Great place to live. Lots of thing to do close by and the complex is very quiet. Angela the manager will go out of her way to make sure all your need are taken care of. She made it easy for me to make the decision to move in.

I have lived here at Broadstone Heights for quite awhile and this is the first time I have renewed my lease online. Thank you to Adrianne for getting my lease ready and emailing it to me and thank you to Angela for re-emailing it to me when I lost it in my inbox. Thank you also Angela for telling me how to renew my lease online. Thanks to you I found the process to be so easy! You ladies have been so helpful in helping me transition into modern times in online lease renewal. I am so thankful for our helpful staff! You ladies are amazing!

I have lived here for the last 3 months and could not be happier. I looked at a lot of apartments in the area before deciding on the Broadstones. Angela made my daughter and I feel right at home and could not be more helpful. She was the deciding factor when it came time to chose a place for my family. Although I am new the Broadstone community, I am also new to NM, as I have recently relocated from IN for work. Sierra has been extremely accommodating and has provided nothing but 5 star customer service. It is a beautiful complex, located in a great area of town, and combines a combination of suburban living with the beauty of the Sierra mountain. I would recommend you check Broadstone Heights out. You wont be disappointed.

We lived here from May 2019 to April 2021. We were happy overall with our time here and have no complaints. It was a great apartment in a beautiful area. Well maintained and kept up. Really wonderful neighbors the whole time.Id especially like to thank Adrienne, Tess, Kristen and Sierra in the leasing office. They are kind and attentive and always do their best to make it feel like home.A huge thanks to James in maintenance. He took such great care of us and our apartment. He was quick to show up if we had a problem and he made sure it was fixed right and we were happy.It was the perfect place for us in this phase of our lives.

Angela was such a great help! She made us feel comfortable and easy to discuss the details of everything. We were also able to take a tour of the apartment and apply the same day. She definitely made the process so much easier and less stressful!

Angela is very helpful and she makes sure we are well taking care of here in are awesome place. My family and myself fell we are well taking care of and theres no place like this. And that is awesome... Thank you again. Love this place.

Ants and roaches are your roommates. Ridiculous utility charges. Place is filthy when you move in. Access gates are 50/50 they’ll open. Do yourself a favor, look around for somewhere, anywhere else

I would like to say Angela is by far the most helpful and kind person here at broadstone heights. She gets back to us in a timely matter and is very informative with everything. She is my go to person if we need anything done within our apartment.

This resident place is lovely. The mangers in the office take good care of the residents, mail, package, and request. The maintenance people here are very sweet, quick to work, and they keep my house clean when they come to work. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Some con’s - there is so many spiders :( there is an empty lot next door allowing for bugs and wildlife. Also bunnies, and coyotes. You can here and see the wildlife often. Parking is difficult. Not enough spaces. I’m had to buy a covered parking to make sure I had a place to park at night. I would recommend this place.

Horrible! Moved in at $1205 (December 2019). Within 1 year went up to 1320 plus a cam fee. Now same unit renting for over $2,000 plus the 50-60 cam fee. To much for this guy! Uhmmmmm can we talk about greed? Moved out to something more affordable - of course they kept pet deposit, rent deposit plus charged additional +$400. So upset. Two teachers working hard.........paying for the greedy rich. Glad to be out of there! Not worth the money......period. Wow!!!!! 1205 to over 2k in 1.5 years? Look elsewhere unless your are wealthy and money doesnt matter. - good for you if thats the case.updated: please review the response given to this comment. we understand your frustrations BUT. Fair prices? Fair for who? Certainly not renters. Perhaps it is more a buy out point, lets see what the market can bear. Totally understand. Greed. Look at turn over rates. Building on the backs of people with less to help the people with more. Great job AMC. - I know your game all to well. This is not a complaint on the people that work there but rather corporate greed. They just regurgitate your talking points. Will be interested to see prices in 6 months, 1year......can you keep it going? I suppose sooner or later it wont work. This is ABQ.......not San Fran, New York, or dare I say Colorado.

Weve lived here for 8 years and its a good place to live. There are issues here but there are issues everywhere. When there are problems, maintenance responds quickly and they are so good at what they do. The Maintenance Supervisor is James and he is always pleasant with a great attitude and he really wants to help. He has strong skills and keeps things going here. Broadstone Heights is lucky to have him as are the tenants.

Went and looked at a 1 bedroom apartment there the other day. The staff was really nice and the complex was really kept up well. The apartment I looked at had all new appliances. Any questions I had about the complex the lady showing me was able to answer right away.

