We recently moved into the Eagle Ranch Apartments and from the first day we used their website to show interest, Jacqueline took great care of us. She was patient and kind while directing us through each hurdle we encountered with moving from out of state. She remained professional and responded to emails quickly, even when we asked stupid questions. She is always friendly and I’m not sure if she knows but she always seems to recognize my voice when I call. The move in process was easy. There was a small question raised about our carpet not being clean and Jacqueline didn’t hesitate to get a manager, Antoinette, involved. Antoinette was just as friendly and understanding as Jacqueline, and they have already mitigated the small issue we had and did so quickly. We appreciate their hard work and look forward to living here.
Nice apartments good location. Poor property management that lacks a sense of urgency to accomplish repairs and even more so when it is something of urgent such as an air conditioning unit. Been resident for almost 3 years will not renew due to property management
Have been asking for a car port and garage for two months now. Have been given the run around on how we are on some list, but every time we call our number on the list is higher. Have had the power go out twice in the span of a month and a half. Cars parking illegally in handicap spots and under car ports without the proper tags. I have a pregnant girlfriend and a one year old who have to walk far distances because management can’t handle something as simple as parking and we’ve asked many times for covered parking closer but no ones seems to care. Power has been out twice and the apartment gets up to 90+ degrees which is a health hazard for a pregnant woman and a 1 year old also causing everything in the fridge and freezer to go bad. These problems need to be addressed immediately
We just moved in last year and wow they are so accommodating! I admit I was nervous about moving to the west side from the heights due to safety but I haven’t had a chance to be nervous since day one of move in! My neighbors are amazing and I’m so grateful for that! We feel safe no matter what time of day or night(my dog has to potty all hours of the night) and the office is so responsive to any issues we have! Not nervous anymore! Love our little community!
This place is the worst!!!!! i lived here for 2 years and i have nothing good to say! we had problems from day 1. i have talked to the office staff multiple times and its like talking to a wall. problems never get fixed and rent just gos up. also tried contacting corporate like 20 times. but no response. so its pointless to even try. if it wasnt for my job and my wife i wouldve moved out in a heart beat. the location is the only good part of living here. but honestly its still not worth it!!!! i mean just read all the reviews on this place. the good reviews are most likey from the office staff that live on site. so dont let that fool you. i could go on and on why not to live here but honestly dont have the time to. truly if it was possible to give a negative score i wouldve rated this place a negative 100! rethink your choice of living!!!
Can someone please make parking better!!!???? Also pllllleease tell these roofers to pick up after themselves!!!! Ive had to fix two flats already due to nails being left behind.
They tried to tell me I had three evictions on my credit report all from the same place, I have none. What my credit does show is that the last place I rented from I had perfect payment history with. They didnt try to take the time to figure anything out or see if there was some kind of mistake they just dismissed me. Poor business practices and rude employees, seems like a scam to get more money out of people.
Do NOT live here. The parking is not the horrible part, it’s the fact that they basically have blocked off the free open parking with trucks, random construction material and have left the residents with no choice but to HAVE to rent a car port or garage. On top of that, they have included the same rent during Covid when theAmenities aren’t even open. But I get it it’s a business that needs to continue. However, what is going on with the parking right now is WRONG! The least they can do is open the car ports to everyone on a first come first serve basis. When I have to walk across from theOther side at 7pm in the freezing cold with my toddler and new born after I pay close to $1400 a month in rent, yes it’s frustrating to see random construction pallets and construction trucks blocking off the free parking! Plus the random pallets everywhere?! Is this is fire safe? Maybe the first station needs to be called to assess. Besides that? This seems like not only an inconvenience to the residents, but a manipulation to get more money out! How sad. During a global pandemic.
Talked to a very professional sweet worker that was very helpful, thank you Sonya for all your help.
Had some issues with roaches when I first moved in but after I reported it to the office, they sent someone a few days later to correct the issue. Quiet place to live, no one bothered me, and the staff was always friendly.
Nice blouses and pants
What a joke. Rodents for months!!! Ants!! Non working disposals, non working dryer, backed up sinks. No A/C in July for days! What are these people doing. You call and call and call and you get nothing. We have killed over 10 mice in the apartment. We had to buy our own traps and poison since they don’t care.Ants along all the counters, again had to get our own traps. Now we can’t do laundry or dishes not to mention washing hands.I would NEVER recommend Eagle ranch, they are a joke!!!!
