Asked for powdered nails didnt get it got a combination of acrylic and gel and charged me $40 nails were not put on right they were all badly put on they came off right away there was gaping pockets that were left open not file down it was a hurry job theyre short on help and it shows will not go back there

Terrible job! I went for dip polish and Kim did my nails. She started off soaking my nails in cold water and when I said it was cold she went and got water that was way too hot. I showed the color I wanted and she picked the wrong one. I couldn’t tell until the end and she said why didn’t you tell me? She also dipped nails several times after one polish cause she’s cheap. I needed to go so I didn’t get them redone. She said she’d do better next time. Won’t be a next time! I’d give a zero if I could. And that scowl on her face...

I have been using this salon for years Ms Kim does a great job. One of the cleanest shops in the area. Very friendly and welcoming staff. If you haven’t been you need to give them a try.

So the nail shop are usually go to burnt down 😭the day after the last time I got my nails done.💔🥺 I’m very selective on who I have to do my nails it was so long my nails look so bad 🤭so I gave in and no nail shop was open because it was Sunday so the only one that was open was at Walmart I was like oh no I gave and I was like well I’ll just take the chance so I went and I cannot lie I am very very pleased 😃 I would recommend 😍it I would tell people to ask for Kim❣️ she did my nails awesome she took her time she went over and above my expectations 🎊she definitely found her new client💗 so take a chance ladies even though it is in Walmart😉.Like I said as for#KIM you won’t be disappointed thank you Kim❤️❤️💕💕

The workers are kinda rude and it takes longer than most nail salon to get anything done. Was there for two hours and they only did my nails and didnt even start my pedicure after I ask several times. So I just left with my manicure and went somewhere else. The only good thing they have is decent price. But that is it.

Horrible!!! I went in and they rushed on my nails, when it was time to pay I gave them my card and they keep saying it declined, I called my bank in front of them and let the man talk to my banker and I had more than enough money in my account he yelled and embrassed me . I had to give him another card and when I did he charge me more . Next day 2 of my nails broke. And I went back and had to pay full price. If I could I would give them no stars

There was only one lady working named Kim. She was trying to do about 3 peoples nails at the same time. She was in such a hurry u caked on my nail polish, my nails arent shaped right and my pinkie nails are different lengths. She never gave me an option to wash my hands and started to paint my nails with all the gritty stuff from her filing them still on them. Terrible job. I know she was busy but rather than tell people there would be a wait she was telling everyone that walked in it would be 10 mins. I was ok with the price but my next fill in Ill go somewhere that cost alil more just to ensure I get my nails looking on point

Very poor customer service and cleanliness. Went for a basic gel fill-in and toe polish change. The man who did my nails was very rude and unfriendly. I also do nails, so when I asked him to seal the tips of my nails with the gel top coat he caught an attitude with me and yelled, I do nails you dont tell me I nicely replied I do nails also and I know what Im talking about. Lets just say they all started talking in their language and I told them look dont worry about it and you wont have to worry about my service ever again. I got up paid for my nails and told them Ill pass on the toe polish and walked out! I will never go back to this place, spending money on a poor job and attitudes just doesnt add up to me!

WAS THE WORSE TIME EVER! THE GUY RUSHED WITH MY NAILS AND JUST MISSED PAINTING THE SIDES OF EACH NAIL THEN GOT MAD AT ME BECAUSE I DIDNT WANT GEL NAILS AND THEN HE CUT MY TOE THEN BLAMED ME FOR HAVING SOFT SKIN ON MY FEET ALL THE WHILE HE WAS RUSHING THAT AS WELL, AND DID NOT SHAVE THE HARD SKIN OFF MY HEALS OR THE SIDE OF MY BIG TOE LIKE I ASKED, HE JUST BRUSHED OVER IT WITH THE THING THAT LOOKS LIKE A CHEESE GRADER. THEN AS I WAS PAYING HE GOT IN MY FACE INSISTING THAT I PUT A TIP ON MY CREDIT CARD, KEPT SAYING YOU PUT TIP ON CARD? YOU PUT TIP ON CARD ABOUT 3-4 TIMES AND I SAID NO SO THEN HE SWIPES MY CARD AND THEN HOLDS THE CARD SLIP AND WOULDNT LET ME TURN IT SO I COULD SIGN IT SO MY SIGNATURE IS ALL JACKED UP THEN I ASKED WHAT TIME DID THEY OPEN TO GET MY EYE BROWS DONE THE NEXT MORNING SINCE THEY HAD BEEN CLOSED FOR 30 MINUTES NOW (WHICH EXPLAINS WHY HE RUSHED ON ME) AND HE SAID THEY CAN DO IT THEN SO THEN THE LADY again RUSHED ON MY EYE BROWS AND NOW THEY ARE SUPER THING AND STILL NEED TO BE CLEANED UP FOR SHE MISSED HAIRS. WELL GUESS WHAT? SHE ASKED ME IF I WAS PUTTING A TIP ON MY CARD FOR A $9 CHARGE? LOL I SAID NO THEN SAID THANK YOU HAVE A GREAT DAY SHE WOULDNT LOOK AT ME AND HAD AN ATTITUDE WITH ME SO I SAID IT AGAIN LOUDER AND GO NOTHING FROM HER AND THEN THE HUSBAND TOLD ME I HAD TO LEAVE, SAID I WAS DONE SO I NEED TO GET OUT OF HIS SHOP LOL I HAVE TO LAUGH TO NOT CRY THEY WERE SO RUDE TO ME!

Went for an eyebrow waxing and this is the first time ive gotten my skin peeled off along with my eyebrows, so there is that. ended up flinching when she did the first strip and was told dont do that. oh my goood which was totally an appropriate way to talk to a customer. the only benefit is that i learned a little life lesson about being cheap. you get what you pay for i guess.

Terrible rush job on my nails, did not get what I asked for, and they will argue with you til theyre blue in the face! I paid $50 for a basic full set with white tips instead of almond shape with pink tips like I asked for because they were closing. Came back, and they argued saying Id had them for TWO WEEKS AND WANTED TO CHARGE ME 15 MORE FOR A FILL IN! Nails look terrible and its been 4 days. NOT COMING BACK! Rude staff, and act like you owe them the world! If you want your moneys worth, $55 is enough to get anything you want from anywhere else. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR PATIENCE!

Called for 11 am appt on Sunday for 2 pedicures, Kim took appointments, drove from Southside of Aiken to find shop does not open until noon. Will never use da-Vi NIls again, they lost 2 good customers!

This place is ridiculous!! Everything is a rush job!! Most of the time they are rude!! Do not like to fix their mistakes. Their prices change depending on how they feel I guess.... Shame I cant do zero stars!!

Worst place to go to the lady was running back and forth not paying attention to anything she was doing with my nails. Then gave me an attitude when I told her I wanted them matte never going back

I will never get my nails done there again. The man had an attitude because he messed up my nails then blamed my skin for the reason why they looked bad. He also snatched my hand around forcefully. They were disrespectful because i had my child with me and told me to come back when i didnt have any kids.