I was just wondering how theyre able to charge so much when their units are hella old? Can anyone explain this to me? Im coming from Orlando, Florida and a unit like this would be NOT be priced at this. Thanks.

This is the best complex I’ve ever lived in. Not only because it’s in a great area, but also because of the staff. If there is any issues with your apartment, they will take care of it right away. And most importantly if you have any problems, they will work with you.

A really great place to live. No place is perfect and I understand that different people have different experiences, but mine has been very good. The place is in a good, safe location. The management has been friendly and helpful. I really like the apartment unit itself and its at a decent price.

John the maintenance guy came quick to re light my water heater when it went out. The customer service from the staff is great and treats people with care and respect.

We are moving from out of town and we stopped real quick to run in and get information about available apartments. Apparently you have to call thirty minutes beforehand and make an appointment, which could have been asked of me when I first walked in, but was not. Instead, i stood there for about 10 minutes to be told told to go back to my car so I could be called to walk back in and get the information I was looking for. I can only imagine how management would be to live at this apartment complex. Good grief. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

Quiet neighborhood with lots of stuff around, like parks and restaurants. Nice neighbors and nice staff. Would recommend.

Incredible place to make your home. Quiet, clean, and most importantly, the nicest apartment staff I have ever met. Everyone is so friendly, remembers you, and is eager to help you out when you come into the office. Maintenance is very quick to respond to requests. Everyone here follows up on any issues that do come up. This place is so organized. I cannot recommend this place enough!

I have live at this complex for several months with two other roommates and I have no complaints EXCEPT for the maintenance staff. HORRIBLE to say the least. We have had issues with our fridge from the moment we moved in, they just switched the broken fridge with another from an empty complex, I was told eventually we’d need a new one. Well low and behold it came to the point in which this fridge stopped working, causing us to loose hundreds of dollars worth of food. They basically put a band-aid over each problem that was brought up, we have been dealing with this problem for MONTHS. The front office never answered but I’m assuming it was because they were in the middle of management change. Still this is a HUGE problem for my partners and I. Imagine I can’t even fuel my body properly because these people won’t just give us a fridge that WORKS. It was only until I had to go and knock on their door in PERSON and cause a scene so they’d actually do something about this PROBLEM. I wouldn’t have given this complex such a bad rating because the office staff is great but I could not say the same for their maintenance staff.

My partner and I moved in March 2019 and so far we are extremely pleased and comfortable. The staff has been nothing but kind, respectful, and helpful towards us. It is peaceful, in a great area, with apartments that feel spacious and luxurious. I have an apartment with a fireplace and Mountain View and I could not be happier with the sunset and sunrise view we have. Any work order we have had to put in has been fulfilled quickly. We feel at home ♥️

Really poor upkeep, no 24 hr maintenance, had to leave at 3am, smoke alarm going full blast unable to get help. Mailboxes broken into, ants, and overpriced for really poor management. Want that covered parking? Take it, they dont care.

I’ve been at this complex only for three months and I cannot wait for my lease to be up.You can hear every neighbor surrounding you along with above due to how thin the walls are.For the amount of rent and fees they request, they don’t keep up the well being of their property.Maintenance doesn’t fix anything, basically puts a bandaid on whatever the problem is.My car was broken into along with my boyfriends truck being stolen. When we told them about it all they had to say was sorry and hopefully the police find it. Mind you, their gates stay open 24/7 letting thieves have at their tenants vehicles.I would stray very far away from this complex, save yourselves the hassle and find another property to invest money into.

If I could give a negative rating I would...My husband and I lived here for about 5 months while we looked for a house. The staff is snarky- especially the maintenance staff. There was ALWAYS something broken in the apartment. First the ceiling was leaking, then the water heater went out 4 different times, then the fridge wouldnt get below room temp, then the ceiling was leaking AGAIN and this time they made a hole in the ceiling in our entryway that was never repaired. We finally bought a house and it was $3,081 PLUS 30 days of rent to leave this place. Wow. We moved out about 2 weeks prior to the end of our final 30 days. My husband went to clean the apt and do the final walk through. When he was throwing away trash, the maintenance employee berated him at the dumpster arguing with him that he could not throw his trash in the dumpster. We pay $25 a month to throw our trash in the dumpster and are residents, so yes we can. Then the maintenance employee called the office to file a complaint on my husband to move his truck. It was fully parked in a spot that were told to park in from the day we moved in and have been parking in for the last 5 months. The office called him and told him to move his truck IMMEDIATELY. He was ready for the walk through and asked if they could just do that now and then he will just leave. She said NO! Move your truck now. He moved the truck off premises- that we are still paying for- and then was asked to wait for another 30 minutes for her to be ready for the walk through. She was snarky during the process and made a comment about a few nail holes in the wall and an additional charge. We were told at move in to make it our home, nail holes are fine. I called the office later that day to ask about the additional charge and ask why she and her staff were so rude to my husband. She continued to argue with me that she is not rude and she will need to consult with the maintenance manager on the wall holes....so the man that just accosted my husband at the garbage. Of course. I still dont know what these additional charges will be since she hung up on me. Yes Kristin- the best way to show that you are NOT rude is to hang up on someone.Keep looking- I know you can find somewhere with reasonable staff and operational apartments.