I have been a tenant for over 2 years. I was never late on my payments, never caused any issues, was a good neighbor and a good tenant. I moved out to purchase a home. upon leaving with the 2 months noticed that I gave them, I cleaned the Apt. thoroughly. It was left better then I received it. upon waiting for my deposit, I was informed not only that I was not receiving it, but was being charged an additional 90 dollars for leaving the stove dirty, and the bathroom dirty. which is an insult to me and the wife, we do not live that way. It is a very unprofessional way to gouge money from former tenants. they also sent it to a collection agency, trying to ruin my credit. Please be aware on their tactics to gouge money from you. I paid them over 24,000 dollars in rent money, and that is the way they treat their former tenants. they also try and nickel and dime you for anything, 5 dollars to replace a parking pass....an additional charge for using the gym. The Apt. itself was good, but the staff is very unprofessional, they seem bothered any time you walked in to the office with an issue, they forgot that they work for you. I only say this to keep you from making the mistake I did, when I signed the lease. Go someplace where they appreciate your business....best of luck.
Considering CoVid is our new normal, they are operating this business in a great way. The staff is friendly & has great CoVid precautions in place. I highly recommend looking into these apartments!
There is no parking and no more reserved spots. Within the first week of living here someone drilled a hole in my gas tank because I had to park way in the back of the complex in a poorly lit area. Security doesn’t do anything and there are no cameras. Just know if you live here there is a good chance of your car getting vandalized or stolen... I Changed my review to 5 stars because the only charged me half the move out penalty which was cool
This place is absolutely horrible. If you need water on a day to day basis, be informed that there is always water issues here and no one has water for hours and hours. Not to mention you can’t even get the staff to respond and fix simple matters. My refrigerator has not worked properly since last summer, do they care that I have kids and end up throwing so much of our food? Nope. You pay an arm and a leg to enjoy the many amenities that are listed and they’ve all been closed for soo long. Might as well take it off the advertisements. Please save yourselves and your families and move past Eagle Ranch! The price is definitely not worth the pain of living here!
I called into Eagle ranch apartments today with questions about a 1 and 2 bedroom apartment. I spoke with a girl named Hannah, and she was very helpful. She was professional on the phone and seemed very interested in helping me. Although I am currently out of state and wont be moving to Albuquerque until January, She still got all of my info to keep me updated. January cant come soon enough!
Incredible! The grounds are beautiful, the apartments are clean and very well managed. My son lives here and we recently went into the office for some help regarding his account and were helped quickly by Hanna and Sarah. I am so happy that the staff are trained so well here. Good customer service makes all the difference!
Hello! I am currently in the market for a new apartment and I came across Eagle Ranch. I wanted to set up an apartment tour so I called and spoke with Hannah. Not only was she professional she was very kind. We set up a time for me to tour the apartment. When I came to tour the apartment Hannah was very well dressed. She made sure that all of my questions were answered and was very kind and thoughtful throughout the entire process. Thank you Hannah for being such a wonderful person and making sure all my questions were answered. I appreciate your kindness! I will definitely keep Eagle Ranch in mind!
The apartment space is great, parking is terrible. You pay for a fitness center and a pool but they are under remodel and have been for several months now. The mailboxes were broken into and no temporary boxes were made available to residents. The walls are very thin in all directions, above, below and side to side. You hear a lot of things you dont want to hear. The parking spaces get flooded which is a huge safety concern.
The upgrades at the Eagle ranch apartments are beautiful. I came in a little frazzled from seeing and comparing so many apartments and was shocked to see how nice these apartments are. I worked with a very sweet girl, Hanna was her name I believe, she was very kind and patient with myself and my goofy boyfriend and his sometimes over the top jokes. We are definitely keeping the information for these apartments and watching for Apts in November!
I would say it is fair but when it comes to repairs they do a pretty decent job. They do maintenance on season changes. The thing that doesnt get fixed or replace is the air conditioner. If you have seen the units, they are small and old with rust. Ive seen other apartments with newer units that are bigger and modern. The rooms are quite big where I can stuff a bed, love couches, and computer set up. Parking is decent In The North side, they have parcel lockers and new gym. Great stuff in there. I would give a 3.5 stars but this doesnt allow it.
I probably wouldnt recommend for a couple of reasons being that the receptionists have no clue what left from right is and try to take matters into their own hands. Instead of speaking to a manager about issues. Buy a designated parking because everyone including their grandmothers have cars parked in the free parking zones. Or walk. Whatever. Not a big issue. Water lines are off frequently for reasons i have no clue about. However, they are courteous enough to let you know you can not take a shower or use the bathroom because the water is shut off. I stay because I dont have the time to move at the moment. I put my hopes into this complex that things would be smooth living. Its not. Good Luck!
