Lived here for 7 months not a roach problem, maintenance is quick and good. Great neighborhood, they work with u when it comes to your rent. Pool is clean and no homeless living in the complex. No loud neighbors and loud music. Highly recommended

I lived in San Pedro Village for more than a year. I enjoyed the quiet and safe environment, The management was very responsive and helpful. The appliances are old but the maintenance guys are quick to take care of any repair. I strongly recommend this apartments to live for small families.

I have been living here since 2017 and it has been great! I have to admit the management was a little rocky in the beginning, but since the new people have taken over it has been great. Whenever you put in a request to maintenance they answer it immediately. They keep the area tended and clean. They always answer the phone. They are very friendly and understanding when you have a situation going on. The two managers Preston and Stephen upfront are amazing! The maintenance people are great as well. The entire staff is great! I feel that the one-bedroom apartments are a great size. The bedrooms are pretty large. They have walk in closets which is great. Even the studio apartments are a great size. In the studio apartments, they have a wall that separates the bedroom from the living room which gives you a little more privacy.There are no bugs because they spray periodically. They always give you announcements and leave letters on your door before they plan to enter. They give plenty of notice for those things in my opinion. There are two laundry locations on site. There is a pool which is currently closed due to covid. There is a small gym as well. I love this apartment complex. They made the transition of me moving from a studio to a one-bedroom smooth. I recommend you checking it out!

Really enjoyed living here, wouldn’t mind moving back in the future, Preston was very kind and awesome and maintenance was really good!

Lived here for 2 years and the maintenance team is great, I put in service requests and they get fixed sometimes as fast as the same day. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. Its always really quiet.

My Nana has lived here for years we have had baby showers and graduation parties and many get-togethers as well as enjoyed the pool we never had any issues when visiting her until Jasmine she was so rude to us and kicked us out of the pool my grandma is not one to be out in the sun or swimming with us she walks us in and will maybe hangs out a few minutes and we have never ever had any issues Jasmine came out of nowhere and demanded to know if we live there and what is my Nanas name and apt number and kicked us out of the pool knowing the office is closed and there is no way for my Nana to explain guess its time to find a better community since there is a lack of common courtesy or sense

I lived here for about a year and a half and it was a wonderful apartment. The complex was nice and quiet, friendly community, and maintenance issues get fixed very quickly. Would highly recommend.

Horrible place to live. Office people are super rude. Especially the women. Laundry room never worked. Neighbors are rude. Dirty environment. Hot water always going out. Walls in apartment caving in, maintenance guys rude. Everything about this place is disgusting. 0/10 recommend.

This is the BEST place ever. Took me a very long time to find exactly what I was looking for my family. At San Pedro Village you are going to feel safe, the Whole complex is clean, perfect location, you have your own parking space, Maintenance is solved in 24 hours or less and the Staff is friendly and always working the extra mile for you. They make sure all your needs, questions and suggestions are covered. I always felt like extended family with all the neighbors. Friends and family member experience the same thing every time they visit us. 😀

Angelo and Katie are awesome! Always willing to help and go above and beyond for everyones needs. I recently had a leak due to an air conditioning problem after hours and was able to get in contact with the head desk to have my problem solved within minutes. By far the best apartment complex!

Management took a turn for the worst. Ive been here 4 years. Past management, exceptional. These morons, ridiculous.Heartless corporate drones.Oh, and you will spend an 20 MIN WAITING FOR HOT WATER IN YOUR SINK.

Poor management, rude office people. Terrible place to live. Maintenance people don’t do their job, it’s a dirty place. Felt very unsafe, there was always broken fences around the complex. Don’t recommend living here.
