One of the the worst places in Albuquerque. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. They seemed so sweet at first but it was a front for lies. My roommates and I were approved for a town home back in May. We were waiting for a unit to be cleaned up for us to move in and every month that went by, our date got pushed back another month. Andy from the office said he would keep in touch but we literally never got updates until we called physically went into the office. After a while they stopped answering our phone calls and still have not contacted us. Last lie I heard from them was our town home should be done by the 22 of July. Here we are… August 2nd and still haven’t heard anything. They stole our money, and made us promises they couldn’t keep.

Literally was asking questions about the apartment and they hung up on me so rude don’t go here unless you wanna get disrespected

I liked it here. TBH it was spacious and no one bothered us. We are gonna move back here until i can own my own home. But in the mean time Jefferson Crossing has been my place to be because it was perfect for my family of 3. Thats my opinion. There were issues but i am sure it will get taken care of if the office takes it into consideration.

I advise for everyone thats looking for a apartment please dont stay here the manger Michelle professionalism is very not up to par she is the worst manger I had to deal with. They dont fix problems if u need them well maybe 6 months to a year later then when u moved out and you clean the apartment way better then u move in she end up charging for things she shouldnt have they need to make it where the residents can call the owners but the dont the keep that number on the low but the got there office remodel and didnt even think about fixing up the apartments I bet if the owners know how there tenant are being treated they wouldnt like and if they did they need to shut it down

Ive been living here since March 2006. I have enjoyed living here. I just dont enjoy some of the unruly neighbors I live around at times. But my experience has been a joyous one. My only request, the owners or management company leave our property managers here. Residents get use to a nice property manager, than all of a sudden theyre gone. I love living here, but I dont like the fact that Im on my 26th property manager. That shouldnt be, it shows me that the people at the top wont take responsibility for there own faults, rather it be the owners or the top people at the management company. Theyd rather let the property manager take the fall. Shame on the the upper management and the owners.

The worst experience I have ever had!!! If you have maintenance problems GOOD LUCK!!! We were there for almost 8 months before they fixed what had to be fixed from when we moved and still things were still not fixed when we moved out. If you want your deposit back good luck with that as well. We moved out the 1st of April and still waiting my money. But to move in you need it right there and then.. we have spoke to the manager Michelle several time and get the same, its corporate that hasnt cut your check. I would never recommended this place to anyone.

I currently live here with a lot of the same issues people have described. We should all get together and file a law suot. I have code violations in my apartment. Waiting for a city housing inspector to come out. I contacted housing authority. We shall wait and see what happens. This place should be red tagged

Do NOT move here. No matter if you think you can afford the rent dont do it. All of your belongings will be ruined because of how bad their roach infections is. Our air conditioning has been broken for three weeks they flip a breaker and it works a hour and stops again leaving us to be in the heat all night with the one fan they bring us over three hours calling on request. Still no air ... the mangers only care about their money. Nothing about you. So if you have a problem they wont solve it . Run fast if you plan to move here.

I lived here for about a year and these are my observations:1. Terrible maintenance- our roof was leaking within the first week, which destroyed the bathroom and kitchen, and the problem still wasn’t resolved when we finally had to abandon the apartment due to health concerns.2. Indifferent management- (see above) We complained in-person, sent letters, and called multiple times a week with no impact. The only “compensation” offered was to reduce the contract cancellation fee from one month’s rent (725) to $250 for moving out a month early.3. Ridiculous price increases- prices were constantly being raised for the entire complex, which varied some but overall made these barely livable, “affordable” apartments more expensive than standard apartments.Don’t get suckered in, stay away from Jefferson Crossing!

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE APTS. The worst ever place i have ever lived, the so-called Management all discriminate against tenants and proposed tenants. I lived there, hated it, when my lease was up, Mgmnt ( Michelle Owens) told the new mgr Devin to tell me they were not going to resign me, so i had only 2 wks to move. It states in the lease that Management has to give tenant 30 day notice in writing, i never got that, instead because mgmnt new they were in the wrong for a not giving me a 30 day notice in writing, i called the office only to get told by Monique that she would give message to mgr to call me, never recieved a call until 2 days before i left, then mgr knew she had done wrong and offered me a 30 day stay but at a month to month rate, i told her no freaking way, i was out of there on the 1st. She then hung up. We moved out, i now received a letter in mail, that i owe $1,642.00 for move out due to extra charges, because of wear and tear on carpet and a couple of other things, they took my deposit towards that and i still owe the balance of $847.00. I do not believe i should pay this because they are the ones who broke the lease rules of no 30 day notice, the it goes on that the evicted me, I WAS NOT AND NEVER HAVE BEEN EVICTED ANYWHERE. The lease was up and i moved no eviction at all, cause i always pd my rent on time, never late, never done anything to anyone, always kept to myself. The roaches in these apts are so bad and i mean bad, never ever got a spray every month, when we ask for spray no one ever came to apt, after signing a new lease we were suppose to get a carpet cleaning, never ever got one, not too mention all the drugs being dealt out in open, gangs in the area, bad tenants throughout the complex. i will never ever recommend this trashy place. The rental assistance was so bad, the turnover was horrible never the same person in for more than 6 mon. if that, mgr, Michelle Owens always belittled the workers. SO TAKE MY ADVICE NEVER RENT FROM JEFFERSON CROSSING APTS.