I lived in the apartment complex in 2018. The entire complex is very nice my apartment was in great condition when I moved in. The amenities and grounds were immaculate. Whenever I requested maintenance they were always timely and respectful. The Office staff were excellent, Monica and her team are awesome to deal with and very friendly. I would definitely recommend Eagle Ranch to anyone. If I am lucky enough to move back to New Mexico in the next few years this will be my first call.
Very confusing could not find the apartment building for about 15 minutes like spread out weird instead of 12345 its 1 10 7 8 its weird The apartment should be numbered as you go down 12345 not spread out all over the place, if that makes any sense to you
I came in to tour yesterday and a very sweet young lady greeted me, I originally had an appointment with Monica, unfortunately she wasn’t available, but Hannah stepped in and was very happy to help me and my wife. We are unfortunately losing the home we have been renting for several years and are needing to relocate. Hannah showed us around the property, made sure we had all the information we needed, and was happy to help us. We are excited to have eagle ranch as an option and will be making a decision soon.
I’ve lived here for almost two years, and have very much enjoyed my time here. The apartment itself is very nice and spacious, and maintenance is usually pretty quick in my experience.Aside from that, I recently had an issue changing over some information on my account, and the assistant property manager, Monica, was very helpful and got things sorted very quickly.Parking isn’t always the best, but as it’s not more than a minor frustration, it hasn’t been truly a big deal.
The leasing agent Chance is a very smart, knowledgeable, and professional young man. He answered all my questions. Very big and busy property but definitely felt that I was taken care of appropriately even with everything going on in the office during me visit.
We moved with no working AC, apartment wasnt cleaned very well and half the appliances not working. We have tried for 2 months to get the money back that they have promised us and havent seen a single penny of it. We keep finding charges on our account that shouldnt be here. Maintenance never fixed anything. Full of empty promise and dont have any good custom service skills.
Ive lived here for just under a year now and highly recommend it. Its in a good location that is relatively safe and quiet. The grounds are routinely maintained and are clean. Maintenance is prompt and does a good job. I also love that the water bill is a flat rate of $24/mo and is included in rent. Each apartment has a full-size washer and dryer so if you wash a lot of clothes or dishes, the flat water bill really comes in handy.Parking is an issue and it will be in your best interest to rent a carport or garage. There isnt a lot of animal waste around the complex, but the complex basically only accepts small pets. Many people own obnoxious, yappy dogs and the complex isnt separated by who owns dogs and who doesnt; I wish it were separated that way. As far as noise goes, though, its pretty quiet. The staff are friendly and helpful, and are pretty prompt about helping you get a carport/garage if you need one. Overall, I definitely recommend it and have had a very positive experience here.
I have had very little problems here at Eagle Ranch and the problems I did have were minor, and both times Jonathan from the maintenance team was helpful and handled the problems with ease. My bathroom had a small leak going into my tub from my faucet and Jonathan showed up right away and tackled the issue. I also had my mail key stolen and once again Jonathan took care of the problem.
The workers are friendly and the apartments are fairly spacious, however the vandalism is out of control with little to no response from the property management. The cars are constantly vandalized and the mailboxes are repeatedly broken into. We’ve requested brighter lights and surveillance cameras but they haven’t done a thing. The property use to be a great place to live, sadly it’s no longer up to that standard.
My husband and I recently signed our lease and moved into our new home. Hannah was amazing and worked quickly to get us in. Everyone in the office was kind, patient, and receptive to all our questions. Never before have we been excited about moving, but Eagle Ranch truly feels like home. There is ample room in the kitchen for both myself and my husband to be cooking, and the layout is unique. It doesnt feel like every other cramped apartment we have lived in. The grounds are beautiful and the bike path gives us a great place to walk our dog. The location is amazing, and everything we need is right in the area. My only negative is having to figure out traffic in the morning, but once you know the gig it is easy to navigate.
Ary at the front desk was very helpful and responsive throughout the application/move process! The property is in pretty good condition and we are quite happy with it. Some minor maintainence things that need to get taken care of, but other than that we are pleased!
I am currently in the market for a new place and came across these apartments. I called in as I am a single mother and having 2 kids it gets kinda crazy trying to go anywhere with them. I inquired about a 3 bedroom apartment and spoke with a girl named Hanna. She was very sweet and understanding about the noise from my kiddos in the background. She even told me a little story about her own little one which made me feel even more comfortable and not so embarrassed that they were being a little loud. Hanna gave me all the information I needed and although the eagle ranch apartments are a little out of my price range I wanted to share that their leasing agent Hanna has by far been the best in Abq.
