I reserved a taxi for 4:30am for a 6:00 flight. I called at 4:35 to check the status since it had not arrived yet. The woman who answered the phone confirmed I had car “reserved” and asked how I was going to pay, and I told her cash. She said she would then dispatch the car. I clarified: is it not yet dispatched? She confirmed they do not dispatch until after payment received.

The Hyatt House booked our taxi the night before to pick us up in the early morning. When the time comes to get to the airport ZTrip is a no show for myself and another guest who also booked a ride. No notice to us. They say they cannot get a cab to pick up their call out when we called them. Let your customers know if you can’t fill a call right away so we don’t miss our flights. Very unprofessional!

Called for a cab at the Brown Hotel after a wait of 30 min. Called again sorry we cant find a driver to take this pick up call back in ten min. After a one hour wait they can kiss my business good-bye never again will I use them if you offer a service you should also be able to provide it.

Tried calling them about a receipt. All i got was a person that would nit shut up ling enough to let me answer his question. Plus i kept getting disconnected.

Extremely over priced. Driver asked for a tip after I refused to pay double fare and got out of car. I called another cab service for half as much as this driver asked me to pay. I do not recommend this cab Co.

I take I-65 South every day to work and every day I see a zTrip driver cutting across 2 lanes, or cutting someone off, or something of that sort. Every single day, without fail. I literally just witnessed one block traffic at an old folks facility because it went the wrong way down a one way road. They are putting peoples lives in danger.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Had a horrible experience with a ride from the airport to my home at 3:30am after delay upon delay with my flight. Driver never got out of the car to get my luggage; just popped open the trunk at both ends of the trip. Also, scammed me out of about $10, telling me he needed me to partly pay cash rather than put it all on my credit card. Then he put the entire amount plus a tip on my card AND took the cash, too. I felt trapped because of the hour and no one was around anywhere at that hour. I will NEVER use this cab service EVER again!

Definitely would rather go with Lyft or Uber if needing a ride since this place took over for Louisville yellow cab. Rates may be a little more when hailing a ride with uber or lyft however you are guaranteed a much quicker pickup than with ztrip. Ztrip drivers may decline your ride so you may end up waiting hours for someone to pick you up as I have several times before and sometimes may never show up at all which has also happened to me before. And lastly the drivers I have experienced have all been rude and incapable of leaving me with a positive mindset of what I had just experienced when exiting their vehicles.

Worst call center dispatch ever. theyre not even from louosvillr, sounded like some plave from india or pakistan or some such place. people on ths othsr end hung up on ne multuple tines tdying to call and get them to send a cab to come puck mr up, and it felt like they were being biased becauad i was an american. yhey had absolutely no clye what was going on or whete was up or anythong. im trying to pay yhese people for a 10 minute ride and they hang yp on mr multiple times ??? fucl that.

Always either late or not coming at all. When people cant get a Lyft or Uber, they try Z Trip. Thing is that Z Trip is owned by Yellow Cab here. So there arent many options when you are trying to get home or to work. Even in the daytime, it can be difficult to get a ride and they never call you to update you. The driver got there on time but was questioning passenger WHILE OUTSIDE IN SNOW COLD WEATHER, because the destination was very close, and rudely asked how much of a tip he will get before letting the passenger in the cab. Only after promise of 10$ tip on a 5m ride did he allow in the cab. STAY AWAY LIKE FROM FIRE.If you have emergency or bad weather outside, you may find yourself delaying and negotiating and then with your cab driving without you, or you paying a ridiculous amount - a bribe - To allow you in the ride YOU ORDERED.

I have been using ztrip Yellow Cab for a couple of months now the past few trips they have not showed or have become an hour and a half late when you have been at work since 7:30 a.m. you do not want to stay there until 6:30 waiting on your ride I request a cab everyday at 1 p.m. for a 430 pick up the past 3 have not come until after I have arrived at home. I dont know whats going on but ztrip needs to look at what theyre doing

I wish I could leave zero stars. I called at 3PM and was still waiting at 10:30pm. I did everything they asked me to. I called every 15 minutes to confirm I was still waiting, I gave my number and the pickup address every time I called back. The only answer I ever got was that they were working on getting me a ride. Apparently they were working on it for over 7 hours. I eventually got a different cab service. ZTRIP IS THE WORST CAB SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!

Sitting on my porch driver goes by my house throws his trash in my yard needs to come back and clean it slob.

An elderly customer at my work (in J-Town) scheduled a ride for 10pm. His cab showed up 30 minutes early. Considering his ride was scheduled for 10pm, he asked if they could wait 5 minutes while he collected his belongings and closed his tab. By the time he got back outside, no more than 5-10 mins later they had left.So to recap, they arrived 30 minutes ahead of schedule and then wouldnt wait 5-10 minutes for a senior citizen to get ready (which was still 20 minutes before they were supposed to arrive).Do not use this service.And if corporate is reading this, hire better drivers. Ones that can arrive on schedule and wont leave seniors without a ride. Please contact me personally if you want more details.

Very poor service Driver had already had the meter at $4.80 as soon as I got in the Car. I asked him about it, and he said its always already set like that for everyone. He overcharged me when he got me to my destination he overcharged me at least by almost $10. I would not recommend this Company to anyone. Usually I have to cancel my trip because my taxi never shows. Last time my taxi called 15 minutes after they were supposed to be there and said they were there. But I had somewhere I had to be that night and could not have waited! So I told him I would still give him the $10 tip if he came and got me where I was down the street. I still had to get home after all that! But usually I have to cancel my rude because they never show up.

