Today was my second visit and the experience was very relaxing. My technician and i talked the usual conversation and it felt completely natural and comfortable. Pricing is good too. Highly recommend.

Customer service was great. She was really polite but work product lacked. I got the gel nails and theres a several air bubbles trapped that distracts the clear image of the nails. I looked forward to it but theres several imperfections that derive from the actual work. When i pointed out some issues couple times, she tried to disguise by filing the nails more rather than add gel and start again.

This place is ok at best. Friendly people, however the pedicure was very short and not at all what I had expected. 30mins in and out is something I would expect from a “basic” package not the “deluxe.” The massage was quick, very light, and ok at best. If I could sum up how I felt, it would be rushed, rushed in a polite manner but rushed nonetheless.They appear to have severely overbooked what they are capable of servicing which is what I believe led to the rushed experience.Overall I am disappointed with my experience here and do not foresee myself ever returning. If you’re in need of a quick down and dirty service for the basic then here’s your place. If your looking for somewhere with a more pampered experience, I highly encourage you to seek elsewhere.

I went for a pedicure. The technician acted like I was a wart on a hog. He couldnt smile, converse or even do a good job. He cut the toe nails straight across and didnt file the corners down. When he was through he completely disappeared. He didnt tell me how long to wait, etc. When he showed up again he walked right by me and went to a work station. Finally he looked up and came running over. This is my third time now with simular stories. I am not a regular, therefore I am treated as a second lass citizen. You should see how they treat there regulars _ like queens and kings. I will not go back

I love the work and effort that they put into while working on nails, how they take there time, ask questions, ask their customers if they like them, and how the nails come out at the end is totally STUNNING 💕

This place is great. It’s the only place I keep coming back to in the foothills. I have had multiple different people do my nails here and most of the time they come out great and I love them! Would definitely recommend!

Great place to get your nails done and relax. Personnel are all so gracious.

I went and ask if they could cut my nails, but they cut them super short. Now they all grow weird and the big toes are ingrown.

Michelle knows what I like and does a good job on my powder dip and matching my pedicure with regular polish. Everyone there has always done a wonderful job for me and any guest I bring. Very clean procedures.

Went yesterday was glad they accepted walk ins, didnt wait long at all. I was sat down very quickly and I had pictures of the full set I wanted done and the design I wanted. paid $50 kinda low for what I usually pay so you get what you pay for. My nails are a bit thicker than Im use to. On one nail has a snag that gets hung up on my hair and clothes and the finishing varnish wasnt coated evenly or enough to cover the nail entirely to have a smooth appearance. Had a cute design painted on but it has a bit of a rough appearance. Not sure about Arizona laws referencing cuticles but I thought they would clean that up a bit or if I had to pay extra. My thumbs kinda had a mild burning sensation when the primer was applied but nothing too alarming. My nail technician didnt really talk to me I kinda felt a bit rushed. I posted photos of my nails and it was apparently flagged and can no longer show on this review so.. it goes to show about my experience and the type of work that is completed here. Will not be coming back.

I’ve been coming to jen’s since I moved, they’ve always done a great job on my acrylics and pedicures. they also have great prices and its a super nice environment.

If your looking for a good nail salon this is the one, they are very well taught and they can accomplish any nail art or any nail ideas that you bring them, this is my favorite nail salon !

Made and appointment for my wife and they didn’t even acknowledge it and she waited for a awhile before even being sat to get her pedi. As soon as she was done she asked about her manicure and the nail tech didn’t know or acted like she don’t know anything about the manicure or appointment. Never going back. Service was terrible all around.

I just started going here about 2 months ago. The girls are amazing!!! I love my nails done. Everytime I have ask the nail tech to pick the shape and color for me as I hardly go in knowing exactly what I want. I have NEVER been disappointed. T did my nails this last time and I will definitely be asking for her again

The staff is friendly but Im not loving my nails. They are thick and lumpy. I think they need to pay closer attention to details. Pics dont do justice to how bad they really are.

2 years ago, I gave this place 5 stars even though they cut down my big toenail and I ended up with an ingrown nail.Yesterday, after she cut the nail on the side along with the skin - twice!, blood filled under my nail and was running out, I called it. I said no more just stop!So now I have a bloody toe with an open sore and no other place can do the pedi. So the funeral I came to town for, I guess I’ll be wearing closed toe shoes.I have never gotten up and left a place so that should come you in on how bad this experience was. I’m still livid! So now I have these ugly toes undone.

I just got done with a pedicure. These covid-19 days a person risks their life to go out in a public place. I got a pedicure paid extra for the deluxe, the guy TJ, who did mine did a horrible job! I could have done this bad of a job myself and stayed home! Im so disappointed! Last year when I was here whoever I had did a great job! TJ did not today! He acted like he didnt even care or wasnt interested and no personality whatsoever! I even gave him a tip. Do they think that older people just cant see? Ill be looking for a new nail salon thats for sure! I never give bad reviews! I guess theres always a first!

