Would not stop cutting my hands with the drill multiple cuts didn’t even take off my previous sns dip and when I tried taking off I kept getting told no no no n would take my hand

Jason was recommended by my daughter. He did very well on my nails,but he was not very personable,didnt really talk even tho i said my daughter said see you or Julie only whenl it was time for me to wash my hands before polish. He Nick me twice with the file. He did come with a nicer blue choice for me since they were out of my 1st choice. So next I think if I go their I will just with Julie she was my daughter other choice but she was busy with somesomeone else.

Great service, great staff! They always do a great job on my nails, and their pedicures are wonderful! Always get lots of compliments on my nails.

I haphazardly came to TLC only because another salon that I had made a 1 o clock appointment with let me sit there for almost an hour. I of course walked out! Went to TLC cause I had been before a long time ago and was sat down immediately 👍🏻Steven did my nails and they are absolutely beautiful. I believe Ive found my salon!

The owner of the company is rude and I think today is my last day there. The lady that did my eyebrows hands reeked of cigarette smoke and she made my eyebrows super thin!My mom went it last week and she said that the owner was so rude to her that she had to leave and find another nail salon to go to.Another experience that I had there was when the older lady literally filed my skin off of my fingers. My fingers were bleeding!I never went back for anymore pedicures or full sets. I advise that you do the same.That was my spot to get my eyebrows done but I guess not anymore.Edit: my face now smells like cigarettes!

I started coming to T L C Nail Spa over 3 years ago with a coworker when we both worked right around the corner. She moved and I dont work at that location anymore but I still drive to come here. For me the pedicures last about 2 weeks. And, they keep my feet soft and flip flop ready.T L C Nail Spa provides a great value - the service is very good and the prices are reasonable.Ill continue to come back again and again.

Jason is seriously my favorite. He had an attitude the first time I went in but I gave him attitude right back now he loves me! He does an awesome job on gel manicures! I haven’t gone anywhere since I found him!

Downgraded from 5 stars because of difficulty getting TLC to honor appointments. Last week I had appointment but somehow the staff ignored it. I waited over an hour to no avail. This week the nail tech had emergency, did not come to work on Saturday. They told me this came up on Friday...so why didnt they call me to tell me? Told me to come back at X time, only to have to wait another hour.Mani-pedi is always good, but I dont want to continue to have to block out half a day to get it. Will be looking for a new place soon.

I’ve been going here for about a year now. I was skeptical at first due to not being greeted when I first walked in and not being asked what service I needed. The guy At the first booth was not friendly to me. I continue to go back because it’s clean and the pedicure service that I receive from TRAM is AWESOME. Thanks Tram. Now when I go in, the guy will ask what service I need. Maybe he is just a pretty quiet guy. IDK

Worst experience I have EVER had in a nail salon !!!!! Crooked nails, I asked him to reshape and he handed me the nail file and said you do .. my friend came along with me and her experience was even worse . She literally has cuts on every single fingernail except one ! They are very lumpy with air bubbles as well. Never again, these people are RUDE!!! I was getting my nails done for my wedding, needless to say I made sure there was no hand pictures( of our wedding bands) of my husband and I because I had no time to get them redone anywhere else.

The staff are all so nice provide great service.

Gave this salon 2 stars because of the of quality of the service done. I came in and asked for the SNS powder nails. May as well should’ve gotten press on nails next door at Sally’s cause literally after 4 days the nails started lifting and wanting to pop off. The lady that did my nails was meh. Would have given 1 star but when I came in to get the lifted nails repaired she did so with no charge, just tipped her. I wanted her to fix the shape and nails that were cracked and she just said to come back in 2 weeks for a fill. WTH. Ok. Not coming back.

My nail tech was rude and RUFF, I told him multiple times that the gel light was not on and that my nails were not drying, he ignored me and proceeded to put another coat of gel on which in turn resulted in a mess he then had to remove all of the polish while saying many explicit words and not apologizing for the mess up he had done. I asked for square nails and they look more square round, they don’t look natural AT ALL and I am highly dissatisfied with the full service. Will NOT be a returning customer.

I have been going to TLC Nails for about 3.5 years and really love thems for manicures, pedicures, and wax treatments. They are caring, efficient, and accommodating. This is a busy salon - but well worth the wait. :)

This nail salon is probably the worst place I have ever been to in my entire life. I went to get my eyebrows done and I said very clearly do not take any hair off of my full eyebrow just get the little hairs around and she took more than half of my eyebrow off. not only did that happen they were all probably the rudest employes ever.

Kinda of messy in front waiting area. My daughter didnt like her nails. We wont be going back.

Had manicure w/gel polish and pedicure. Had abrasions on both finger and toe cuticles. Tools were not placed in germicide... nail files werent cleaned. Very disappointed.

I will never go back. Worst gel manicure Ive ever had. In pointed out what needed to be fixed and she said I needed to grow my nails out.
