I always get a manicure, but I feel like the way Nancy did mine was so exceptional, she made sure she gets all the dead skin out and added a lil foot massage 🥰 . It was late and she was still patient to make her client happy. I most definitely recommend it here. The place looks like a low class from the Google pics but once you get inside and sit on the massaging chair, you forget about the location. I mean it’s Alameda so it’s pretty safe.

Shophia did an AMAZING job on my nails, saved me from my awfully overgrown cuticles and was super sweet. She checked in a lot to make sure I was happy with everything she was doing, and that I was comfortable. She also helped with my super dry legs during the manicure and made my feet feel amazing!

Love this salon! Got a gel manicure and a pedicure, then I came back to get my lashes done because Nancy was so nice and professional :) I love my new look. I will be coming back as long as I am living in Alameda

Nancy is very precise with her work. She keeps her facility clean. And she gives a very friendly service.

Im very impressed with their service now during the pandemic. They took my temperature, use a machine to disinfect my clothes and asked me to wash my hands. Only by appointment no more than total 4 people in the salon with a mandatory mask

I love Nancy and her team. Although her place could use a few updates, the quality of work especially the lashes is AMAZING. Ive tried a few lash extension places in the area, and the lashes come off almost immediately within less than a week, whereas Nancys they stay :).She really takes her time. I will be a long term customer!

I been here a couple times both times. I mentioned to be sure to remove all dry skin on my feet, nail be painted completely. Neither were completely done to my request. On 8/10/19 I returned to have gel nail polish removed. The top of my nails are grindy. I asked to speak to Nancy-she always on vacation.

I travel from Oakland to Alameda to do my mani-pedis and eyebrows. All the girls I so knowledgeable and friendly. It makes you feel good when you walk through the door and everybody knows you by name. I would not go to any other place. Love my girls

I always go to Nancys Salon for my Manny/Pedi. Sophia is a God send for me. Shes gentle and careful because I have ingrown toe nails and she takes care of me. Then she massage my feet and legs before the Polish! Awesome, I can feel it now! Thank you Sophia!

Ive been going to Nancys for many, many years. Theyre very nice, affordable and get the job down. But today, they were my one stop shop. I went to get my mani/pedi and lip/brow was and got sold on Lash Extensions from Nancy and I am in LOVE with them. Extremely happy I got them done and love that I can support them in other ways.

Every time I go there, it could be 1 person getting their nails done and she says SORRRY ITS A WAIT HOUR...Like there is literally no one there...maybe its because one day the thought I was a teenager. They discriminated against me then saying....ohhhh I thought you was kid!!! The discrimination against black women in this establishment is ridiculous to the beautiful area of Alameda, CA! Saddens Me

This place is terrific!!! The staff is very friendly, courteous, and professional. Their work is also terrific. I usually get a haircut here while my wife is getting a mani-pedi, but the last time we came, I actually indulged and got a mani-pedi as well. What an experience! You get to sit in a massage chair while someone pampers you, massages your hands and feet, and takes great care of your nails.I highly recommend calling ahead of time. They can get busy -- you can always wait, but a two-minute phone call can let you reserve a spot. That way, youll know as you walk in that you can get service right away.

I drive alll the way from fairfield (40 mins) just to get my eye lash extensions done! My eye lashes last me a long time she uses very good products! Very clean and organized salon. I will not go any where but here for any services well worth the drive!

Terrible service! Terrible nails and could not fix the problem. The shape was off and they had to paint my nails 3 times before it looked half way decent.
