I really liked my experience here. I was hesitant because of reviews. But- Im glad I gave them a chance. I received the deluxe pedicure. The massage chairs are amazing. They even massage your behind! The older lady doing my pedicure took her time and was so friendly! I also had a full set done, by an older gentleman. He told me he was good at coffin nails- he didnt lie! He did such a good job! My toe nail polish must have been put on too thick, as it peeled off one of my toes the next day. I went back and the owner fixed my toe (no charge) and was really sweet about it. I will definitely be returning! Everyone was friendly and inviting!

I had them done over and they still didn’t do them right. There products aren’t good nor is the man nail tech. I won’t be going back. Oh and the nails stay on for like 4 days

I Just moved to Aiken and this is the fourth place I have tried. They did an excellent job. Will definitely go back. I am very picky and they other 3 places didnt do a good job.

I was in Aiken on business and needed to get a manicure and pedicure. The job they did I could have done in my sleep and it probably would not have been as sloppy. I am embarrassed for anyone to see my nails and even more embarrassed to say that I actually paid for this.Dont use this place

They are very friendly and reasonably priced. However their quality of work is subpar, I lost 2 nails in less than a week. And others are starting to lift. I guess you get what you pay for

Omg.i just regret went there. I have my nail just 2 days and 1 fell. They dnt look same size, my 2 daughters got gel too and ugly sizes, the old man that did my nails, Im not really think he should do nails he dnt know what hes doing. Im sorry, with all respect.andvthis old man hes like..why hes asking a lot of questions of youre life? Even they did my granddaughters nails with gel and gel came out. And they charge us almost $400? Thieves.never go there n more

The worst nail job I ever had. 5 nails came off in like 4 days . I never had that happen in my life. I paid $50 to get them done and they wanted me to pay $35 for there mistake to fix them.

I went in to get my nails done for the first time ever at 27. I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff. Everyone who came in was greeted with their first name. My nails were prefect and she made sure I was happy with them before drying. My nails are perfect for my photo shoot. So pretty and perfect.

I went yesterday to get my nails done, and they looked nice I didn’t get them colored, only a clear polish on them and I payed $25. Just today 3 of my nails came off from just grabbing a glass plate!! I will NEVER GO BACK!! Nail quality sucks at Aiken nails and it was my first time going there!

I came in for a soak off the lady on the phone stated it was 10 dollars got there not only did they not soak the nails off the old man Pryed my nails off with a nail tip and make me bleed on two fingers from ripping the nail off and tried to charge me 12 dollars

No problem getting in and now I know why. First off we were told one price on the phone and when time to pay were told another. Next my husband and I both got pedicures and mine was about 30 min and my husbands 15 because someone else came in door, but we were charged the same amount. Then I got acrylic nails with gel polish and not even a week later they started falling off. Poor quality, over priced

I will NEVER come here again. I asked to get my eyebrows done and she barely used wax, only tweezers which she grabbed my eyelid with them and then used the scissors. I told her I didn’t like them and asked if she could fix them and she said no that she likes them so I needed to leave since she knows what she’s doing cause she’s been doing this for 30yrs. I have so much hair left where she was supposed to wax.

Worst place ever.. Literally paid $60 Friday!!!! Today is Sunday and 4 of my nails just came off like it was nothing....even my thumb nail and yall know the nail on ur thumb is hard to get off!!

Definitely would not go back. Went in for a fill in today and she put acrylic on my cuticles. My nails were lumpy and there were spots she missed. Staff is very rude. I went to a different nail place to get them fixed and the lady thought I did them myself.. wow.

3-7-2021Went to Aiken Nail Salon which was a big mistake, my nail were not painted completely on the edges and a week later 3 of my nails popped off with little effort. when I returned, to have the nails replaced, I was charged 8 dollars and a surcharge for not spending at least 10 dollars.This was the worst experience ever in the past 10 years. Do not patronize Aiken Nail located near Publix.

Me and my mother went to get our nails done on 3/10/2021 5 days to a week later both of our nails was coming off ! Don’t waste your time or money here. Definitely read the reviews ! It’s true .. probably the worst place to get your nails done in Aiken !

Nails are ugly . Got them done yesterday and they are lifting .... nails were lumpy. I ask for ombré she didn’t know how to do it.They tried to over charge me and got mad when I wanted them to repair their mistake. I should have read reviews.

Horrible job. i went today and some nails are already lifting. they are so uneven and i had chunks of acrylic by my cuticles. there was no prep work. she painted over acrylic dust and was wearing a nasty glove the whole time. i will never go here again.

I am sitting in the parking lot after paying $65 with HORRIBLE looking nails!!! When I told them I did not like them and everything that was wrong with them she said... nails good $65 🤦🏻‍♀️ If I could give zero stars I would. I now have to go somewhere else to have my nails redone!! I wish there was a way to post a picture of how bad my nails look.

I could not recommend this salon enough. I came with a completely botched manicure and they fixed them in no time AND it was 30 minutes before they closed. They stayed a little later to make sure I walked out with beautiful nails. This salon has amazing and very accommodating staff. Tim and Aimee are the best. This is the only salon I’m going to from now on!

Mai did an excellent job on my manicure and pedicure. She was incredibly sweet and professional. My daughter also got a pedicure by someone else, she done an excellent job as well.

This place sucks .... I went to get a manicure and a pedicure... i get to the register and the lady says 120$ and I about fell tf out .. I told her she had lost her dam mind ....my toe nails where uneven and my nails was lifting and popping off with in the first week..

