I received the best deluxe pedicure ever from Emma. I had an extremely busy week and this was just what I needed to relax and unwind. I have recommended them to friends and will definitely be back.

I’ve been going to Luxury Nails for 4 years. Jenny does an amazing job on my nails and her father David does a wonderful job on my pedicure. If I break a nail they always fix it no charge. I’m always pleased when I leave!

Man was very rough on my cuticles, its 5 days later and my cuticles are still healing from little sores in my cuticles where he cut too rough! I was even bleeding from one cut!!! And as you can see I have dried blood in my manicure. He started in on my toes and once I felt pain I told him to stopped. I generally would have left after bleeding but the manager was so smooth in everything, and I really really needed this, was exhausted from waiting at 2 other salons (long story) and they saw me no wait. But, in retrospect it was far from worth it.

The man who did my mani/pedi was very friendly, professional, and tried hard. The only thing I’m disappointed about is how uneven the paint job was. I’m not sure if it was the nail polish or the application of it, but when I left I was pretty disappointed that it’s clearly uneven.

I have been going here for several years now. I have always been happy with my service. I recently took my mother-in-law there to have her nails done. She has dementia, they were so patient with her. I wont go anywhere else!

The atmosphere was so calming and relaxing. My nail technician did a beautiful job on my nails and the man who did my pedicure was an absolute pleasure. My feet have never looked better! You won’t be disappointed. Worth every penny!!

The absolute worst nails I’ve ever had. Firstly they didn’t ask me to wash my hands when I walked in, which I’ve never seen. They have a sign encouraging you to speak up if something is wrong. I did when they didn’t fully remove my old dip nail, and put more on top of it. He said “no” then began speaking to his coworkers in their native language, as I was still asking about it. The shape is AWFUL. Not even close to what I walked in with or asked for. Only reason they get 2 stars is because a young woman jumped in and saved what she could, and she was great. Rest of it absolutely horrible.

I’ve gone to several nail places around town and I keep coming back here time and time again. They do a great job, make you feel welcome, the environment is calm and you don’t feel like you’re being rushed through. I’m a walk-in customer, and they always have been able to get me in pretty quickly. I’ve never been dissatisfied with their service! Jenny speaks every time I come in, by name. It’s the little things! All appreciated. Doesn’t go unnoticed.

Always so nice when i come in! i’ve got dip powder and acrylics and both the ones who do those are very good. i had a nail break and they fixed it free of charge. :)

The place was clean. Did a nice job on color. My only complaint is that they tore my cuticles up! It has been a week and they still hurt!

I brought my daughter in with me for her 10th birthday. It was her first deluxe pedicure and they made her feel so special. The interactions between the customers and owners and employees all had a family feel. We were visiting from out of town and this will be our place to stop when we visit. Great pedicures. The Volcano Spa pedicure was fantastic.

It’s time for a post-Covid update! They have taken all the precautions to make the facility even cleaner and as safe as possible. At this appointment I had them remove the dip nails, trim my nails short, and switched to gel nails. Even though it was a big change, Hong did excellent work very quickly. I love the purple color and booked my next appointment for two weeks out before leaving. They’ve always done their best to squeeze me in on walk-ins but when I know I will be in town I like to have the appointments made. Thanks for ongoing excellent service!This spa is so relaxing! The staff is detail-oriented and friendly. Prices are competitive. They do a great job without making you feel rushed, especially if you use one of the gentlemen (Lee, Lorre, or Lou) for your pedicure. They give strong, expert massages and your toenails look great! They welcome walk-ins but I recommend scheduling an appointment so that they can take their time pampering you.

Im always treated with the utmost respect and Im always pleased with my nails and pedicure.

Its not a friendly welcomy environment. I asked for gel nails and got acrylic with gel polish, Jenny barely arched my eyebrows to get thru wanted me to come back when I was already getting nail service. She was advised Im not pleased with service. No referrals from me and only went there because was doable @ time. I will return back to Skyboss Nails the best.

Everytime I come here they never can do anymore fill ins but everytime I’m leaving others go in are serviced

After trying other places when I first moved here, I came to Luxury Nails because other people had recommended it. I now come here every month for a dip gel manicure and a relaxing pedicure. I love it! Everyone is very nice, you are pampered (oh, the massage feature on the pedicure chairs!), and my nails always look great! I receive many compliments on them and it holds up even working with horses and using my hands as much as I do! The salon is also the most sanitary in Aiken, I think. Pricing is very reasonable, too. I can’t recommend Jenny, Lou, Tina, and the others enough!

SNS manicure. Started well, no cuticle work or push. A few fingers in, Lou began rushing painting several nails then dipping all at once. The result was a blobbed uneven manicure w some nails much thicker than others and ragged sns edges near cuticles. He didnt ask about shaping, just filed down edges to a _very_ round shape after polish. Disappointing.

My Mom and I got a gel manicure yesterday, I chose the “Mood Changing” polish and It’s so fun! I love it! They turn green when I’m cold, and blue when warm. Great experience overall.

First time here, David did a fantastic job on my feet while Jenny finished the polish and did my fill in on my nails. Wonderful atmosphere, very nice and friendly people working here. Lee worked on my husbands challenging feet, outstanding work! Called first thing in the morning and worked in. This is a busy shop and I can see why, so best bet is to call ahead and schedule an appointment. This will be our new nail home.

This salon has a peaceful ambience and the owners take great pride in the services provided. I have recommended it repeatedly. I like the levels available for spa pedicures, and I usually do gel polish for my fingernails. I have seen all ages, including men, use their services. They are respectful and courteous. No drama. Very clean. Great value.

First, the shop is very clean, they use liners as well for pedicures. I have acrylic nails, so, the lady Yenny does my fill and gel polish, she is fast and precise. I have been going there 6 months. One nice thing, they have nice elevator music; very peaceful. When Ive gone to other salons they have TV. I didnt realize how relaxing my manicure could be without the TV till going to Luxury Nails in Aiken. I intend to continue as a customer as long as I use acrylic and gel nails. They dont seem to promote nail design & art but give great service otherwise.

I LOVE this place! It’s a relaxing spa environment with soothing music (no blaring TV ). I have used Tina, Lorre, and Lee for pedicures. Jenny and Lou for “dip” nails. Everyone is skilled, polite, and professional. I recommend this to anyone!

I love the service here. The entire family and friends environment is great. Very hygienic and clean. I’ve been going here for years and I do not deviate. This is the best place for nails and pedicures in AIKEN.

Pedicure was okay. Overall process felt good, but the painting is amateur and not clean. My French tip acrylics are terrible. Only thing good is the shape and length. The guy made them super thin so a nail already broke from me typing on my garage pin pad. And I got them done less than 12 hours ago. The clear part of my nail is not clear From unmixed acrylic powder. It was my second time giving them a chance and I will not be returning. And lol be getting a new acrylic job done only a day later. Super disappointed. The hygiene of the shop was terrible as well.

I like my nails (SNS). My pedicure was good. However, I was denied eyebrow wax service and told to come back. That was a huge inconvenience for me. I will not go back.

Absolutely the best nail salon to get your feet done at the Jenny and man who did mine and my friends feet were amazing they take special care of your feet and give a wonderful massage after they soak your feet absolutely would 10/10 recommend comming here such great costumer service!!!!

They gave me an awesome pedicure, and were warn and welcoming --its awkward as a man sometimes to ask for a pedicure but these folk were comforting.