Eagle Ranch has been my home for over 15 years. I am very pleased with my home. Monicas always willing to help and the rest of team welcomes me with smiling faces!
Came in earlier today to tour this property and was helped by a wonderful young lady named Hannah. She is very knowledgeable about the community and definitely helped us with making our decision.
My daughter was in the market for her first apartment. She was able to go into the office and speak with Hannah. Hannah was super nice and helpful. My daughter did not qualify for an apartment at this time, but when her situation stabilizes we will for sure go back and ask for Hannah.
Eagle Ranch is amazing. Brittany Shaw is BAD ASS, she made the application and move in process just wonderful. This is my first time living in an apartment and the minute we pulled in here and talked to Brittany, everything just kind of clicked. Everyone whos helped through the process has been phenomenal, but we all know where credit is due 😉 I would absolutely recommend applying at Eagle Ranch. The complex is beautiful and very well kept, the apartments are cute and cozy, and its super quiet. Just an overall fantastic place to be.
It’s been a rough time here. I’ve been here for about 3 years..not really by choice. I’m usually the most patient person but I can’t take it anymore. It’s like pulling teeth to get real maintenance around here. First off the neighbors above me moved out, maintenance was done on the apartment but incorrectly which caused a bathroom pipe to burst, leading to the flooding of my master bedroom. Water poured from the ceiling, the fire detector, the bathroom light, and the vents in the bathroom for an hour straight before maintenance showed up. I tried my best to contain it but it completely ruined my master bedroom! It has been 5 days. I have gone to the office each day to find out why no one has come to look at my apartment, replace the fire alarm, or even check for mold. They gave me the same answer every time “IDK...I will call maintenance then give you a call” just to get me out of the office then they never call or follow up. I would not recommend this place and it’s sad how I’m being treated as this was not even my fault. But somehow they have completely fixed the apartment above me. My next step will be to call city code and zoning.
My boyfriend lives here and both he and i have had great interactions with the two girls in the front who is Tiffany and Aliycia i believe. this property recently got a new property manager and it seems like she cares a lot more then the last manager from what my boyfriend has said. Monica on the other hand is rude, and she always has an attitude i have spoke with her twice since my boyfriend has lived here and neither times have been good. The Maintenance team is good it takes them a long time to fix things sometimes but when it gets fixed they usually do not have to come back out. we understand the property is old so it will have its issues.
My daughter lives here not too happy with the appliances . dishwasher dont work good handle is broken on the oven just an observation when I go to visit her
I moved in a few days ago and so far has been great. I want to thank Dianne the leasing agent for being so helpful. She was amazing from start to finish. The office staff is very welcoming and has helped me with all my needs. I would recommend these apartments to my friends and family. For the people complaining about parking, I recommend getting a carport or walk. Walking didnt hurt anyone. Yes I have 3 kids and do just fine walking to my apartment. Thank you again to the Eagle Ranch Staff for making my move great!!!
Customer service is excellent! love the apartments, they are spacious and clean. Hannah the leasing agent took care of everything we needed with a smile and hospitality. thank you!
I toured Eagle Ranch yesterday with Chaunce and my family. We have definitely picked this place for our new home. We will be putting in our application this week. June can not come fast enough.
Save yourself hassle and live someplace else. Eagle Ranch is by far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Hannah at the office is a professional liar. Do not believe a word that comes out of her mouth. Ask for everything in writing, otherwise they will keep telling you lies. The apartment itself was not clean when we moved in; there was cat food in the kitchen and we had to take a bunch of pictures as proof. If you have a maintenance issue, good luck getting any resolution. Stay away from this place. If you do make the mistake of renting one of their apartments, you do not need to pay for parking spots since people park everywhere including spots reserved for folks who have already paid for them (like myself). The manager Jessica C will come up with a useless excuse why they cant keep order in this mess of an apartment complex.
My boyfriend and I lived here for about seven months but then had to move for his job. We were pretty bummed because Eagle Ranch had just finished a bunch of renovations that made it an awesome place to spend free time.We never had any issues with maintenance or rent in the first place. I felt like the staff there were responsive and when I did have an issue with a neighbors pet once, they helped resolve it quickly and professionally. Overall it was a nice place. Wed move back there if we were looking in Albuquerque again.
Great property in Albuquerque with very good amenities, and an attentive staff. Leasing agent Hannah is helpful, courteous, and professional! Highly recommend her.
