The best place I have ever been. I have been visitingthe Bay Area from Atlanta and came across BayFarm nails. I must tell you that by far, this is the bestin the Area. My sister recommended this place. Lisa took me as a walk-in. I have really bad in-grown toe nails and stopped getting pedicures because most people dont know how to handle it and it hurts. Lisa was AMAZING!!! She removed them as painlessly. My toes feel great. My gel nails and pedicure are perfect. The place is clean and bright and she made me feel welcome and comfortable. I was in and out in 1 1/2 hrs I highly recommend Bay Farm Nail Spa!!

What started off as good service a year ago has turned into neglecting your faithful customers. New walk-ins get the star treatment and fast service, while regular clients with appointments are made to wait. That is no way to treat your loyal customers.

Lisa is yucky and super TERRIBLE -- I will share my multiple negative experiences with anyone who might be interested in learning more. If you want ripped cuticles and crappy, fast polishes (do you like polish canals -- missing polish on the sides of your nails??), just ask for Lisa. If you want passive-aggressive and even confrontational exchanges, visit this shop. If you prefer to receive actual customer service, go anywhere but here. I am happy to share more information. They will be closed by the end of this year -- trust me.