My nails are all different lengths and my gel polish is already off my toes. I literally got my nails done on Sunday and it’s only been 2 days. My gel polish i bumpy and my nails are different. 1st and last visit. The people are nice but quality wise never again. Disappointed to say the least. Close to completion of my nails I saw a roach on the wall near the tv.

I will NEVER go back. They tricked me into getting gel polish instead of regular and didnt tell me it cost $20 extra until it was time to pay. I never got gel before, never will again.

They were nice and all but bad service. Left in the middle of doing my nails to do someone else nails. My nails Arent even the same shapes and size. They did not clean the nails to make them look neat there’s big bulk of acrylics on the side with no paint on it.

It was my worst nail experience. they charged me $5 to shave my nail down. The guy that did my nails had an attitude bc he had to shave them down and bc i couldn’t hear him well. he started to talk Chinese under his breath.

I had a great pedicure! My toenails looked great and I was about an inch shorter by the time she finished with my nasty heels! Heading over today to get those heels sanded again...

The quality is very poor. I got a pedicure that I could have done at home. She left old polish on my toes. When she repolished them she had polish around my toes! My daughter got a full set and it looked like she needed a fill in before leaving. I will not go back and I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!

My daughter treated me to a full set of pink and white they looked good for about 4 days before they started appearing cloudy and began to raise and today is exactly a week and every nail is off. I paid $45 plus a $5 tip and have nothing to show for it. They are very nice but I will not be returning, it was money thrown down the drain.

While everyone was nice enough, I would not recommend if you happen to be a guy. Perhaps, women get treated better, but I felt like my whole visit was an afterthought. Since every place in Aiken is the same price, I would try others. My visit was basically a $35 donation to the salon. My finger nails and toenail look like I did them myself. A few days after, they look basically the same as they did prior to the service.

Do not go here. The people are nice but the Quality is terrible. I just had my eyebrows waxed and was left with a bald spot in the middle of my left eye brow and was told oh its fine.Then I had to pay $13! That is the most I have ever paid for eye brow wax. And it was terrible. I had to go home and fix it myself.

Worst experience I have ever had at nail salon. Uncomfortable atmosphere sensed between workers and management. Spa water was not hot and service was inconsistent.

This is the first place I tried out being new to the Aiken area and it was the most unsatisfying place you could literally go to. You first walk in and there just cludder everywhere, and everything is all squeezed together. I went to get my eyebrows done and she literally didn’t even wax them completely. I have so many little hairs left and completely two different eyebrows now. Very poor choice of place.

The chinese lady at Aiken Nails ruined my eyebrows! This was the worst eyebrow wax I have ever had done!!! I purposely let my eyebrows grow out for months so I could have a neat wax. She trimmed them with scissors and the wax strips felt like cheap tape and took nothing off. She handed me a dirty mirror so I could barely see the poor job job she did so I immediately went to my car mirror and they were awful. It looked like she simply trimmed them and patches were everywhere. I drove through the parking lot almost running stop signs to get to the salon by Target (Foxy Nails). Thankfully the lady there was able to help and she felt so bad for the poor job Aiken nails did, that she did not charge me. She told me Aiken Nails basically stripped my brows and cut some where they couldnt be waxed & I would have to tweeze them once they grew out. They are much thinner than what I get done, but I am grateful that the other Foxy Nails was able to fix me up. Aiken Nails deserves 0 stars!

Went there to get my eyebrows done she literally put wax on the ends of my eyebrows and plucked and trimmed the rest. They look a mess. And she got wax in my hair and didn’t even try to get it out

The workers are nice, but the quality is very low. My nails arent very professionally done, and my eyebrows still had a lot of hairs that needed to be plucked or waxed.

Price was great, convo was great, very relaxed environment but i was not satisfied with the filing of my nails. i will be going to another location today to have my nails fixed. i will say that i am very picky when it comes to my nails so that may play a part in my decision. in the end, would i recommend this place to friends? Not for nails i wont. Pedis.. they are great.

I didnt go to this place

Went here as a last resort on several occasions and my visit last Thursday was the last. They are not clean . The lady left sprayer in my tub for my pedicure put something on one leg and foot and not the other . Double dipped the scrub instead of using the scoop provided. Her husband came in and rushed her off my session and escorted me to the oldest male tech there who is rude and acts like he doesnt know what crooked means. I lost a nail 3 days after full set lost 2 more yesterday so I just pulled them off didnt even hurt. If u could rate them a Zero I would. So take this one ⭐and that will be the last they ever see of me. Horrible service . I paid $58 on something I cant even enjoy 1 week and 1 day I have not one damn nail . 😡😡😡

I just got my nails done at Nail Secret on Eastgate Dr. I got a full pink and white set and they look terrible. There are bubbles under the gel, the white parts are crooked, and you can see big gaps between where my nail ends and the white begins.I told him I was unhappy with how it looked and asked him to fix it but he refused. He didnt give me a discount for ending up with terrible nails and he even got miffed because I didnt leave him a tip. Now I have to pay to have these removed and then pay to have another set put on. Im not happy.I DO NOT recommend this salon for nails. I will definitely be finding another nail salon.

My nails were crooked then you could see where water was getting under the nail. Also I went back to get my nails fixed and then the workers acted like they didnt know What I was talking about then they tried to get nasty with me and my mother.

If I could give this place zero stars I would yesterday was my birthday I went there to get my nails done because it was Sunday and Aiken nails was the only place open in Aiken every Nail was done so thin I broke 2 of them just washing my hands and every nail was a different size and shape I wish I could post a photo of them another guy had to fix them and now there hanging over my nail because there so wide and awful looking WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
