Checked in at 0540 for 0600 appointment and was out the gate at 0830. Everyone was friendly so can’t really complain. Nice place to deliver to.

This place is completely different than the usual DC. You check in with the guard to make sure you are on the list and he will let you know which docks you will have. Go to the right side of the building (one way traffic only), and you find a dock door that is open and back in. Then you take our BOLs into the shipping/receiving office and let them know which dock you are in. Then they will call you when you are done.

I had a delivery today 10/01/2021 @ 6 am. I checked in @ 5:40 am gave me dock right away. Checked out @ 7 am. It was so good.

One way driving on the lot and some of the docks require extremely tight maneuvering while others force drivers into blindside backing.Unloading wasnt especially slow but waiting on the paperwork eats up time.

Worst place to go deliver, they take for ever to unload, I waited for 2 hours just to get a dock opening and I only had 6 pallets 3 and half hours total, just a shame.

The entrance is dark at night but is the ast entrance before the light and is right after or right on the big sign Park Place with bold red letters. . Its a curvy entrance and RR bridge on the top pass the exit right away.

Doors 34-41, wow! There is inclination opposite to them, how the heck are you supposed to park your trailer? I dont know about other doors but 34-41 hell for truckers.

Good luck if you get doors 41-34 .. unbelievable took me 35 minutes to have it in and been driving for 6 years, this people should give truckers some respect, we have semi trucks not pick up trucks !!!!

Guard was very friendly. Showed up 20 minutes early for appointment and was out in a little over an hour. Did see some doors that looked hard to back in to but I didnt have one of them

Building C is kinda a pain to get to, but other than that, I had no problems here. The woman in receiving was pleasant enough... Three of us were put in the dock about the same time, and all three of us were out of there in less than an hour.

TO THE LADY BEHIND THE COUNTER WITH THE EYEGLASSES-EITHER SHE NEED TO ADJUST HER ATTITUDE OR FIND A NEW JOB. DOESNT MAKE SENSE TO HAVE A ATTITUDE AT 0600 IN THE MORNING. SHOULD BE THANKFUL YOU HAVE EMPLOYMENT. MANAGEMENT NEED TO HANDLE YOU

No overnight parking at all, dont bother. Entrance from Snow rd right by the public parking. Appt for 7am, got out at 10am. But God forbid you are a minute late

Arrived here 4:30am but had a 7am appointment time. They wouldnt unload early and told me to come back 30 mins before my appointment time. Wouldnt allow me to wait on their lot eve though there is plenty space in back. 2.5 hours to unload water which only took Niagra 45 mins to load. Docks34-41 very tight and you have to uncouple after docking. If you know your load is going here make sure you get $4 per mile.

Please mark the entrance clearly! Im tired of re-directing your trucks!!

Nice place. Staff is friendly idk what you guys are talking about. 8 am apt I arrived at 7 out by 9:30 which is not bad for a big place like this in Cleveland area. I would definitely come back!

If youre late for your appointment its a possibility they will work you in to get unloaded or loaded I give it 3 stars because there are trucks that been here for 2 hours already some are getting loaded and getting unloaded

Huge time waster. Ive been empty for an hour, still no paperwork. Lady in receiving couldnt care less that I have another load to pick up. Drivers, avoid this place if you can. And after seeing how nasty this place is, Ill never step foot in one of their stores to shop.

If your a company driver and you haul a reefer 90% of the loads are gonna be going to some fooked up places just like this...fyi...get use to longgggggggg load times...and lonnnnng unload times..hopefully you get detention..reefer sucks period..unless you own the truck then it pays alright...and theres always frozen food that has to be hauled..good luck

I got loaded in about an hour, so no complaints here. The shipping clerks were friendly, which is always nice.

If u have a del here,they open 0530 for live unload.no overnight parking.

They wont let you park overnight even when you delivering for them and theres plenty of space to park a semi.

20 years driving and this is the WORST experience ever at a receiver! It started out laughing with the secretary to her yelling at me asking if I was an angry at all women or just her. I wasnt angry, but I sure was confused, embarrassed, and felt she was a little crazy. 20 years driving ... this is third customer I will never return to! To stressful of a place for my taste. They wont give names and they refuse to sign seals. They even refused to let me supervise the unloading of freight. Good luck if delivering here!

Please i adives you drivers to this warehouse dont go for overnight parking they didnt have parking and they will sent you back to truckstop and rest area,,,, wish have minus star the lady in recieving office was rudd and smeiling garbage trash, she donot care whether u r in office or not,,,, my appointment was 6 am arrived 2am and they sent me back to rest area 15 mile south of I-71 and return back at 5:30 they gave me dock at 6:25 am and left dock 11:53am please,,,,,,,,

Interview but dnt think I got the job

Got there arround 1am, guard aske me to come back in app 6 am didnt let wait there I found space outside the gate,one of their driver run to me yelling if you dont move wll call police I said ok start looking in my map,he came back again hit my door said same thing!!!!!

Arrived at 7:55 for an 8 am appointment went right in a door still waiting after 2.5 hours. Window clerk is rude ..... dock workers are lazy they have no respect for any truck drivers. Watching the dock and no one is working just standing by the fork lifts texting with 4+ trucks in the doors. They have been done with my truck for over 20 minutes and the window clerk has my paper work in her hand most likely waiting until 11:00 to give it to me. If I could put 0 stars I would.

The secretary is rude and unprofessional in her conduct. She dresses like a prostitute then waits to attack anyone whom looks. The dock workers and even management walk around spewing obscenities routinely. Temper tantrums are the norm amoung them all. This is a place to avoid. They dont hurry to unload anyone. It is a genuine waste of time to be there.

Would never go back to mgi or Marks very rude and do not respect your property and are not honest and always leave my trailer dirty with broken pallets and never there fault warehouse is dirty a d not clean would never shop for groceries there

The fork lift driver is a dunce.....he counted product over 3 times and still couldnt figure it out. talking on phone and with other drivers instead of working..

Takes forever to get unloaded here. They need more space for trucks to back in for unloading and also the cars that go through the truck area is ridiculous because they do not give way to the trucks trying to back in. They are in too much of a hurry to get through that area

Limited ducks for delivery. Am deliveries have to wait for dc drivers to move their trucks so otr drivers can back up to docks.