I recently moved to Yuma and was unsure where to go to get my nails done. Mr. Tin did a great job! I usually like a design or something different done to my nails than just a coat of polish. Mr. Tin was able to do my nails exactly how I wanted and how it looked on Pinterest. I will be going there from now on! The best part is not only did I get a lot of compliments on my nails, but when it was time for them to come off it left my natural nail healthy and not as weak as the other times I have gotten my nails done. Definitely recommend! They also did a great job on my pedicure too.

I’m giving this place a one star rating because it was my first time going, the lady who did my pedicure was rushing the entire time. She was going very fast and hurt me a few times when she cutting my cuticles. I had nail polish all around my skin on most of my toes. Not happy at all with the service.

We were traveling from California stopped here and loved the service friendly and clean, safe. Definitely better than alot of places they were welcoming. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Design was nice, but only put one gel topcoat instead of two when stones were used in the design. Lost one stone the same day, and two the next day. Went back and had them repair the stones and apply another top coat. Stones still intact a week later, though second top coat a different brand and is peeling in places.

Mark always does a good job on my nails and hes very nice. So gentle too. Never come away bleeding as I have other places.

Some of the staff are friendly but most of them are not. The nail guy at booth 5 is always rude. Im assuming the lady with the short hair directing everyone is the owner she lacks customer service skills. I was frequent and faithful customer for 3 years, I loved the tech Ivy and now that shes gone I will have to find somewhere else to go. I cant see myself going back after my experience today. and to add the pedicures are always rushed far as my nails ilI can complain.

Twice my gel manicure has lasted one week before pealing. At $90 each time, there will be no third visit.

Great service. Large shop with many technicians. I believe as many as 15 working at any time. They take walk-ins, but I make appointments to lessen wait time.

They fixed my acrylic manicure for free! I had gone to another shop to get an acrylic manicure and ended up with a mess. I came here to get it repaired and they were able to fix it very quickly. It not only looked great, but they didnt charge me for the service. Wonderful service and staff. Will be returning!

Got in quickly and the technician spoke very good English, but the coating looks irregular and heavier in places.

The very best place to go for a Manny- pedicure. The staff here all do an excellent professional job. They are very careful to clean the tubs, and sterilize the instruments they use to work on you. Service with a smile, very quick.

The first time I went to this shop I absolutely loved it! Jens husband did my nails and I was very pleased. I went back about 3 1/2 weeks ago and he was not available so Jodie did my nails. She absolutely butchered my cuticles and fingers. It hurt when she was doing it but I thought maybe I was just being sensitive but the next day I realized how messed up my fingers were. There are still not healed and I went to another ship this week to have them look at them and they said my fingers are still so red and cut that they could not do my fill. I am not happy at all! I dont know if she was in a rush or what because she said she is usually appointment only cause she has so many clients. I have been having my nails done for 13 plus years and this has never happened. Very disappointed!

I used to love this place. I always walked in and got my services. Yesterday, I was treated rudely and told it would be a half hour wait because I didnt make an appointment. I didnt even know they would take appointments. When I used them last time, I did call and requested a certain person, and didnt even get him. They are catering to Winter Visitors instead of people who are here year round. Im not bashing winter visitors, but I was sitting there waiting, and she took people that came in after me. We locals help support them, too. I will not return to this place. I live close by, but I will drive into town. It makes me sad.

So I was accepted as a walk in & I was given to an older women.. she was trying her best but didn’t have a clue what she was doing. LUCKLY! My favorite nail tec “Tom” saw her mistake & jumped in & took over & saved my nails. He corrected everything & took his time doing so. He left my nails clean & smooth. Beautiful work. He puts his heart into his work and I am NEVER Disappointed leaving his chair. My advice is to request him. He will not let you down. Not to mention he’s very friendly!

Pros:-Massage chairs-The pedicure was really nice and they did a good job on my toes.-Discount stamp card after 5 servicesCons:-The place is clean but has a really strong smell of nail polish which gave me a headache.-The female at the front desk is not very helpful and rude... I dont know why she look so angry when I ask her some questions since its my first time here..

First visit they put me with an older gentleman for my pedicure. He was extremely rough making the experience very uncomfortable. I ask him several times to slow down and be more gentle. Second time I was given Lynn and she did a very good job after I explained my previous experience. Third time I ask for Lynn, she was rough, dug into my toe making it bleed. Very sore. For two days afterwards I put neosporin and bandaged my toe unable to wear a shoe. I will not be going back nor would I recommend them.

One day after shellac appointment there are only two nails that have not chipped. This is my second time here. First gel nail/shellac treatment lasted less then two weeks before started chipping but only one nail after that appointment. Prices are good and staff are friendly but if my nails look this bad after one day won’t be going back.

Accross from Verizon in the foothills Wal Mart mall. They readily accept walk inside. They have lots of chairs, so the wait is minimal. Nice, professional staff who do great work.. Very clean.

Got waxing done and it was great she used all the right stuff and was so kind and made sure to try and get every single hair . its a nice big shop and has lots of room and chairs, even a kids chair so u can take ur child for a pedi witch i thinks a cute idea .
