I honestly feel ripped off my nails look awful. I cant believe I paid 56 dollars for a sloppy pedicure and gel polish manicure. Im supposed to be in a wedding today and my nails look atrocious. Will never be returning to this nail salon. Also it looked very dirty in there lots of other peoples dead skin around the pedicure tubs. Dirty towels on the floor. Just overall not a good experience. Towards the middle of my manicure the man of the shop im assuming the owner kept telling the girls to hurry up my paint job was so rushed and it shows. Very disappointed.

The absolute worst Shellac manicure I have ever received in my life. No exaggeration. I had it done Friday, and by Sunday 48 hours later, two of my Shellac nails had peeled off. These are supposed to last average of two weeks, yet I got less than 48 hours for over $70. The nail tech also took over 60 minutes for the manicure, I have never spent so long in a nail salon for a mani/pedi. I am now five days out and only one nail still has polish on it. Absolute waste of my money and time.

Worse french manicure i’ve ever received. even after my technician tried to fix it multiple times... guessing she was very untrained, as she had no idea what a french manicure was when i initially asked. also, there was no music playing, only the tv had some awful news playing. only giving two stars because the place seemed clean & they allowed me to come in the same day i called for the mani

My daughter and I have been going there for years — since the day they opened. Still love Anna and the other long-term regular. Not going back, however, unless things improve. Got stuck with the older lady. In spite of my telling her my skin is very sensitive she wrapped entire fingers in acetone and tried to leave them there. I asked her to make nails shorter, she kept them long. I asked her for round shape, she squared them off. She filed nails so fast and sloppily that 3 of them have split. The icing on the cake: Trump was blaring on Fox News. When I asked the man “in charge” (who seems to do nothing) to change the channel he said, “Why? I love this guy!” Not exactly a relaxing experience.

Friendly and clean but good be a little better on details. I do like the place.

Called ahead of time to see of they had a specific color, when I went in, they acted like they didnt know what I was looking for and asked me to just choose a color from the box. If I paying for a service, I expect to be satisfied with my color choice. The gentlemen was nice enough to try and look for it, but the woman were very nasty.

When I started going here the service was fast but good. I would leave happy with their work & my nails looked great. The last few times the service was fast & sloppy. During my last visit I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment but had to wait nearly 40 minutes because staff was late. The nail tech cut me with the file because she was rushing. She didn’t seem to know how to do ANC, 4 of my nails had huge bulges. She tried to fix them but was annoyed that I pointed out how bad they looked. I won’t be going back.

If it were not for Thao (my nail tech), I would have stopped going here a long time ago. Ive been to Thao roughly 10 times and she has always been amazing. However, prior to getting her as a tech I tried 2 of the other techs. One was very rough and would throw my hand at the drier instead of speaking to me to tell me to dry my nails and I was also cut with the drill once or twice. The man at the front desk is very rude. They overcharged for a service when the prices are listed on the wall. They dont know how to get appointments in on time (waited 45 min for mine), they switch techs around in the middle of your service so you can be sitting with someone then suddenly they will ask you to get up and move to another station with another tech. Id say nobody has ever been very friendly there to me other than Thao and unfortunately I have to stop going to her because I refuse to support this business anymore after their rude and scamming behavior. And I was told the owner is never here when I asked for the chance to speak with them. Terribly run business.

I got ANC done last Saturday at Deluxe Nail & Spa in Latham, NY and had the WORST experience I’ve ever had. She left the tips I had previously still on. She also rushed through my nails and did a pedicure on another woman while doing my nails. I had to go home and attempt to fix them myself. After 2 days every single nail was lifting. I called them and went back today to get them fixed. All she did buzz over what she did and put a clear coat on top, instead of completely removing the ANC and giving me a new set. After telling them this was unacceptable I was asked to come back a 3rd time!! I’m usually not one to complain, but this was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. If I could give no stars for the customer service and quality of work I would.

I had my fingernails done 20 years ago for my wedding. My sister said lets have a girls afternoon out and get a peticure and nails done and I agreed. I was not prepared for the fantastic job I was going to get. I apsolutely had the time if my life. Yes, Ill be back for sure.

If I could give zero stars I would. I waited over 30 mins for a pedicure and no one once said anything to me. When I walked in they said it would be a 10 min wait. 30 mins later and two other people walking in and getting serviced before me I just walked out. Lost my business for sure. Worst customer service Ive experienced at a nail shop.

All I can say good about my experience was how beautifully set up the salon is. Otherwise, my first experience here was not good. I just moved to less than a mile from here so I thought Id give it a try. The lady who did my nails, not sure of her name, burned my thumb with the nail drill, missed the sides of almost every nail, and left very thin spots all over. I wouldve complained right then and there but I didnt think they looked THAT bad until I saw them in the lighting of my own home. I will be going back tomorrow to get my money back. Looks like Ill be driving 20 mins to my old nail salon.. I wish I could post picturesUPDATE: never ended up going back in to get my money back because I really didnt feel like dealing with them. Im pretty shy. It is now 4/13/19 and I decided to go back in and give them another try, because they have more than one worker and I may have just caught someone on a bad day.. I got someone different this time. All I asked for was white ANC, with tips. They look awful, none of them are the same shape or length at all, some are oval, some are square, some have weird bumps on them, another has a bubble of top coat, AND he burned 2 of my fingers!! He knew he did and didnt ask if I was ok. It stung worse than any burn ever, because he poured some sort of alcohol on it! Ow! And the skin around the base of my nail is swelling up. Then when he was done, he didnt ask me if I liked them, he just said ok done walked up to the register.. I followed, and me being too shy to say anything handed him my card. I am definitely at least calling now and seeing what they can do to fix this. I will update after I call.Updated again.. I just got off the phone with them, explained it to a man who then started yelling at me insteady of being sympathetic. I told him exactly what happened in a very calm manner, and he said then come back in a girl will fix them. I said my fingers hurt and Id rather not have anyone do anything to them right now and Id rather just have my money back. He kept telling me to come back In, even after I explained I couldnt at the moment because I had walked there (car is in the shop) and didnt have time to walk back, and I will come tomorrow when I have a car. The man was yelling in another language to someone and then said JUST COME TOMORROW! I said ok and he hung up. What the heck. This is not ok.

No appointment so it was supposed to be a one hour wait. Then we were directed to the nail spot across the street. Was it color?

Avoid at all costs. Lily is rude and not customer friendly, unless you are her customer!! They just lost me as she was rude this morning. I will miss the young gentleman I use to go to.