I do not usually write reviews but I hope what I share will spare someone else the frustration my family is still dealing with in regards to Eagle Ranch Apartments. First, let me say that my husband and I have both lived in 2 apartments together and 2 apartments seperately, before we were married, and never had the issues like we experienced at Eagle Ranch. Within our first 3 months of living at ER, we had a laundry list of major issues go wrong in our apartment. These issues included a flood due to maintenance not securing our washing machine correctly from a previous issue and a major leak from our utility closet. We had numerous other issues including our fridge going out ruining all of our food, our garbage disposal going out, stove not working and the electricty being turned off due to a bill not being paid by ER... We could not get the electricity turned back on until ER paid their share. I coud go on with other issues that were not handled by ER.. We had our car broken into, our mail broken into and gunshots right outside our appartment window. When issues were not addressed, we asked to leave without penalties and ER would not help us whatsoever. No compassion or understanding of our situation was given. Eagle Ranch truly is just an apartment complex in the business of making money and doing the least amount of work. I would never recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Definitely look elsewhere if you are needing an apartment.
Gorgeous apartments! All the staff were friendly and approached you with a smile, but Brittany was my go to person! Since day one she has been there to show me multiple apartments to find what fits my needs, shes kept me updated on everything I need to know and has been there to answer any questions I had. So if you like classy and want something thats going to give you your moneys worth, Eagle Ranch is where its at. Happy apartment shopping!
This place is a SCAM! First day I moved in keys did not work and I was locked out for hours. ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS FOR THIS PLACE ARE BRIBED WITH 5 dollar gift cards!!!! You’d think they give you more considering how much rent is here. After your first year it only goes up!
If I could give them half a star I would. The people who first worked in the office back in 2015 where nice. Then new people started to work in the office and they are rude. I had the back window on my van smashed. I called the police and told the office. And they didnt care. My van was broken into 2 times and stuff, was taken. My husband work truck was broken into as well. Again we told the office and they didnt care. We had our mail stolen and when I let the guy working in the office, he was, more worried about the camo shirt I was wearing. If you are thinking about renting here, dont go look somewhere elseFor what the charge for rent you can rent a nice house.
Been here a year and a half, no complaints and the concerns I have had have been addressed immediately or within reason. Its beautiful here and well taken care of. The apartments are well appointed and spacious. Ive found it both quiet AND safe residing here! Parking is always an issue with any apartment complex......my advice? Pay the extra for an assigned covered parking space and guard it well. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and VERY understanding!!! The staff operates cohesively as a team and work hard to make everyones life as pleasurable as possible (within reason & within their control). Until I decide to leave New Mexico, buy a house, or both, I will stay here faithfully and happy as a snug bug in a rug.Make the decision to come here.....you will NOT regret it.
I came to Eagle Ranch last week sometime and spoke with a gentleman named Chance. He was very knowledgeable and professional. My fiancé aren’t looking to move until October but when it does to that time. It will definitely be Eagle Ranch.
I went in today to possibly apply for a two bedroom apartment. We spoke to a man with a very thick accent and a superior attitude...his first name started with a V...something. He indicated that that if only one of us was responsible for the rent, that individual would need to make 3 times the monthly rent. If two people were responsible for payment then the required minimum monthly income would be 4 times the monthly rent. This made absolutely no sense. Aside from their possible desire to increase the rent based on a dual income, the basic 3 times the monthly rental should be sufficient. I asked if they were or planning to have any specials and the man said that the only thing special around here is me. Between me and my son (who is autistic and receiving SSI) could make the 3 times amount. But when I told him that, he only grimaced and gave a one shoulder shrug, almost as if to say oh, well. He did absolutely nothing to try to get us to rent. So, I suppose that they dont need good renters or we just did not appear to be the kind of people they wanted living in their apartment complex. Ive never felt more insulted in my life. We got up and left.
I’m not one to write bad reviews but I feel like I have to warn other people about renting from this place. Staff is friendly before you move in but it goes down hill fast! Never willing to help me out with minor problems such as swapping out my non working mail key. Can you believe they were gonna charge me an additional 200! Yes 200 dollars for a mail key!! Even tho they gave me one that didn’t work to begin with! Also way overpriced for what you really get.
This review is a reflection of the hard work provided to me by Chaunce Wason. I presented him with a challenge of having a specific apartment, move in ready, and lease signed within about 48 hours. Despite best efforts, everything was completed except some pretty significant maintenance issues in the apartment. However, Chaunce was able to rectify the issues, get me the parking I requested, and answer all of my questions no matter how busy he was. He was always polite and always running busy, but made time for me. In this time of unfortunate circumstances and unexpected life change, Chaunce was always professional and willing to do all that he could to make sure things were done and done right. Thank you Chaunce for all you did for me.
