I just moved down here from Detroit.. I spent $80 on my nails and toes.. now in Detroit $80 would give me 2 weeks of them.. I got my nails done 06/25/2021.. it’s 06/28/2021 and most of my nail are weak and three popped off already!! And let’s not forget the nail tech flirting with me asking if “I need a second boyfriend” while my boyfriend is there while I’m getting my nails done!! Don’t get me wrong they were nice and sweet but I didn’t think in 3 days my nails are popping off.. I could’ve just gotten press on nail..

This is the place to go to get your nails done!! The staff is very sweet and as soon as you walk in they all greet you and ask you if you would like a water. VAN is the absolute BEST!! She is my to go to person!! She takes her time and does not rush her work!! She asks questions and makes sure you are happy!! I will not go to anyone else!! I will not go anywhere else!!

Very professional, clean, friendly environment. Been going there for over 5 years, ms Van and her husband are very nice people, they go out of their way to please.

Too bad, I went to my ranchos to have lunch and the employees of fancy nails were sitting next to me, they started complaining because the waitress did not give them a straw to drink a beer, they being rude .. then they were complaining about the prices, they did not want to pay, They asked the waitress why a side of cream and cheese dip of 4oz costs $ 1.99 and .99 they said it was very expensive, please women now Im wondering if I can go get my nails done and decide how much I want to pay for the service ... please people if you dont have money to pay for a good lunch just look for a place that fits your budget or simply ask for the cheapest options ... 🤦‍♀️👎🏻

I will not be coming back they rushed on my nails, this was my first time in there and the nails were simple and they were lumpy and wavy and thick and very wide.I went home and took them off.DO NOT RECOMMEND !! They where friendly and clean.

My nails are complete trash. I’m not confrontational at all about my nails. The man who did my nails left pink gel polish from the last fill I had. I spoke up about it to every worker in the salon but to avoid “drama” in the salon the workers told me they were not right but REFUSED to speak up for me. One did step in to help but she forcibly told me to pick another (darker color) to cover up the flaws left behind.Disclaimer: I am very knowledgeable about nails. I have been consistent for 4+ years with full sets.

Awful, I went to get my nails done here and the customer services was just poor. All they did was talk about previous employees and fighting. Although very nice the girl who did my nails couldn’t stay off her phone and couldn’t stop whispering to the other girl. My nails are hella disfigured and uneven. I tried literally 30 times to explain to her how I wanted them to look and what she needed to fix.I even offered several times to file my own nails since she couldn’t seem to grasp the concept of what I was explaining to her but I was told she’d get in trouble if she let me and that’s fine.I walked in at 4:00pm and was out by 6:30pm how even? When I kept trying to explain it to her she got an attitude and acted like she was tired and didn’t want to do it, while huffing and puffing. But anyways I walked in with high expectations of this place and left extremely disappointed. Literally has to be the worse my nails have ever looked, I’m licensed in another state to do nails, I would know what I’m looking for and I have preferences just like any one else. Very unhappy, especially being as though I paid $35 to get my nails done when in all reality I paid $35 for garbage. I was so mad I just walked out and my fiancé paid them and told her I was unhappy and she replied to him with “I’m sorry I tried my best” yeah okay won’t find me here ever again.Edit: I did call and talk to the owner and she told me to come back in. Which I did, she’s very nice. She tried her hardest to fix them but they were so bad she could hardly fix them. She did throw in a design for free and she did fix them for free. But I still don’t think I will be returning.

This place is ridiculous! It is mostly girls that have just gotten out of school. Not sure what school they went to but I wouldnt recommend it. My nails look like bubbles, there is glue all around my nails on my fingers, gunk all under my nails, the girl cut 3 of my fingers and then my big toe when she did my pedicure. Im a nice person so I tried to blow it off and i didnt say anything about how bad my nails look because I didnt have enough time to sit there and let somebody else fix them since I was already there 4 hours! Yes, 4 hours! I wanted acrylic over my real nails and I had dip powder and the girl cut my nails because she said it was the only way to get the powder stuff off. So then I had to pay for a full set! Also, the girl walked around with no shoes on, had to talk about her drama, talked about the owners and all.. I will never go back!
