got a two bedroom (both bedrooms are very spacious) and compared to some surrounding apartments, we got a great deal. The only reason Im giving 4 stars is because I really wish we had our own washer and dryer. But again our laundry facility is literally right around the corner from my apartment. Hope this review helps!

We live in this complex currently and it is the worst. Management does absalutly nothing to handle problems within the community. Worst place we have ever lived. Turn around while you can do not rent from this complex!!!

Manager Chris is extremely disrespectful, dishonest and unprofessional. The apartment, upon moving in, was filthy with old carpets that had burn holes. Chris, the manager, tried to pin charges on us about the carpets, even though we marked it on the initial walk-around inspection. DEFINITELY not the apartment that we were shown in the beginning. Aside from the apartment being in horrible condition, the neighbors were loud, especially on the weekend, several drug users/dealers in the complex and the parking lot was like an outdoor autobody shop for all the gangsters and thugs. If you are newly married, elderly, or have children PLEASE DO NOT LIVE HERE! If you are a meth, heroine addict/dealer...HOME SWEET HOME!