My mom lives here and just renewed her lease again. I was there and we worked with a lady in the office named Hannah. She was very helpful when I had a few questions. I’m glad there’s people working at Eagle Ranch who care about their residents.
Ive been a resident for a while & have requested several work orders. The maintenance guy named EZ is awesome! He always has a great attitude & prompt to my maintenance requests....let me also mention that what he fixes is always done correctly & I never have to call the office to put in the same request.
My husband and I went into the office today for information on apt pricing and availability. We spoke with Hannah who was very sweet and informative. We are looking forward to being future residents.
I have been in here a few times to look at the apartment and the two girls that work the front i believe are Tiffany and Alicia, are great they have great personalitys for this job. even though i do not income qualify, i still very much enjoyed the badass personalities these girls had and they helped me locate apartments i would income qualify at.
If I could give zero stars I would. This morning my three kids walked out to get in our car and go to school. My oldest daughter upon approaching the car saw that someone was in it. She tapped the back of the car and a woman opened the door and said you and your kids go back into your place my daughter did this realizing the situation. Her car was being jacked in broad daylight. She called the police and my wife and her went out to see that the lady had left the scene but the Inside of the car was trashed and undriveable I was then then informed by my wife that our apartment complex had been in the news the previous week for car vandalism. The police arrived shortly after and informed my wife that our apartment complex has seen over the last few months a substantial increase in calls for crimes.Following that I attempted to call the management office every ten minutes over the next 3 hours which went to voicemail each and every time finally they answered my call. I was appalled at the response I received upon informing them of the incident. They apologized which would be appropriate however, upon asking them about security, the response was we have ABQ police doing drive throughs. What else are you doing I politely asked. The response was the owner parks in the lot at times to see what is happening. I politely asked why they do not have security cameras on the buildings or parking at areas. Once again the response was inadequate we are looking into it I said this Is not a new issue and you are endangering my family by not providing basic security.Unfortunately none of this is new to this complex. I asked why the phones were not being answered well we are having phone issues and not getting messages I could understand that, if for the past two months I had not had the same issues getting any response from management on maintenance issues. We had water leaking from our wash machine for two weeks. We used the urgent maintenance number and management office leaving messages at both places without any response. Finally two different people came by, looked at it and said we dont know why its leaking we will be back later today. That was two weeks ago. They finally came by and hopefully fixed the issue. I am not counting on it.The police informed us they believe the fact that my younger kids were present, the car jacker who was likely armed upon seeing them decided not to hurt them. We are thankful for that. I asked when talking too the office about being released from my lease as my family was threatened and in extreme danger and I want them in a safer place. So now get this response, well we cant let you out you have to pay a exit fee and besides you live in Albuquerque there is a lot of crime here.So If you are looking at these apartments run dont walk away from them. You are putting your lives in jeopardy. They care nothing for you or your safety.
All of the staff in the office are absolutely amazing and always friendly, however getting any kind of maintenance request is nearly impossible! Ive had my kitchen sink over flood for two days before maintenance come out. Ive had my ac down for 4 days with a baby in the apartment before maintenance came out, and now going on two days with a leak from upstairs that has now flooded my whole apartment and still just getting worse waiting on someone to come out!
Been looking for an apartment and decided to check it out here. Tiffany was super sweet and answered any question I had. She was so helpful that I’m definitely thinking about living here !
If you know whats good for you, you will not rent from here. My fiancee has rented from this company for three months and has had nothing but trouble since the beginning. Not only is management extremely rude and aggressive but it takes WEEKS for them to fix appliances. My fiancee has to run his dryer THREE times just to get it dry the clothes and two of the burners on his stove dont work. When he moved in, there were holes in the doors and stains everywhere. They promised they would fix them and they have still yet to be replaced. Then the place is infested with ants and other tenants have rats and no exterminator has come. The pool is dirty and the neighbors are constantly fighting. Its a terrible place to live and they try to scam you out of as much money as possible. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!
I had a very pleasant experience last week when I called for information on Eagle Ranch Apartments. I spoke with Kristina and she was very kind and genuine. An absolute delight to work with. Keep up the good work Eagle Ranch!
We have only been here a few weeks but it is really great. I have not lived in an apartment in my adulthood so I was really afraid that it would be awful. It has problems here and there but what place or company doesnt have problems. The staff have all been friendly and helpful. It is really quiet here to my surprise and the whole apartment complex is well maintained. When I tell others where we are living all of them agree that this is a great place to be.
Amazing apartments! I must say that Brittany is wonderful as well as the rest of the staff here at Eagle Ranch. Big spacious apartments and nice amenities. Definitely would recommend this place to everyone.