Renters beware!This apartment complex has gotten a facelift that for sure although PMI management seems to be running a shady outfit. Lets start off by saying 2 months in and the manager Michelle is beyond rude, this lady has a very bad attitude and does not care for residents. During a walk with our kids we found a heroin needle on the floor where plenty of kids play, we told the office and the assured us they will pick it up but 4 hours later and its still there. Towel bars fell down after 2 days of moving in due to maintenance not knowing how to properly install. Cabinet doors fall off the hinges. They painted over the entire kitchen with cheap paint which is peeling in the entire kitchen everything is two different colors due to peeling. In 2 months nothing has been fixed a roof is leaking and has a hole over our childrens bed. Like i said nothing has been fixed but we have had multiple maintenance personnel coming in to apparently fix things. Michelle has entered our unit to inspect according to their paperwork although are camera has found her violating privacy laws by taking pictures of our personal property with her personal phone during the Inspection. For this we are seeking litigation. When asked about it, Michelle only mentioned that it was authorized although never mentioned who authorized it since it is against the law. Today we received another letter on our door stating that Final Inspections are to be executed tomorrow at random. I dont know about you but I am not certain as to how this is random, perhaps they put everybodys unit numbers in a hat and pick one out at random? I guess the big question is would I suggest this apartment to anybody else? Well Im sure you know my answer is no but only because management needs to be properly trained, they should be sent to Chick-fil-A up the road to be trained by there management team. Lets face it every encounter with Chick-fil-A is Pleasant everybody is so energetic happy and upbeat. This place on the other hand seems like you just walked into MDC and you always have to watch out for management. If you are renting here I suggest you get IP camera setup throughout your apartment then you will truly understand why these people do inspections. To look through your s*** and take pictures of your private property.

Worse place to live. When I first moved in with my kids in march 2017 the apartment was infested with German roaches, the first week the roof in the kitchen started leaking and then same thing in the master bedroom right over my infant daughters bed and it took them nearly a month to patch it up. Then around thanksgiving my dishwasher had broke and I called and also went in the office multiple times and put in a work order to have it fixed and to also have them fix the tiles in the master bathroom because they were falling off due to water damage and not once did maintenance come in. My lease end now on march 31,2018 and we had gotten a 7 day move out notice because I didnt resign the lease. I had spoke to the manager Michelle on the phone because I was unable to go into the office at the time and let her know that I was planning on moving. I moved out 4-2-2018 which is right after my lease had ended and some how I got charged a full lease termination fee and was also put the I had abanded the apartment. The crime rate is also a huge issue here. This is the worse place to live especially if you have kids

The beginning was not so bad over time crime got worse their was two murders right in front of my appt. The move was the worse experience of my life. I didnt go for one day to move stuff due to work and they said we abandoned the unit so the maintenance men went in and took what ever they wanted tools hundreds of dollors of tools but the worse part they took things that my husbands and mine late parents left us. My husbands dads baseball collection that he saved for my husban since he was a little boy. My parents ashes they past 6 mo apart last year. Both cameres that had the birth of our children in the sim cards. My husbans parents past two years ago 43 days apart we took a huge hit the last few years all we had of them was this stuff. He lost a cross his dad wore everyday. Their was so much to even name we are heart brocken and violated. I may not have been a perfect tenit but nobody deserve to go though this. Three different neighbors watch them carrie our stuff out. Michelle the manager sore her men wouldnt do that but they did my neighbors explained in detail what was taken but yet they still have a job. I did file a police report please save your self from going though this dont move here.

This place is terrible. Our ceiling is leaking and nearly every water feature is leaking. There are outlets that dont work. We have been requesting they be fixed for at least 5 weeks with zero response.The majority of the office staff is rude and talk down to you as if you are barely competent enough to understand anything they say.The kids are out of control, playing in the parking lot and running in front of cars as well as kicking soccer balls into peoples sliding glass doors. Several of them will just stare into peoples windows.There is trash and food all over the ground. Pet owners do not pick up after their animals.

Awful management. Lived here for a year and still didnt get maintenance to fix the hole under the sink. Also the management charged us ridiculous fees for cleaning and month rent, which we paid for before we moved out. So dont come here.

Worst experience ever!!!! Dont move in that place !!! I moved in and they kept putting signs that i had to clean a yard that was already all trashed when i moved in. So i end up cleaning it. Or else they where going to give me a 7 day notice. When i moved out i cleaned every inch of the apartment payed to steam clean the carpets and they didnt give me my full deposit back! I didnt have a door for my bedroom so i asked them to install one for me and they never did so i had to buy one myself nd install it.

