Out of all the nail places in Aiken, this one is by far the best. The inside is very nice. However, I have one complaint for this place. I had scheduled an appointment for 1pm and the man who scheduled my appointment scheduled me for 2pm. I specifically remember asking for a 1pm appointment. Not a huge deal but he definitely made me feel stupid.

Always have a good experience here. I love the atmosphere and always get a friendly and professional nail tech!

I have only ever gotten pedis here until today. I love getting my feet done here, they are great and the polish lasts forever. Today I decided why not get my nails done. The nails themselves were great, I loved the shape and the color. The problem I have is the prep work wasnt really done. My cuticles were never pushed back or trimmed, they looked weeks old even though I just got them done. Also the acrylic powder wasnt brought back far enough (remember the cuticles) so after only a week I looked like I needed a fill. I learned my lesson. I wont be doing anything here but pedis from now on.

Best place to go hands down. Ive been going to Timmy for years now. Kathy and Timmy are the best and always makes sure that you are satisfied with your service.

I use to love going here but the last 3 times I’ve been my nails have looked terrible and then the owner was rude! Definitely disappointed and guess I have to find a new nail salon.

My daughter and I got gel polish on and I had a manicure. Absolutely loved the ladies who took care of us, and loved the clean yet luxurious feeling in the Nail Palace. Will definitely be going back!

Just got an eyebrow/lip wax and very pleased. The woman doing it was very clear to explain about what I was looking for and what she was able to do. Will return 😊

The Nail Palace is very clean and has a relaxing atmosphere. My nail tech (Im sorry I dont remember her name) did a great job. My only complaint is that they were out of at least 6 different colors that I tried to get before finally finding one that they had in stock.

The BEST! I have had my nails done in California, Tenn, New York, and now here. This was such a wonderful experience. It is a beautiful store with plenty of services and quality workmanship. Very friendly technicians that stand by their work. I will definitely be returning. They accommodated for our wedding group to get different services done.

Came here for the first time today. Fantasia did my fill in and she is so friendly and talented! Service was quick and the salon is really nice, plus the price was lower than most places I’ve been to. Highly recommend!

Nail Palace is very professional and has great employees. My nail tech is Fantasia and she is hardworking. She did my pedicure and I was very happy with the results. 10/10 would recommend!

The guy at the front reception desk is never friendly but Jimmy did a great job on my acrylic tips.

First off, this place is amazingly run and caters to a high volume of customers, including walk-ins. My first manicure here was French with gel and the technician did a great job. I wish shed told me her name. I was so impressed and it lasted over 2 weeks. Yesterday, however, (and yes this was enough to drop from 5 stars to 2), I went to get my gel removed and get a regular manicure with no polish. Just wanted clean nails. The technician (didnt introduce herself) seemed to have an attitude but took her time getting started. Once she did, she worked so fast and was very thorough. It did feel rushed. And honestly, the entire time, I was clenching my jaw. Because it started to hurt!! I noticed when I was washing my hands that my thumb wouldnt stop bleeding. We got it stopped during the rest of the manicure. When I got home, the pain really kicked in. All my fingertips are sore and puffy and a few randomly start bleeding at the cuticle line. Typing this hurts tremendously. If I go back to this place, I will run from her. Or just not go back at all. I wish I hadnt given her a tip. #ouch

I know two people that have gotten a toe nail fungus after getting pedicures here, but the eyebrow tech is amazing and the sets that ive had always last and look amazing for the short time it takes to do them. Super efficient, maybe take a little extra time to clean the foot spas.

Came here to get my nails done for the first time in foreverrr with my little sister for her birthday. Fantasia did my nails and I’m in love! She was so thorough with the nails & so sweet and friendly! Will definitely be coming back. Amazing first experience

Came here on my birthday.. it was very clean! Alyshia did a wonderful job on my polish and glitter.. loved her friendly attitude! Reasonable price for the work I got done. Will definitely come again!

Nice place, good location and the pedicure itself was very good. Unsatisfied though because I came in with two friends. We all scheduled our appts together and they seated us together for pedicures and my friends were about 25 min into their pedicures before mine even got started. Other people came in for appts at the same time, but after us and got started right away.