I just wanted to let you know that Casey at the front desk is one of the most helpful individuals Ive ever met. My fiancee and I have been living at Eagle Ranch for about three months now, and Casey has been incredible. Hes helped us during every step of the process, from showing us the apartment in April, filling out the application, signing the lease and moving in, and finally the day-to-day help (maintenance requests, packages, etc.). We moved to Albuquerque from 1500 miles away, and that can be very stressful, but Casey certainly made it much more bearable. He even gave us restaurant suggestions when we were in town to visit apartments before the move!
I have been looking for apartments for a few weeks and I recently came across eagle ranch apts. I’m new to Abq and I called to get some information about the apartments, I spoke with Hannah and she was very sweet, she took my name, my phone number, and answered all of my questions promptly. I’m looking forward to touring with eagle ranch when my schedule calms down.
The name is very misleading. Nothing at all luxurious about this place, unless you consider appliances from the 70’s luxurious then by all means waste your money. Did I mention the gym is 50 bucks?! Lol you can go to a real gym for that price not some little dinky weight room.
These apartments are nice but the appliances are very dated. The washer and stove had issues but when I called maintenance they were in and out very quickly to fix things. Very helpful but Ive been here 5 months and have had to call maintained about 4 times. Its almost unexceptable.
Its always a pleasure working with Kristina. I enjoy living here it has a very clean and safe environment. They keep up on maintenance very well:)
If I could give a lower rating I would. Im in the military and I have 2 kids, I budget for rent as well as other bills. I paid my rent at the beginning of this month, they waited almost a week to pull the money out, due to other bills I was under the amount I needed for rent and received an NSF fee, but when I called and asked if the rent was up to date I was informed that this month was paid for and I was good to go. Well now Im getting calls saying that I might get evicted if I dont pay rent when I already paid, so now I have to find out how to pay this months rent and next months rent and all other bills with 1 paycheck. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX. I have had a bad experience sense the moment I moved in.
I went to go look for an apartment here about a week ago and the girl that was working named Alicia was so helpful she was the only one working in the office but she had it under control for being very busy. She has great customer service octave definitely thought of renting here it is the best customer service yet.
Monica is super amazing!!!! She is always so helpful and willing to answer all of my annoying questions and she is always so nice i love living here at Eagle Ranch
This place is nice and has a swimming for big people and little ones .
My grandma lives there and just renewed her lease talking over the phone with Hannah was painless and she definitely knows how to do her job unlike some. From now on i will always ask for Hannah
Where shall I begin? Nothing luxury about this place, outdated appliances, old carpet, old amenities. I have been a resident for 3 years now, increased my rent by $30 first renewal of lease, year 2 renewal they increased by $130 a month and wouldn’t let me go month-to-month one day before new lease was scheduled to start. Pool is always dirty with bird poop, grills are rarely cleaned and maintenance takes at least a week to respond to repair requests. Sauna at gym has been broken for 4 months now and I have asked them 5 times to repair and no response from management. Lastly, manager is extremely rude. I have been living in apartments for most of my life and I have never had such a bad experience. Can’t wait to move out of here when my lease is expired. I have spoken to several neighbors and they all have had similar experiences.
The staff was super friendly. Brittney was super helpful and informative. These apartments are beautiful! I couldnt be happier with my experience here!!! The whole staff was very professional!
The staff are all extremely kind and helpful, especially Jessica and Brittany. They made the application process easy and pleasant. Thanks guys!
I lived here for a year. Moved due to personal reasons. Price versus square footage and part of town are a huge plus for this complex. My first 6 months maintenence was slow to respond but they fixed that the second half of my lease. Noise wasnt much of an issue as I lived toward the outside of the complex. I would live here again. They also did not screw me over on my deposit! A rare find now-a-days. My biggest complaints would be parking (although that is a problem with all apartments) and people not cleaning up after their pets. This could be better enforced by management. Last thing, DO NOT park your car near sprinklers. It leaves hard mineral deposits, which took a long time to clean and damaged the value of my vehicle.
It took 3 months to get back a $25 to our account after we were over charged, even after they sprayed weve been having ants in our shower & bedroom, the landscaping is beautiful but the workers start at 7:30, so go luck sleeping! They are disorganized &only care about taking your money but dont count on them doing what theyre supposed to. Anytime work is done around the apartments the weeks are in the way &make it inconvenient (like having torn up rug taking up the parking spots or painting the walk way so that Im painted into my apartment for 30 minutes until it dries)
We want to give a shout out and thanks for the great job done by Chris, he came over to fix our leaky faucet and ended up fixing our sliding window also. Very friend, had a great conversation and appreciate all the maintenance team does for us.
