Ive been coming to this nails salon for a several years for pedicure mainly. I always preferred Lena.(I guess is her name) she is fast but she is a pro and does an excellent job. The price went up a bit. but still like it. I going to miss this place since I recently moved. Good luckys ;)

This Nail and Spa salon is very nice! Everyone is welcoming, and the color selection is AMAZING! They offer different processes for nail care, and I always leave very satisfied! :)

Only reason I went here is because my regular place was closed. I told the guy I wanted my nails long and he cut them short anyways left them uneven and thick. And he kept going outside to smoke and when he would come back to finish he didn’t even wash his hands! NEVER AGAIN!!!

The lady ripped my old acrylics off instead of soaking them off which damaged my real nail and made it bleed. The shape was great but she messed that up when painting by leaving big bulges in the paint. Did not do the design I wanted. Would not run my card when she saw I had cash in my wallet.

I’ve been going to this place for a while and I’ve always had great service from Tommy. He’s a very kind man but he does take a break mid session and goes for a smoke and comes back smelling terribly. The prices are a bit overcharged and they don’t let you know when something you want will be more expensive than usual.

With everything going on with covid19 it was a pleasure to go in to this salon. They were so professional and helpful. And I have to say one of the best pedicures I have had!! The polish actually has last 3 plus weeks and they still look amazing. Thank you for great customer service and going above and beyond.

Absolutely worst nails. I went in and ask if they can do a specific design and showed him a picture and he said yes yes sit down and at the end of him doing my nails he tells me he can’t do the design when he’s already finished with my nails. Not to mention it was the wrong color I asked him for a specific color as well and I kept asking about the color and he told me that after he did the matte it would get darker and in the end that’s was not the color I wanted

No, they are not so great at scheduling. If an appointment comes in you may get bumped. I never make appointments, I just call and ask if they have time for what I need and they tell me to come at a certain time, usually within an hour. Its a small place, there are only three of them. But Tommy does the most natural looking nails in Yuma. I am so impressed with his artistry. Nancy really gets into foot massages! She about puts me to sleep! Its a laid back kinda shop. I always just relax and enjoy the ride.

I love this nail salon! Lena and her staff are respectful and polite. I never feel like theyre talking in Vietnamese about me or any other patron. Tommy does amazing acrylics and Lena is my absolute favorite nail tech. They give 100% of their attention to detail. Theyre also very clean as I have never had a fungal problem here. I have gotton nail fungus before at other salons in Yuma. Ive gone to almost every nail salon in Yuma and this place is my favorite!

Theyre friendly, they take walk-ins and appointments. It always get compliments on my nails and toes

This place gave my 17 year old sister and her friend the worst service! The nail tech did not ask her what shape or what type of polish she wanted and proceeded to give her the sloppiest full set I’ve ever seen and on top of that used gel polish which was more expensive. (Her friend also just wanted a basic mani and the lady used the dip on her nails and put about five or six layers of that) After going back to have them removed the lady refused to refund her the money she paid for the nails and was also refusing to remove them. After asking multiple times (and the lady trying to get her to let her fix them) the lady finally removed the nails aggressively.And to top it all off one of my sisters ring went missing in this process and it was found on the nail techs side of the table after she claimed she couldn’t find it.Definitely took advantage of the fact that the two of them were younger girls. Absolutely awful.

The middle aged lady that did my nails was sloppy and in a hurry i asked for a coffin nail snd some of my nails were either straight or only filed on one side. Tommy did my friends nails which came out beautiful i however will not go again knowing there’s other places that can do a better and more thorough job.

I am so mad. I gave this place a ttr but when she did my nails the acrylic was full of bubbles. I pointed it out. She said its cause if the light; so I should stay inside all the time? Ive gotten my nails done for years this isnt acceptable. I paid my $32 and will not be going back.

Worst place ever. I came and I asked for ped and mani, and they did ped, but a person with appt. arrived and they kick me out I was in the chair waiting for them to do my mani and later they asked if I can back in 30 min . I said no because you already start my ped. And they ignored me and they never came back, and they put my shoes in front like saying go. I was a regular customer and go there every 2 wks. Never go back, very unprofessional. They made me feel insignificant. They should it say something went I came in, sorry I have an appt. 😡

This place is never open when their hours say they are... they leave early regularly. Also if you’re getting acrylics they are so thick that the nails end up going bad in about a week and a half.