WOW!!!....I thought this was gonna be a get you in push you out assembly line...NOT at all!! Very happy w/my experience. Had a pedicure w/design & a manicure. I cant wait to come back!! Service awesome, pricing in comparison about the same as elsewhere

Last minute decision to get my nails done.I walked in and didn’t even wait 3 minutes before I was helped by the manager. He was great. I watched the interaction between the other workers and their clients and this place has a great atmosphere. Very nice. I strongly recommend it.

Super clean, conscientious, comfortable with skilled nail techs.

Although the salon is clean and shiny, Ive left 3 times with rough heels, having different techs. The last time, I mentioned it to the owner who did nothing, but recommend lotion! I now go to another salon, which does my pedicure perfectly for $5 less.

My friend and I had a great experience here! The staff is so friendly. They listen well and the place is so clean. Everything is disposable so you dont have to worry whether or not something has been sanitized. My new fave nail place. Oh! And its beautiful inside!

My appointment was easy to make over the phone and I was taken a few minutes before my appointment. The nail tech assigned to me was professional, efficient and a delight to chat with. My only regret is that I did not ask her name however she is easy to identify, she is expecting a daughter in August. Very clean salon.

Very nice place. Clean, I have never waited for longer than 15 mins for walk in service. Employees take their time and do a good job which is very important for me and I tend to focus on how well they do and the time they spend. Also makes r breaks their tips. No complaints for me so far and I will continue to return. Will try their waxing services next.

I have had my nails done twice (dip powder) at Nail Palace. Two different techs (Alicia Scott and Tiauna) did them and both were excellent. Salon is beautiful, clean, bright and chemical-odor free. This is my new nail salon. I will make an appointment from now on as they are always busy. Manager, Tim, was most accommodating on Saturday the day before Easter and made every effort to get everyone seated as soon as possible.

I went there for the first time today. Tim was wonderful and put great effort into giving me exactly what I wanted! Plus, the place itself is beautiful and such a relaxing atmosphere.

My daughter has been twice now and is very happy with the results. The people were very nice. The place is very clean a pretty.

This place was highly recommended and was say down with a girl who did my nails and she is super sweet! Not happy with my nails though, they honestly look like they were done by an amateur 😔 I didnt say anything because I didnt want the young lady to get in trouble but thats money and time I have lost. I unfortunately would have to say I want to soak them off.

I love this place! Even before they opened I’ve been having my nails done by Megan, and she does an AWESOME job and always provides an excellent experience. I’ve never left unhappy with the job she’s done. The new (and gorgeous) facility is just extra icing on the cake. Go check them out.

Kathy is great, too. They do all of the latest techniques: ombre, SNS, etc., and a huge selection of gel, polish, & powder colors. Pedicures are tailored to your liking, and exactly what you need to unwind from your week... or just while thinking about your nail selections. Those ladies are impeccable, as well. Yesterday I was Rushed Thru my appointment even though my tech was late. Now my feet are killing me! I have put up with a lot here lately from this salon, the last few times I’ve been here. Not anymore. That was the last time!

First time customer and I was very disappointed with my gel nails. Just after one day the gel was separating from my nail on three of my fingers and barely a week later my nails look horrible. Not the look I wanted for my vacation trip 😒

I have been going to this place since they opened at this location. I usually leave very satisfied after my monthly visits, but not the past 2 times. I got my nails done about a week ago and 4 of them have already come off. The same thing happened last time. Seems as if they’re rushing to get through customers these days. I also had an incident where I called to make an appointment (so I didn’t have to wait) but the lady told me just to walk in. So I did and I ended up having to wait 30 mins. Defeated the whole purpose in my trying to make an appointment. Sad to say I’ll be looking for somewhere new that is more consistent.

Usually need pedi every 6 week, i clip my fingernails twice during that break. I live close enough by that i just do drop ins and they have been able to sit me. If not, i would have returned again or made an appointment.My first drop by was just to look at the newly refurbished location. Walked in its awesome, great look and super super clean. Been twice now have not noticed any build up of nail dust and the floors shine like mirrors. Going back today and see if i can get seated.I have known Kathy that works here, several years between different locations. My first time, i was not her client but she came over and welcomed me and me having no immune system right now, needed reassurance about the sterilizing of tools... no need to worry, the lady helping me, pulled out the tools and had to cut them from a sealed bag👍😊. sold me and only place im going until and or if anything changes.5 star here👌😊
