WOW. New owners. The quality & price are definitely not equal. I didnt even think to ask about price, usually a fill w/gel polish & special pedicure w/gel polish anywhere else is roughly 80 to 100 dollars for the 2. The person who did the pedicure was okay, shes the only reason I gave two stars. The fill for my nails...well I had 2 different people going back and forth. The sanitation was none as far as wiping anything down, & for the most part rude! So disappointing. OH, & price was 180. Never again.

I had an appointment this morning with Beth and all I have to say is that this is the first time in a long time they I have actually been happy with my nails! She did a twist to what I asked for and I absolutely love them. She is amazing and if y’all are looking for an amazing nail tech she is the one! Thanks again Beth

Horrible quality!This Is my second time at this nail salon.The first time I had a pleasant pedicure, and relaxing foot massage and in general was pleased.I had an out-of-town guest with me who got the upgraded version of the pedicure, supposedly longer massage, stones etc. she was finished in half the time that it took my pedicure. She was extremely disappointed and vowed to never come back.I went back today and found that the service was horrendous.My friend and I both had basic pedicures, we were finished in 20 minutes, there was no cuticles cut or pushback, there was no leg massage. It was the worst kind of expressed service that I’ve ever seen. Completely not relaxing.The crazy part about it was they were empty, they had nail technicians sitting with nothing to do, they had no waiting customers, and yet they didn’t bother to do the very basics for a pedicure.Unlike nail palace. I have been there numerous times, tried to get in today and they were booked for the next five days. I decided to give this place another try.The difference is that nail palace cares they go above and beyond to make sure that you’ve had a great experience this place does not care they’re lazy, And do the absolute least amount necessary to get you out the door.With tip and pedicures I paid $70. I will never return again.

They did my pedicure in 15 minutes. I wanted a full set and showed them the design I wanted and they had no problem doing it. The man said he could do it without any hesitation and then right when it was time for polish he told me he changed his mind. I paid $110 for absolutely nothing.

I had an appointment for manicure and pedicure. No one was friendly. They were talking amongst themselves and not engaging with customers at all. They were not busy at the time, there was only one other person there. I even went out of my way to try to talk and be friendly. In addition I opted for a basic service and barely got that. What I received was a polish change. I will NOT go back nor recommend this place. I will wait to go to my regular place and see the tech I like there!

Sooo.. I came here back in the day when it is under different management. I stopped going because the quality of work was like a beauty school and the girls were very chatty. I just wanted to relax, lol! Well now it’s under new management and the majority had limited English, so not a lot of talking, which was great for me! But now it doesn’t seem as clean, could use a good Clorox and dusting! The people aren’t super professional didn’t get much details about what I wanted and didn’t even tell me how much the service was when finished just said “ hey you done now, wash hands, lol! Very rushed! But on a good note my nails look great and I didn’t have to wait all day! So if you want really quick, good looking nails but not so great customer service and questionable cleanliness, check them out! I will probably go back depending on how long my nails last... will just bring my Clorox wipes, lol!!

Very unprofessional!! I had my appointment booked days in advance and they would wait til the day before or the day of to call me and push the appt time back or just try to cancel all around. It’s no one else’s fault but their own that they overbooked themselves for the day. If you’re in a need of service I’d look elsewhere❗️

The staff here has gone downhill lately, and I am struggling to find a place in Aiken where you can get a good pedicure without getting nipped or being rushed out the door while your nails are still wet. I used to love this place, but the staff doesnt really seem like they care anymore, and the manager is going around bickering at people while theyre working on clients, which I feel is very unprofessional.

My appointment for eyebrows was at 3:30. They told me 10mins. I continued asking them how long they kept saying 10 mins. I waited over 50mins from my appointment time just to get the service I had made an appointment for at 3:30 very upset! Will not be back!

Today I got a Superior Manicure!!! I wish I could give more than 5 Stars. Beth was my nail technician and she is excellent!! Professional and extremely helpful. Beth used one use nail tools, wore the mask and went above and beyond. In todays world there is a lot going on however Paradise Point Nails & Spa are following all of the procedures. I will return again!!

10:15am, and they’re not open (I’ve been sitting in front for 30 minutes). The phone rings to an automated message saying no one is available. Another customer joined me for a while and said they’re not usually this late, so this seems to be a pattern.