Taxi service. One driver used my debit card on his tablet. Another was told to give me a receipt, he said he would send it to me via text. It never came. That was after going the wrong way AT MY EXPENSE. I complained when I called for another cab. The same driver came and again, no receipt. I called and was given the office number. It was automated service. I pushed 0 to speak to a person, the phone was a busy signal. I called my local number a third time and said I want to speak to someone about getting a receipt for my 2 trips. Oh yes. I missed my heart doctors appointment so I had to reschedule. Today cost me almost $60.!!!! And the driver would not or could not produce a printed receipt .. does the company care about such negative reviews. I cant trust them. Maybe I should stop going to the doctors office, or take it to Judge Judy!!!

Came to early! Was supposed to be picked up at 9:45pm they came at 9:04 the driver argued with me saying I wasnt trying to leave you when he pulled up at the wrong house after he drove passed my hose and I called and filed a complaint! Strip has bad service and they are very unprofessional

Winter weather came in and our business closed early. We had an employee that didnt have a car and needed a ride home. We called for a cab and they never showed up. When I called back they indicated that they were looking for a near by cab, I gave them my cell number and said to call me as soon as they locate one. We waited for over an hour. they finally called and said one was coming, after another 15 mins we gave up! If they couldnt come they should have just said so!!!! Not keep us waiting. No wonder people use Uber or Lyft and not cabs anymore, they SUCK!!! Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY SERVICES!!!!

My kid and I ordered a cab yesterday from Wal-Mart in Bashford manor the cost was $5.15 I only had a $20 he got rude saying you dont have change its only $5 the cab number is 726 and I will not ride with him again than he sat outside my complex for 10 mins

I called at 8:01 am this morning and as of 9:15 am today they were still searching for a cab. That is ridiculous when i see empty taxi cabs all the time but when call for one you never see one to pick you up. Would give 0 stars if was an option.

Called them and the woman copped an attitude when I said I had to find an address because I had no clue where I was. She said theyd call when a driver was on the way but 4 hours later no call and I ended up walking the 4 miles.

It took almost 2 hours before a cab was available. And by then I had found a ride to get to my destination. A 2 hour wait defeats the purpose of requesting a cab.

My ride never showed up. Then I had to call and place another ride. So I talked to customer service it was so unprofessional I just hung up.

Great service. Upon talking with the driver, I learned their main problem is the fact that they dont have enough drivers to give adequate coverage for their area. They make great money. So, instead of complaining, people might want to think about applying for a job there, so they could be part of the solution and have a good paying job at the same time.

Ive tried calling on 7 different occasions and each time they continued to say we are currently trying to locate a driver and thats with them now owning 4 of the 5 cab companies. I live in a nice neighborhood too.

Id leave 0 stars if possible. I waited 3.5 hours stranded in the cold and all they would say is we havent found a driver call back in 15 mins if you havent seen a driver. Driver never showed, I paid a stranger $60 to take me 3 miles.

Ive only experienced them as another driver and Ive had them stop in the middle of the street or almost hit me. Due to that experience, I would never ride with them.

I called for a taxi at 2:40 a.m. At 3:00 a.m. an automated service called me to confirm. At 3:30 a.m. I called them and they said my taxi had been cancelled. So I called and ordered another taxi. I got the same automated call to confirm. Half an hour later I called and went to the prompts to get an actual person. He proceeded to tell me that it was my job to call them and confirm. I asked him how was I supposed to know to call them. He repeated it was my job to call them and confirm. He said if I didnt call to confirm it was automatically canceled. There was no nothing to tell me I was supposed to call them. Why would I? So I just cancelled it and went with someone else. Dealing with this company was ridiculous!

On May 25th at 5:05am in jeffersonville Indiana Clark memorial hospital. One of your drivers came and picked me up and immediately started questioning me about my body and if my breast were real! I tried to play it off until I got home safely, he was a black cab driver with glasses. He just kept asking personal and uncomfortable sexual questions

There ain’t no free lunch. Drivers have to eat and buy gas too. Uber is unsafe and not real reliable. And drivers it’s been proven are not checked out well. Ztrip is the future.Uber and Lyft are not doing well and not sustainable.You can not have it both ways.Those of you to cheap to pay a fair rate fir a ride should just go take the public bus.

So the trip I just took cost me 12.80 but the same exact trip in an uber cost me 9.60.. Let that be the reason you will never be able to compete with uber or Lyft.. Rates are outrageous!! While driving behind van 698, I wound say I’d hesitate calling this company. He/She was ALL OVER THE ROAD! Try staying in your lane and drive straight.

Don’t say I can pay cash or credit and when I get ready to pay you say cash only 🙄! Put up a sign, say something before hand or remove that pay in credit option.

I didn’t think it was possible to get any worse than Yellow Cab. ZTrip is just as unreliable if not more so than Yellow Cab. Prepare to wait for over an hour..

Worst. service EVER...

Drive behind a zTrip this morning and it was horrible.In a 45 mph zone, the driver never exceeded 20 mph and was mostly going 15 mph or less for the 3 mile stretch I was being him. The driver also had trouble with stop lights and stop signs, coming to a stop in the middle of every intersection. Some of the stops were so bad that the rear tires were past the stop sign.