Okay place... My rent went up like crazy after a year. I have one bed room with no upgrades. I found out that I am paying the same amount as people with 2 bedroom. Parking is really bad here. I had to buy a car port for $20 so I can park near my apartment. They messed up on the car ports 3 times. The first two, the assigned a car port that someone already had. Third time, they gave my car port to someone else while I still had mine. Other than that, the place is great. I wish I was facing the damn street. So many loud cars!!!!
Where do I start? First they rent me the completely wrong apartment in the wrong section of the complex way far from the gym. And blame me for for searching and looking at different apartments like sorry to have inconvenience them at their job. The location was horrible, had to walk half a mile from any direction to actually enter per my apartment was in between two other buildings. Imagine hauling groceries or furniture . And parking is horrible . They have it set up where they practically force you to buy a garage. But wait theres more! The maintenance men LEFT MY DOOR OPEN LIKE 2 or 3 times after request. Even once leaving the KEY IN THE DOOR. The apartment was full of spiders and in no way luxury . I had to leave after 2 months of starting my lease it was just way to horrible living there and they still overcharged me and stole my deposit.UPDATE- I CALLED AND THEY HANG UP ON ME. BEWARE! RESPONSE IS JUST FOR SHOW.
I called and spoke with Alicia and she was very helpful and sounded like she really wanted me to live here. Even tho its out of my price range, I recommend speaking with her if you tour here.
I lived at Eagle Ranch for 3 years and even if my apt flooded and the manager was kind enough to let me break my lease early, I would move back to Eagle Ranch in a heartbeat! I loved, loved, loved living at Eagle Ranch! So much greenery and trails to walk you fur babies! Large bedrooms and all updated with full size washer and dryer! I NEVER had parking issues and when I read the review about mice feces and roaches, well I personally never saw one! Maybe those tenants need to be cleaner!
Office always closes early without notice making residents that work with no option to get mail or resolve problems. Also applliances are SUPER old and dont work well. We had to ask for assistance more than 6 times since we moved here. Not worth the price
I havent even moved in yet and am having issues. SIGNED papers 2 weeks ago and Alicia said my Apartment would be ready on the 17 called on the 16 to schedule a walk through was told it wouldnt be able to move in till the 19 called on the 18 to see the new amount due and was Told by Tiffany that Alicia lied and I cant move in till the 26 or 27...... waste of time wish I never signed.....Called The Manager Jessica what a joke she tells me no one is available to go in and get it ready till the 26 the same day I get my keys wow definitely not worth the price or the problems wish I never signed
Theres not enough free parking, so if you come home late you have to park on street outside complex. Management wants you to pay for a garage or covered parking. So many better options for the money.
Ive been living here for over two years and love it!
This place is awesome if you like walking a mile to your apartment, because there is no parking. I would recommend living her if you like being ignored when you go to their office and wait with other unhappy residents, and thats if you can even get inside the apartment since its always closed.
The Eagle Ranch Apartments are amazing! Ive loved my time there and the staff have always been extremely helpful and responsive with anything that I need.
I moved in July 2018. It was a disaster from the get go. I have had severe allergy problems causing me to sell and move out of my home. Before signing anything I made the Property Manager awate of my health situation. I told them I may not be able to stay. Due to health reasons. They said No problem, we need a note from your doctor. IThe day I moved in The breath of Satan greeted me at he door. I had an asthma and allergy attack immediately upon entering. Long story short. My doctor wrote three letters. The management renigged on their agreement to let me out of the contract. I was handed a judgement of $1000.00! I basically spent $2300.00 to stay a week. The property was disgusting. The ONE w/e I live there the Mail Boxes were ripped out of the wall. The Complex is not managed. It is a money mill for anyone unfortunate enough to think thi may be home. STAY AWAY!!!! You Have Been Warned.
The parking is atrocious!!!! Morning, noon and night!!!!!
The maintenance team is great! Fast and friendly. The office staff is also friendly and helpful.
Auntie lives here..great place..
My friends lived at Eagle Ranch for about 3 years. They constantly complained about the dryer not working and it taking three times to even dry their clothes. The maintenance would come and it still didnt work. The refrigerator leaked water. The grounds were kept okay, dog poop was found everywhere, and no bags to clean up messes. Their vehicles where broken into several times and the office didnt care, they finally had to get a p.o. box. There identity had been stolen. The amount of rent was ridiculous a person can rent a nice house for the amount being charged. In order to post this review I had to give a star.
Nothing gets done here. Document everything and follow up extensively.
