Best nail salon in alameda. Amazing choices. I come here for manicure every 2 weeks or so and I am constantly getting compliments on my nails. They are super friendly and nice.

Need to be more professional they cut my cuticle skin while putting on the nails. Need to be more gentle and have a better side manner. Asked for coffin shape and the tech said I was too old for those type of nails. I was so upset that I left. You dont treat people like that.. Stateboard will hear about this. Also bring your own polish theres is old and crusty.

I have used this nail salon many times for a manicure but yesterday I was charged more than listed price. The manicurist was very rudegave me no reason for why price was higher. I was also surprised when she demanded a tip. Definitely check the listed price and also check price with person doing service.

My daughter and I have been coming here for about a year now and I have always had the best service and nails! Very nice friendly staff and they always make sure you are satisfied with the service.

Liked one lady in specific who took her time with my pedicure and massaged well, and another recently who really took care of my problematic toe. Made it look like new! My gel manicures are always good, and just recently one of my nails peeled off when I got home. And 2 days later I came back and she fixed it with no questions asked. They got their well deserved tip ❣

Ive been coming here for 6 years. Love the place, staff, spa chairs, safety retrofitting, prices, nail polish color choices, quality of nail technicians work is stellar, effective longer massage for a good price, location, available parking, yummy food nearby, shoreline park, and more everytime I visit.

I called have appt at 1:30pm in they were able get me in before my appointment they left me very happy and satisfied

They need to do better massages with their pedicures. I think mine was less than a minute. Other than that (which is huge) they do nice work.

Being a P.O.C. I was not greeted as I walked into the salon despite my several visits to and for nail services this non welcoming gesture was also observed today while receiving nail care. My second eyebrow raising moment was the pricing...I am often confused about this due to the different prices given at previous visit and the response of a friend who also visited this place several times and was given different pricing I am not sure if the women notice this action but it was definitely observed and felt by myself and others..

Pedicure is nice, it just seemed very hurried not as relaxing as I would like.

Very nice place! Lynns smart, good, with very good staff. Comfortable and clean, great spa chairs. Pricing isnt pretentious. Busy shop, especially weekends, smart to call ahead. Also worth just walking in -can usually work you in.Ive gone to Lynn for years. Her sister,, Gigii, - great-haircuts!.Lynn lost her smart, talented husband to cancer almost the same time I lost mine last Spring.,leaving her with an adorable young son, Another reason I like to come here, but good and talented gals is important, too!

I really like Tammy. She is very good, but I really dislike manager lady. She is always unhappy and rude. I tried to ignore her, but I got to the point to find another place.Too bad.

They are okay.. most of my nails came out crooked, my nails werent fully painted and i still have acrylic resudue left over on my fingers. I was charged $45 for a set thats not even worth it.

Ive been to this place twice and both times were a treat! I came in to get my first set with both my sisters on September 28th for my upcomming vacation. When I say that set stayed on until November 7th when I got my fill I mean each & every nail!! They stayed on over a month!! Even my coworkers were surprised as to the duration of my nails. I probably could have gone longer if the length wasnt interfering with work. My fill was much shorter and is taking some getting used to but I am so pleased with how they came out I (and my sisters) will definitely be coming back here!!