Overall, living here has been a great experience. The apartments are cozy and I love the modern feel. The only problem that I have had is that I have gotten complaints from my 13 year old daughter about her being hit on by a man driving a golf cart. I guess dont move here if you have a younger daughter and if you do watch out for the guy in the golf cart! CREEPY!!

The staff here are very helpful and friendly. The same goes to the maintenance crew. It is clean and quiet here. The hot tub has been out of order for some time now and they charge extra for apartments with mountain views.

Amazing community, been living here for an year now. Staff is very friendly and super helpful more importantly, maintenance staff if very respinsive. I have gotten all of my maintainance requests resolved with in 24 hours or sooner. Not to mention neighbourhood is very safe and grocery places and restraunts are easily accesible. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for rental place.

Affordable, Attentive and Caring. Living in this apartment complex has been a wonderful experience. The apartments are spacious and well taken care of. Front office management is incredibly kind and timely assisting you with any problems you may have. We only had 2 small challenges living in this apartment including a broken washer which was replaced in 6 hours by maintenance and ants which were settled by having an exterminator come every other week paid by the complex. The rent for these apartments is a steal compared to other complexes in the NE Heights and in an amazing location close to a Trader Joes, Smiths, and Target. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new place to live.

An absolutely beautiful gated community. The property is well maintained and safe. The office staff is very friendly and go above and beyond to exceed your expectations.

I definitely be rating this place higher if it had longer hours I was rolling through and pulled over to catch a little bit of shut-eye on my Harley after riding a while and a young woman and a kid drove through needing fuel however she only had cash the place wasnt open seems like if youre not going to have long hours like a lot of the other ones maybe you will have machines that accept cash also so young women and their children dont get stranded run out of gas not that thats your fault but hey it could be avoided

This is one of the fancy apartment complexes in town Broadstone Heights is located right off of Paseo Del Norte and Barstow its a gated community and as a pool and it is multi-story and they have a good amount of vacancy so if youre looking for apartment and you have the budget available this its a wonderful place to live and I have to say Landscaping looks pretty good

I would not recommend that anyone live here!! I can hardly wait until my lease is up.. worst experience i have ever had in my life. My apartment was broken into the first week i was here. Noise is reduculus if you dont mind hearing stomping that sounds like you live under jarasic park, slaming of cabnet doors, the walls are so thin that you hear everything from the apartments around you. If you live on the lower levels you hear your neibors going to the bathroom! Yuck!! The gates work when they want, roaches, ants, spiders. DISGUSTING.!! I have had to spray for bugs but they are comming from the trash area!!! Complaints fall on deaf ears. And if you file a complaint about anything you will be treated extremely rude. Also if you ever want to have friends or family over watch out you will be harassed about that as well. Be careful with your water bill!! And for the maitince staff well they are rude and do nothing but ride around in the golf cart. When you walk around the complex there is dog droppings everywhere, weeds everywhere, bird droppings all over the place. I Wished i would have read the reviews before i moved in. Very bad decision. If i could i would rate the apartments a zero!!! Luxuary apartments ya right!! Very far from it!! Be careful if you choose to live here!!! You will regret it from the first week you are here. Be careful of some neibors they will watch you as they have nothing better to do. Well its your choice but honesty keep looking you will find someting way better.

When apartment shopping last summer I looked over 15 complexs. I settled on Broadtone Heights for multiple reasons. The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment has a wonderful layout and is reasonably priced. The fixtures in the apartment are modern and I love the 9ft ceilings. I have lived at Broadstone Heights now for 6 months. I have loved this complex. The staff are friendly and very efficient. In the 6 months I have lived there I have called maintenance to replace my thermostat, the maintenance staff was very quick to answer my call and took care of my problem in a friendly manner. I love how the staff works to engage our community, they are very active on facebook, over the holidays they hosted a decorating contest and also invited residents to bring there Christmas gifts to the club house for free gift wrapping. I found that it was a great way to feel apart of the Broadstone Community. The complex itself is very well maintained. My apartment is beautiful. I absolutley would recommend this complex to anyone.