We called and got an appointment for 3 pedicures told them we would be there after 6 and he still said yes only to get there see us head to toes and be like oh we closing! THEN WHY CONFIRM 3 PEDICURE APPOINTMENTS 😡🤬

I had a sculpted nails done by Beth Sinkler. She is GREAT! This is the second time she has done them and I love them. They are sculpted (which I never knew existed) and they look so natural. She is my go to person for nails from now on! Thanks Beth- from Taunda

Today was amazing! I went in to purchase a gift certificate as a birthday present for my mother-in-law. My encounter with Holly was so pleasant and just merely asking some questions about nail dips led to her offering to do my nails today! She did such an amazing job and we had a wonderful time chatting! What a great experience and I highly recommend this nail salon!

Paradise Point has always provided me with great service. The staff are warm and friendly. The salon is immaculate. My go to salon to get pampered and relax with personal care to all their clients.

A nice full set with gel polish& gel topcoat for a decent price. The color selection is limited or I would have given 5 stars.

Kristi is very professional and talented. She free hands just about any design you want and the end result is beautiful! She takes her time and makes sure you’re 100% satisfied with your nails. Holly the salon owner is also very good at her job as well. Best nail spa in Aiken hands down!

Although my nails came out nice, the prices weren’t consistent. For small acrylic gel nails, I was charged $60 (not including gratuity).

Karlee was wonderful nail technician! Second pedicure with her and my toes look great and my feet and legs feel wonderful after having the rejuvenation spa pedicure. All the staff are friendly and service was excellent!

I absolutely love this salon! Kristi is my go to for my nails and she’s awesome. She’s always so precise and really cares about making sure her customers are satisfied. The staff here is always super friendly and my visits are always the best, If I could rate them more than 5 stars I would!!

I loved this Nail Spa! Took time and paid attention to detail. Price is still pricey, but pretty much the same no matter where you go. Love the fact that everyone in the salon had a working understanding use of the English language. This made communication so much easier. Definitely will go back.

The shop was clean and had a nice feel to it. Everyone was friendly. Was a little more expensive than my usual place in NYC which was a little surprising but overall a good experience.

The gel polish is high and last less than a week.

My first experience Kristi did my pedicure & fullset. She did a great job & my nails lasted a long time with the salons being closed. My 2nd trip, however, Beth did my pedicure & full-set. She cut my toe & made it bleed while grinding off my previous toe polish. I requested coffin shape for my nails. When Beth did not cut the coffin shape into my nails but instead attempted to shape them by just filing- I knew I wasnt going to be satisfied. My nails turned out square & the acrylic was applied so carelessly it left lumps on my nails. Its only been 1 week since my visit & theyre already lifting and cracking. I will not be returning.

I’m so disappointed my pedicure was rushed, I was told to pick a color but then couldn’t have the color I picked, the guy who did my toes was very rough with my 8 month pregnant feet, and of course I was told one price but then when I was time to pay I was charged something totally different! First and last time!!!

The staff was very friendly from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. My nails looked great! Very professional and clean. Highly recommend and will be back soon.

This place did a horrible job on my nails! They were absolutely thin and none of them were the same shape (length or width). One nail broke while I was in the shower the day after I got them done, another two broke three days after that. One while I was putting on my watch and the other while I was washing my hands. I would never go here again. If I could give no stars.. I would :)

Been here a handful of times and have always gotten in quick, even as a walk-in. Great selection of pedicures and colors, and the staff are personable with a great sense of humor. I love coming here!

I was prepping for a wedding and heard great things about this place. I had several friends and co workers recommend this place to me especially considering me and the bridal party needed a place to do our nails and pedicures for the wedding. I decided to check out the place first considering I am the local resident. I walked in and told the lady I needed a manicure and a pedicure. She then said: Well considering we close in twenty minutes I can SEE if someone feels like doing both or one of the other. You may not be able to get either done.She gets up and walks around and walks to the back with an attitude to ask other technicians do they FEEL like doing a manicure and a pedicure.Needless to say I got a little frustrated considering that anywhere else would have gladly accepted the money and the advertising they would have received. But they chose to be nasty. So I left. No one in there was friendly. And I will not go back. And every time I have a chance I will inform others of this negative experience and tell them to never go here.Also the bridal party of 14 people will not be doing business with them. We will gladly go to Nail Pro. Which is where I should have went in the first place. But I wanted to give these folks a try since my co workers raved about them. Unless they like nasty attitudes and crappy serice then I do not see how.In this economy anyone should be happy to receive any sort of business. But hey to each its own. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!

