I recently attended a funeral service in Zanesville for my uncle. The distance from the funeral home to the cemetery was quite lengthy. Along the route we passed several trucks from your company. Not only did your workers pull over as we passed by, they stood outside of their trucks with their hard hats over their hearts. It was one of the most respectful things I have ever witnessed. Kudos to your employees and the leadership team for their kindness and respect. I am not from the area and may not have the opportunity to recommend your company to others, but I wanted to share how much our family appreciates your thoughtfulness.

Cannot say anything bad about these folks. They were excellent in taking care of our tow job. Very honest, and at a fair price too.

Just had one of the drivers I think his name was demi he was super fantastic and his manner was very professional. I would recommend anyone in this area to use this company for towing or request them from AAA.

Great service very helpful and Couldn ask for better people to deal with. Everyone I dealt with was very polite and helpful. I offered to pay them any amount they wanted and the 2 main gentlemen that help me wouldnt accept any payment.

Picture this: Im driving from Maryland to Dayton to a funeral and my car dies on the side of I-70. Bad enough. But as a female having to deal with tow truck drivers and mechanics, it would normally be a nightmare. These guys are amazing. From the tow truck ride into town (the driver was even trying to help me find a rental car), to the service staff and desk, they were awesome. They stayed late to get me going again, they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of until someone could come get me, and they were honest in dealing with my car and the best way to fix it at a decent price. I wish I had a place like this at home!

One of my trucks broke down in Zanesville and after a quick Google search and reviewing their Google reviews we made the call in hopes they could help us. From start to finish they were great. They towed our vehicle in and put two mechanics on it and had us back on the road within a few hours. Their final bill was completely fair and they did not take advantage of our situation. Highly recommended!

I’m very grateful to Clever Towing. My family and I are from out of town and trying to get home to DC, and they took good care of us when our car broke down on a Sunday. They towed the car and even sent a second truck to take my wife and kids to a hotel. When the garage opened Monday, they made us a priority and got us out quickly (we thought it was a bad starter, but it turned out to be a a battery with a dead cell).Thank you AJ, Jerry, Brian, and Glenn.

The drivers are amazingly nice but the receptionist was extremely rude and disrespectful, so much so that she handed the phone to the driver and I heard her say here I cant understand this girl I was just letting her know where they were going since there isnt an address in front of the company driveway. But thankfully the driver was much better and it took all of 3 seconds to let him know where he was going.

I called to ask if they would an RV. They said not today. I asked what that meant, they said the truck was broke down today, so yes or maybe. I said which one? Yes or maybe? When the girl on the phone telayed that to her manager, the manager said, Tell her no then. I said, No one will tow my RV. Please, I really need someone to tow it, and it sounds like you can, youre just dont want to be very nice to me. The girl relayed that to her manager, and then hung up on me.

My radiator was punctured and completely drained on a Sunday afternoon, near Zanesville OH, 4 hours from home. AAA sent Clever. They towed my car and replaced the radiator, ready for the trip home on Monday afternoon. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with.

Fair prices and they didnt try to charge me more for something I didnt need! Made sure my car was safe!

Do not take your car here. These people are nothing but crooks and will tell you what they want to instead of really telling you what is wrong with your car. Also they wont answer their phone when you call. Finally when you get ahold of someone to see about your car they will tell you that they dont have your car at the shop or that they dont have your name or phone number no matter how many times you tell them. This place is nothing but a joke.

Ive used them twice, they dont f--- around. Prices are reasonable and they are fast. Don t waste your time with the others!! Even a lady stopped me while car was in ditch and I was on phone with worthless AAA and she said call clevers.

Great personal service. They go above expectations by fixing only what needs to be fixed and letting you know exactly what they did. They fixed my car air conditioner after a air conditioning place tried twice and failed.

One of your trucks, not towing a car, just cut us off on I-70. Merged lanes with no signal going 70mph and we ended up on the shoulder to avoid a wreck. He didn’t notice at all and didn’t react to our warning honk or continuous “you’re about to kill us” honk in any way. Definitely wouldn’t trust with our car.

Got my car fixed up in one day when the starter in my car finally died on me. Cost was reasonable and the turn around time was great. Ill be coming back here if theres another problem with my vehicle.

I dont know how these ppl have 4+ stars???? Been sitting and waiting 40 minutes, only to call and aee where my tow was and I was told at the least, another hour!! What the heck??? Its 15 degrees out here......shame on you!!!
