I booked an appointment for a fill-in and two pedicures (for my daughter and l). As I’m washing my hands, the man about to do my service tells me, “l will be back in a second, got to go smoke, you know what l mean?” Ok, no biggie... Not even 2 minutes into my fill-in, the man burns the back of my pinky nail with the drill. I then pulled my hand back and he tells me, “you pulled away, that’s why you get hurt.” I said “no, you are going too fast..” I put my hand back on the table and he burns me A SECOND TIME on the same pinky with another drill bit. At this point, l scream in pain and hold my hand. He then grabs my hand AGAIN through the plastic barrier, and tells me “No, no, you’re okay.” Not once did he say he was sorry, but continues to ask for my hand back.I tell him l am done, grabbed my things, and left. Never in the 20 years I’ve been getting my nails done have l ever had to walk out during a service. Fast forward two weeks, and my fingernail is still healing. He drilled a layer or two of my natural nail. I can’t/won’t have a fill-in until it’s healed completely, and we were able to get our pedicures some place else.

1st time in this nail salon due to my regular place was booked and I needed my nails manicured for a wedding. Tony was my nail tech chair number 1 he was very personable and took his time he gave me a nice quick hand massage that release tension in my right especially. I love my nails he gave me his business card I will be going back.

Will definitely go back there. Misty did an amazing job waxing my eyebrows. I’ve never had anyone measure then wax them!!! They look perfect! She also gave me a pedi, my feet feel so good. She’s very friendly, fun to talk to and before you know it she’s finished. Almost wish it lasted longer. She’s a people person. 🙂

The best nail salon I have ever been to!! So professional, very neat and clean, and most importantly, they TAKE THEIR TIME WITH YOU! They have blown me away with their excellent customer service!!! They engage with their customers, and are very good at what they do! I will return!!

Poor Covid practices. Masks not over noses and no barriers used between clients and technicians. Too many people in the small small. (13 clients/spectators plus 4 staff)Mediocre job on fingernails, thumb not coated completely.

Overall when I visit this location my experience is good. Usually Im in & out with a gel fill-in. Today was the first time Ive gotten a pedi here. Im not sure how experienced the young man was 🤔. He allowed the basin to overrun with water and although he was polite he seemed very confused. I dont live in the area and I may just stick with Kevin doing my hands & get my feet done somewhere Im more familiar with.

The place is very clean and everyone makes you feel at home. They’re very professional and satisfying.

I give this place a 5 stars only bc of Natalia she does awesome work shes a people person and she takes her time with ur nails she actually cares how her clients look I dont even give her a way I want my nails anymore she just makes it happen this is some of her work

I went to get my eyebrows waxed and walked in an hour before the shop was scheduled to close but the lights were off. Apparently the employee who did my brows was already off and waiting for her ride but the owner told her to do my brows anyway. She didn’t even turn on the light, did my brows in the dark and they looked horrible. Nothing could be done to fix them. I expressed my frustration to the owner she didn’t care less. I’ll never go back here.

I was visiting family in Aiken and needed my nails re-dipped. Waited an hour and a half which was a long wait but I wasn’t upset because I didn’t have an appointment, however, the quality of service I received was worthy of 0 stars...I paid $45 for my dip nails and two days later they are peeling and cracking off. I regularly get dip nails from salons and have never experienced this. I don’t know whether to attribute this to their use of a cheap product or lack of a skilled nail technician. Very disappointing. If I was still in Aiken I would go back there and have them correct their screw up but unfortunately I’m just out $45 at this point.

I came to get a pedicure Saturday. Did a great job did a nice design for UGA for me. Evidently it got smudged on Saturday and I went back Monday at 10:05 am to try to get in and out. There were only 2 ppl.there getting nails done. Kevin told me an hour to get one toe fixed. I explained that and he still said no I would have to wait an hour. I arrived early to be in and out and I also tipped very well on Saturday. So needless to say on my day off I am going to get one nail painted elsewhere🙄

The worst nail salon have ever been to. The people are not licensed and they cannot do solar nails or any type of nails for as far as that goes. I got Nails there and I will like some press on nails that you would buy from Dollar General

Ive been going there for the past few months and have not been disappointed. My recent visit I got a full set.. I noticed Kevin did the acrylic thin but didnt think nothing of it.. Within two weeks 3 nails ripped off at the meat. I will no longer be giving them my money

So I had an ok experience today... I went in to get my nails done and the lady that did my nails was HORRIBLE!! Who ever is on table #3 should not be able to do nails like EVER! She rushed through the whole thing, didnt paint my while nail, didnt cut them the way I asked and they were sloppy and uneven!! I didnt pay $45 to get my nails done poorly. So after she was done I went to my husband and asked for his opinion. He was very upset on how they looked. He went back in there and told them that I was not happy and that they needed to be released done. So the next person who did my nails was AMAZING!! He took his time and my nails look sooooo much better!! His name is Kevin! The next time I go there I am asking for him! Thank you Kevin for giving me beautiful nails!!

Staff are nice went in for a manicure. Normally you soak put the cuticle lotion on the nails cut them down actually remove the bad skin. Have you wash your hands etc. Nope that did not happen for me. I told the lady no color because it chips on natural nails. They only put cuticle lotion on one hand, did not truly cut the cuticles. Massaged and was like $10, now Im thinking to myself what happen to hands washing, and at least nail hardner. Nope nothing, willWill only pass by and speak as far as services I will pass.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Absolutely worst nail service I have EVER received, and Ive been getting acrylics for 18 years!!! I needed a fill-in and was not from the Aiken area.. So, I settled for this sad excuse of a salon. First off.. The RUDE woman (wore an old green apron) who sculped my nails is more than likely not even licensed because these sad little crooked chicklets of acrylic on my fingers right now are a complete JOKE! I asked for coffin shaped nails, she did the pinky nail and asked if I approved, I did. What she proceeded to do to the rest of my nails is a complete mystery shape. None are the same length nor is a single nail, besides that first initial pinky, is even symmetrical. She completely over filed and held the HOT dremel file on my nail bed and never once apologized when i was obviously in pain. This rude lady then shipped me off to have my polish & diamond gemstones applied by a poor old woman who spoke *ZERO* English & was sound asleep when I first walked in. She was nice as could be, as far as I could tell anyway.. But when I tried explaining to her what I wanted.. She was lost. She called the rude lady over and she translated. Id already shown the first lady, as she sculpted my nails, a picture of what i wanted.. Solid color on all but ring finger (glitter) and diamonds on middle finger. No problem, right? So when the old woman who spoke no English had to call over the lady to explain again... The lady came over with an attitude, jerked the bottles of polish around and spoke highly perturbed about the situation. She then went back to the other customers nails, DIRECTLY BEHIND ME, and proceeded going on a heated rant in another language. It was CLEAR her issue was with me and not the old woman. I turned, starred her down and asked What is the issue? Why are you so angry? and laughed to keep from getting crunk. She shut up quick and Kevin, the owner, walked over and tried to diffuse the situation. I should have walked out then, but at this point I felt bad for the little old lady who was shaking & trembling as she polished my nails.. This happened last night and 16 hours later Im already missing 3 diamond gemstones. All I did was go to sleep last night lol... I am embarrassed to even show these nails in my usual salon. I always tip very, very well.. NOT THIS TIME! The license inspector should visit this salon ASAP.