I wont ever go anywhere else!! I have had three excellent experiences with three different nail techs. I was given top notch pedicures and also they fixed my fingernails very poorly done by another salon.

Today marks 3 1/2 weeks i had a dip manicure by Nancy. Outstanding. Im hard on my nails with Barn and animals. Definitely will use again.

This place is a joke. When an employee didnt show, the owner called her and fussed in front of customers. Once finally seated, another employee told me it was not worth the wait after I had already waited over an hour...

Worst experience ever! The girl rushed my mani and pedi, on top of that I walked around the building (live behind their) and she was already out back going between a silver car and blue car with two males and another girl that had dark black hair in a large bun doing drugs and they weren’t even hiding it. Definitely lost my business for life. Just a side note the girl could stop self spraying herself because she is orange.

Friday I had a fill in done. Three days later my tip broke off. I called first thing Monday morning to schedule coming in to fix it. I was told only the nail tech who did the work and fix it, she wouldnt be in until 11am on Wednesday. Called at 11am Wednesday, said nail tech wouldnt be in until 1pm. Called at 3pm. Nail tech had openings that day, but I couldnt make due to other obligations. Scheduled for 510 on Thursday, after asking how long it would take to fix and was quoted 10 minutes, which I stated was good because I had an appointment at 530 on the Southside. Arrived on Thursday at 510, said nail tech had another customer. I was told by manager it would be a few minutes. At 522, asked to reschedule so I wouldnt be late for house showing. Asked to still wait by manager because nail tech was almost done. I explained I had an appt and needed nail fixed by Friday for an event I was attending. My nail tech wouldnt be in until Saturday and if I wanted the mistake corrected free of charge I would have to go to the one who did it. I left and will not go back. Manager would rather make a quick buck instead of providing customer service and backing their nail techs. Paradise will have you wait even if you scheduled your appointment. Very disturbed that so many people rave about this company. Conclusion is it is family and friends giving the reviews, not exactly kosher.

For anyone who’s interested in attending this establishment, beware!!! My colleague and I arrived at 10 AM (as walk-ins) fully aware that there may have been a few appointments ahead of us. We weren’t prepared to sit for two hours only to be served unprofessionally by every employee with the exception of Kristie. I came in wanting a pedicure and SNS dip powder for my nails. I left with ONLY my toes done. More than one technician complained about servicing me because they “couldn’t do SNS and they didn’t feel like doing the service at all”. Every technician I had an interaction with, came across as if I was inconveniencing them by asking if I could receive the SNS service that I was more than willing to pay and tip for. Please, save yourself the trouble and spend your money else where!

So, today was my first visit ever to Paradise being I had a gift card... and my last. Indica was my nail technician and was sooo so sweet! Definitely took her time but my nails look wonderful and she was such a pleasure to be around. However, 2 of her co workers were the RUDEST people I have ever seen in a professional setting. The girl working beside her was ranting about Acetone and demanding that no one else use HER stuff, making the atmosphere very awkward. The conversation definitely should have been held in a more private place, not out in front of every customer. Uncomfortable. But what really infuriated me, was that while I was in the MIDDLE of my service with Indica, another worker (Laini) came over, tapped her on the shoulder and said “is that your milk in the back? First of all, our fridge isn’t big enough for your gallon of milk, and second of all, it’s spilled everywhere” and walked away to do her service on her client. At what point was my service not more important than spilled milk? It was SO rude and SO unprofessional and very uncalled for. I hope that she isn’t that way to her own clients like she is to her coworkers because I would never want her as my service provider. IF I ever go back, I will make sure I am never in her chair ever.

I went there to wax my face and they let one girl to wax my face and she did not know any thing about waxing she hurt and burn my face. I think they have to hire people who know there work!!!!!

Got a full set of acrylics here and three days later one broke then I got the one repaired and it stayed on and I got a fill but then about five days later two more broke I called to see if I could get a refund and they would not give it to me because I had already gotten them filled I was very frustrated and just ended up taking them off it was so easy to break them off because they were put on so bad and they are so weak so if I hit them on a table they would literally break the only one that didn’t break was the one that I got done by a different person I was Very frustrated and I will never go back here By the way I got my nails done by Indica the point at which the tip meets the nail was very very weak.
