Anne always takes care of our family visits. Shes very personable and does an amazing job. We love this place because of Anne.

Let me tell you I had the best experience ever staff is super friendly very awesome at what they do I was very impressed with the amazing service I had today definitely will be a returning customer.

I was a new customer and the people helped me right away. They did my nail design exactly how I wanted it and the price was reasonable. The staff was very friendly and I will definitely be coming back for another visit!

Fabulous...I asked for glitter & color & diamonds & the expert at PG Nails gave me all that & healthy, strong nails too. First rate experience.

Update:I went back and the guy was rude, said he wouldnt give me a refund. Said he would only fix my thumb nail that popped off and would just paint where you could see my regular nail. When i said thats not how its supposed to be done he got mad and said he wasnt redoing or giving the money back. (There is so sign that says no refund) then I just said fine can you take them off and he wanted to charge me again.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!ALSO, they replied to my post which i cant reply back but they did not help me at all when i went back so i dont believe they would help just because they replied saying they would.So i went there yesterday and the customer services was great and everyone was nice but mine and my nieces nails were cut plus they werent done good. Also it says $25 for a full set but when we got done he charged me $56 for 2 full sets(without gel) just because we didnt want them square(almond shape and the other one coffin shape). On their board it doesnt say anything about charging extra for different shape of nails. Our nails look like they already been on a week or so plus my thumb nail just popped off today doing absolutely nothing. Wouldve asked for our money back but I was in a hurry to get my sons. And went today but oddly enough they closed for the day. Going back tomorrow to see if i can get my refund and these nails off.Ill update tomorrow after i go to see if they will

My girl friend went there once, she said she loved the different colors they have for her nails, and they turned out beautiful. The complaint was that her nails really hurt slot very sorry to the touch and about three days later two nails had fallen off. Maybe she was allergic to something they used that made her nails hurt so much, not sure just why two nails fell off in two days tho. She said the staff was really nice and took their time. Very clean place of business.

Worst expierence ever never coming again they dont know how to do white tip the make alot of gel dots and make your nails look scratchy and cut them too too Short😷😟

Paid $40 for an acrylic set. 5 fingers fell off within 3 days. :/

First time customer. Friendly, good service, enjoyable conversation. Had a gel fill. Felt a little rushed and think I would have liked one more glitter coat on top but overall a positive experience. I would go there again and just be clearer on my preferences. Very nice pedicure. Loved the paraffin and hot stones. Nice leg massage, too.

I went their and was getting a gel manicure. One of the employees told me to sit down and had me soak my fingers. After a couple of minutes I was still sitting there and nobody was helping or anything. Someone who came after w/o an appointment (i didnt have on either BTW) got her taken care of before she came back to me and i had raisin fingers! I felt forgotten but I got taken care of after and they look amazing. Totally recommend it just not a 5 star place.

They do make beautiful nails just the only problem is that He used cola loca and my nails hurt so much I’m not really going back !

Pricing in here is very decent !! I love the staff! They are sweet and willing to fix any problems that you have! Tons of Nail colors to choose and I love how clean the place look! Highly recommend!

Great customer service

I came in to have a mani - pedicure for $30 which is not bad for the price. The lady that did my nails did an awesome job, she really cares about what she is doing, she took her time and did not rush through steps. They use very good quality products. People here are friendly and very easy to communicate with. Sanitation procedures are strictly followed. If you are looking for a reliable place to have your nails done, you really should check out this place. My experience here today was really good and I will definitely come back for their great service.

Appointments recommended. Even then, you may wait. Other times, no problem.

I asked for gel nails, she cut my nails super short and then said I need a full set. I never get nails but since she cut them beyond repair I ended up getting nails. Then she left a bunch of unfinshied ends even after I told her multiple times that theyd get caught on things. They ended up looking super wide on top looking like spoons. She filed it down to my nail which made it feel like it was burning. My fingers are hurting even an hr after they were done.... the owner saw how bad they were and tried to fix it but we had another appointment. He gave us a refund. So at least they tried.

Took my sister here for her first I pedicure. She thoroughly enjoyed it. This was my first pedicure in Yuma and it will be my go to place when i am visiting. The staff was very friendly and professional and we both over tipped for how nice they were.

I got a full set of nails done by another salon. They were beyond horrible. I decided to chance another nail salon. I made an appointment for PG nails and I am Super glad I did. They removed the bulbous, embarrassing nails from the other salon and replaced them with a beautiful set of nails that are as smooth as glass. Lee was my nail tech and she did an Amazing job. She took her time, made sure my nails and cuticles were healthy and made sure everything was as perfect as possible.If youre like me and fed up of shotty nail salons, give these friendly ladies a try.

Im new to town so Ive been trying to find a new nail salon & worst experience ever. There was a kid in there screaming in my face and the staff thought it was funny. I asked the lady to shape my nails and she said she couldnt because I cut my nails so horribly. Only one of them broke, the rest were long enough to be shaped. She painted my nails very carelessly and didnt paint the sides. I just got gel and they were coming off within a few days where it normally lasts me 2-3 weeks. Dont know the ladys name but she was older.

I asked for a full set with Gel and Im so upset that I can honestly say, theyre the worst nails I have ever paid for! I went back and they tried to fix them but they still look so bad. The man that tried to fix my nails said white was a hard color to get perfect... Ive never had a problem anywhere else. I will never come back to this place or recommend to anyone. I paid $35 for these ugly nails!