Its a pretty cool place to live in my opinion....

BEWARE THEY ARE THE WORST I HAVE EVER LIVED AT, I DO MEAN THE WORST, THE MGMT IS SO LAZY,STUPID, AND DONT CARE ABOUT THE TENANTS AT ALL. MY TWO UPSTAIRS BATHROOMS WERENT WORKING KEPT OVERFLOWING INTO THE DOWNSTAIRS KITCHEN, I HAD TO TAKE DISHES AND FOOD OUT OF THE CABINETS, I COULDNT COOK, NO LIGHT IN THE KITCHEN, BECAUSE OF THE FLOODS FROM UPSTAIRS, IT LITERALLY TOOK 5 DIFFERENT MAINT PEOPLE TO TRY TO FIX THE PROBLEM LET ME TELL YOU THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON NOW FOR TWO MONTHS AND STILL NO LIGHTS IN THE KITCHEN, WE HAD TO GO OUT TO EAT BECAUSE OF THE SMELL AND NO LIGHTS. THEN WE HAVE THESE SO CALLED PEOPLE NEXT DOOR, THAT HASNT THE SLIGHTEST RESPECT FOR THE NEXT, NOT ONLY DO THEY HAVE FILTHY MOUTHS, BUT LAST SUMMER THE FEMALE THERE TRIED TO KILL HER BOYFRIEND, LITERALLY, IT STATES IN THE LEASE ANY VIOLENCE THEY WILL BE EVICTED, BUT THESE DAMN STUPID SO CALLED PEOPLE ARE STILL LIVING THERE, SHE TOOK A KNIFE, SCISSORS AND ICE PICK AFTER THIS GUY AND STILL MGMT ALLOWS THEM TO STAY, NEEDLESS TO SAY SHE WAS IN JAIL FOR A WEEK, LET HER OUT ON BOND AND WENT TO COURT WHERE SHE IS STILL ON PROBATION, WHO ALLOWS A PERSON LIKE THAT ON THERE PROPERTY WHERE THERE IS KIDS AROUND ALL THE TIME. THEN THEY HAVE BEEN TURNING THERE MUSIC UP TO MAX AND WE HAVE TO LIVE WITH IT, ONCE AGAIN MGMT DOESNT DO ANYTHING, WE HAVE COMPLAINED, IT RATTLES OUR WINDOWS, FLOOR AND WALLS, AND IT GOES ON ALL DAY AND NIGHT, THEY WONT EVEN ANSWER THE DOOR TO THE COPS, BECAUSE THEY HAVE DRUGS IN THE APT TOO. THEY HAVE A PITBULL MIX FOR A DOG THAT IS SUPPOSE TO BE ON A LEASH, THERE IS LEASH LAW HERE, BUT GUESS THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS, I HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM FOR THE DOG HE HAS WENT AFTER MY GRANDSON, THE MAINT MAN HERE AND MANY OTHER KIDS, BUT ONCE AGAIN, MGMT DOES NOTHING ABOUT IT. THE OTHER TENANTS ON THE OTHER SIDE OF ME, HAVE BEEN HEARING THE MUSIC, AND THOUGHT IT WAS US, WHEN I FINALLY BROUGHT THEM IN THE HOUSE TO HEAR WHO REALLY IS DOING IT, SO IF YOU WANT A NICE RESPECTFUL APT TO LIVE IN, DONT EVEN CONSIDER THESE THINGS, THEY ARE THE WORST EVER.THE WORST IN MGMT I HAVE EVER SEEN, WHEN YOU COMPLAIN THEY SNICKER AT YOU THINKING EVERYTHING IS FUNNY.

The maintenance of the apartments is horrible. The office personnel tell you, we will send someone to fix the items that needs to be fixed, but to no avail after several months. The apt stinks because of an unrepaired sink & the many items were supposed to be replaced or fixed since we moved in but its all ignored by management as no one has come over to do any of it! Supposedly the exterminator comes upon request, they only sprayed once months ago & now the apt is now pretty much infested with roaches & other insects. Our request for the exterminator has gone unheard (they say we are on the list, but not!). Im wondering if the office staff are willing to live one week in these apartments. I bet they will get so grossed out & refused to live there as the conditions are close to living in the third world country. Better Business Bureau is the next step. I wanted to share with everyone what condition these apartments are in so you can make an informed decision.

Half of dryers are always Out Of Service, No wheelchair ramp for a disabled person who needs one.

Worst place ever a lot of noise they dont really care and me and my family saw a fight a saw a guy get stabbed bad parking spaces and the kids are always in the way so when you drive in or out you almost run them over and then when you tell them something they curse at you and it takes for ever when they say there gonna do inspection and maintenance and Im so glad we are moving on the 20th I couldnt be more happy than I am now and the kids are always buy your cars and when you go to the office they dont do nothing but to think management is bad and theyre supposed to be trained to run an apartment trust me they dont plus the cops are mainly over there !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Move here if you drugs gangs and murder we had 3 murders in 2018 so far
