Ive tried many places to find the best services. They are super gentle and careful with your nails. I will continue coming here. Like any other place, be aware that you may have to wait even with appointments set. The red nails were a month ago. I just got the flowers today. I love them!! They take criticism well and fix anything you want with the nails.

He was really gentle and sweet. I told him he could do whatever he wants and this is what he did. I love it. They are better then other place Ive been too and he was not rough at all. He had an idea in mind and when it wasnt working he kept trying. He paid close attention to detail and if he hurt me. He joked with me and made my first time here the best experience I have ever had.

It was my first time at this place and I am very satisfied with my experience.I had a pedicure and manicure. The people are very friendly and gentle. I got the Dip for my hands and Gel for my toes.Helen did such a beautiful job on my nails. I really appreciate her attention to detail. She did so well getting the shape just right.They had a separate person to massage before the pedicure started. It was so relaxing. I really needed it.Looking forward to my next appointment.This is definitely my favorite place in town. Ive only gone to 2 others, so far, and these guys really impressed me with the quality of work theyve provided. The other places Ive been to always felt very rushed, which lead to sloppy work.So happy to have found a new place!I sincerely cant express how much I appreciate how well I was cared for ^_^.Thank you everyone for my Lovely Nails and for being so friendly. I’ve been coming to this salon for years but today I had a very disappointing experience. They have pretty competitive pricing and good location but their customer service was unacceptable. After I had been waiting patiently for 20 minutes, even after scheduling a 5pm appointment and arriving early, as soon as my friend walked in, they instantly asked her if she wanted water then seemingly only asking me because I was next to her, which I felt was pretty disrespectful. I know it’s a free water but it’s that type of situation that makes a customer think about the level of customer service being received. It almost seems as if based on looks, you might receive different treatment. I know some of you might not understand this but for those of us that know, that is not a good feeling!Furthermore, while I was finishing my pedicure and waiting for a certain nail artist to finish with another client, I was told he would work on me right afterwards. Another client walks in and instead of giving me the courtesy of informing me, he would be fixing her nail first, he instantly starts working on fixing her nail. The fix was “only suppose to take 5 min” and ended up taking at least 30 minutes while I ended up waiting, AGAIN. So much for an appointment right? I was then told that she was his client and needed to fix her nail. Completely disregarding the fact that I was next. At this point, it was already 7pm closing time and he was still finishing up. I, the customer, WAS DEFINITELY NOT A PRIORITY. Normally I’m not accustomed to this service at this salon so please, Management, please get it together. I was looking forward to the new location by Sprouts but after the service and my experience today, I might have to start looking for another salon to go to regularly.- A loyal Customer

I’ve tried a few different salons out here and this has to be my favorite. I showed Ty a photo of what I wanted and he gave me exactly what I showed! The shape, the length, the design is perfect. He really paid attention to detail and I was comfortable the entire time. I will definitely go back to see him again!

Will not go back. Had an appointment for 2 people to get a pedicure at 10 am. Had to wait 45 mins before anyone started the pedis. What is the purpose of making an appt?. My friend said at least 3 times she wanted pale pink and I wanted red. They painted her toes red. At least three different people worked on us. Took over two hours.

Took great care with both manicure and pedicure, just got regular polish, but it has really held up! Very reasonable prices!

They did my nails so well. And even offered cold water in the sweltering Yuma summer heat.

I had a mani/pedi the only negative thing I would have to say is that three people worked on me; I dont like that because some people may be good and others may be bad and how do you tip for that? Then when I got home I noticed that several of my toe nails were already messed up. I got a pedi first and they should have dried, I wish they would have use a quick dry polish or spray, now my toes dont look that great. :(

Made an appointment to get my nails done for my daughters quinceañera and they were amazing. They were on time, I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they matched my expectations 1000%. Very professional, nice, and communicated with me during the entire time to ensure I was happy. Great service!

We have been all over the US. This is one of the best we have been to. I damaged my nail after dropping luggage on it, and it grew thick. It is growing out, but she used an electric file to smooth it out and it looks like new again. Very grateful for the time Bebe took to fix it. I have had a few other pedicures elsewhere and no one else took the time to smooth it out. My feet looked terrible coming in, they look brand new going out. Thank you! ♡

I have been going here since I moved to Yuma, I even tried other salons but they dont compare to Lovely Nails & Spa! I have gotten acrylic nails and pedicures done and I am never disappointed. They have amazing attention to detail so my nails are always perfect!

Dont think guys usually go to the nail salon but glad I did. I felt so relaxed after my toedicure. Luckily I worked on my feet beforehand so they were not too crusty but what an enjoyable experience. There was a small team the worked on me that did an excellent job of making me feel comfortable, relaxed and most of all happy about my feet smooth feet. A+

I got the powder dip manicure and the spa pedicure.the pedi was my favorite because I got the best and most attentive foot/leg massage I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I loved it. The whole experience was awesome. They were kind, played relaxing music, offered water, very accommodating. My new go to spot. Oh and I went to Ty. LOVED him. My new nail tech

The pedicure massage was amazing. The guy who did my pedicure was able to get my ingrown out very gently. The guy who did my nails made my nails exactly as requested.

My wife had recently gotten a mani/pedi at this place and chose it because of the positive reviews. Her experience and results were excellent so she suggested I get pedicure and eyebrow wax. OMG. The owner and employees dont talk much but the care and attention was amazing. My pedicure (deluxe) was amazing - staff really took their time and were meticulous. Eyebrow wax the same. Ive seen men get their eyebrows done and they look like womens eyebrows when finished. Not here. My technician specifically told me that there is a difference between male and female eyebrow techniques and she was quite right. They looked great and really opened up my eyes. The service, coupled with the low prices, make this the best nail spa in Yuma. Thank you.
