Great place to get your brows waxed. Quick. In and out. Excellent job. Inexpensive. Sure makes life easier. 😜(I do not like plucking my brows one painful pluck at a time.)

Rude manager yells at you that his staff doesnt have time if you want to upgrade your pedi. Even with an appt and no other customers waiting. Yet they have the nerve to ask if I want to get my nails done too. Umm thought you didnt have time? They dont do designs, no jewels, plain color, limited skills. Same owners as the shop by the 98 cent store.

It was my first time today at this place and I got a mani and pedi done. The personels are very friendly and the place looks clean and the price is just right. I gave 1 star because i was not happy with who was assigned to me, she seems to look tired and was in a rush doing my nails, i tried to tell her how I wanted it done and she felt kind of angry and she end up giving me the nail nipper to do it how i want it, which i tried showing her i still have a bunch of cuticles on the side. I end up leaving and was very dissapointed with its out come with my cuticle still visible :(. I attached a picture with my pedicure and manicure as soon as I got home, u be the judge..

Went in to ask for some jewels on my nails and was told they dont do this...What what nail shop doesnt have little gems to put on your nails😠

I ordered the Deluxe Pedicure which included the Spa Pedicure, callus treatment, exfoliation, mask and the hot towel wrap paraffin. Kathy was friendly and professional and didnt pinch the skin as she performed miracles ico trimming my toenails. Overall, a great experience and a return visit is in the cards.

Came in for gel shellac nail manicure, pedicure and brought my 6 year old daughter for a pedicure.First, the lady that did my pedicure was shirt with me, she was aggressive with my pedicure, cut my cuticle too short on several nails hurting me. I asked for a simple coral color on my toes with a teal and white flower design. I showed the lady a picture and she got visibly upset with me that I asked for a design. She seemed very irritated that I wanted anything but plain color.The color I picked was visibly bad, it was thick, chunky, inconsistent texture on my toes. She insisted it was ok and to give it a chance once she got 2 coats on and the top coat. I waited......it still didn’t look good then she attempted to do the flower while the color was still wet and it caused scratch marks in the color, she took the color off repainting 3 different times trying to figure out how to do the flower. The employee next to her was trying to tell her AND show her how to do a flower several time but you could again tell she was annoyed. I told her if she didn’t know how to do this design to say so and have someone else do it that knows how. Mind you, they have to several nail tips on display showing various designs and there was a flower example so someone obviously knew how to do designs correctly. After 1.5 hours and I’mNow late to my next appointment in El Centro I told her to just stop, leave it as a plain color. I get under the dryer and whatever top coat they used was making the color separate and crack. I showed it to her and she accused me of hitting something while under the dryer....I NEVER moved and all the toes were doing it. She angrily sat me back in the chair and took the polish off and tried a different color. Again after sitting under the dryer for 16 minutes, timer went off and again the polish was cracking. I didn’t have time at this point to have a redo AGAIN!!! I left and called them back an hour later to let them know about it. She asked me to come back that day which my response was “I’m over 1.5 hours away from Yuma, if I get back in time I’ll come in, if not I’ll be there tomorrow”. I didn’t get back until 8pm and they were long closed. Went back the next day and again they accused me of “bumping” my toes on something. The polish wasn’t smudged it bumped, it was CRACKING, straight line cracks through the polish, not to mention paint all over my cuticles, didn’t clean it up, etc. she then asked why I didn’t come back the day before which I told her again that I was at an apt and wasn’t sure if u would be back to town in time. Just a lot of attitude, not professional, rude! I never got my nails done because it took too long for my toes to be finished and they made me over 1 hour late getting to my next destination for an apt I had in El Centro!!Second: They never cleaned up my daughter cuticles, her nails were jagged, not cut down and filed correctly, no foot massage for her or anything. The first polish job was horrible, paint on her skin, etc. she was crying because the lady didn’t listen to her. She had a base color picked with a second color of large sparkles she wanted on top. They didn’t put the sparkles on. She was in tears and then they were talking so poorly to my sweet girl. So bad that an older gentleman that was there with his wife said something to the lady about the way they were talking to my daughter who was visibly upset. They they charged me $17 to basically put polish on my daughters toes. I was so upset. She wanted her nails done as well and I told her no, I would do them myself.What was supposed to be a relaxing and fun “spa” day with my baby girl turned into an utter nightmare that stressed me out and upset me. They charged me full price for everything!!! So not okay for the awful experience we had.

In using the tool to remove dead skin too much skin was removed so I am left with raw and painful areas on the bottom of my foot.

I made an appointment at this salon today and I was greeted promptly and my technician prepared her tools and made me feel comfortable.. Her skills were lacking as she lacked the ability to actually perform what was needed for a good pedicure..I believe there were health issues involved. Quite disappointing .. I reapplied my polish after I got home ..Certainly the worst pedicure ever .. I feel she did the best she could however I feel that she should not be working there anymore.. Very poor quality work ..

Sophia did an awesome job on my nails and did them exactly how I wanted them! The staff is all really friendly and fast working, got a full set for $30 and in less than an hour! I will be going back for a fill when due

The price list is a joke its not accurate at all they double charge for gel polish they dont disclose the pricing differences at all and over all they do a quick sloppy job and i tip way to good to have ugly nails i spent to much on. 10/10 wouldnt recommend going here save your money and your nails.

I’ve come here and then gone somewhere else for a better deal, but the quality is so much better here than the other local places. I’m really happy with the service and quality of their work. I will keep my business with them.

Felt very safe, lots of barriers and masks, gloves....my feet are now happy feet.

I am not really used to putting my feet in the foot tub with out the plastic bag nail salons usually use but other then that I enjoyed my self i had a great time with these ladies❤. This will be my go to stop from here on out ...

This is my favorite place to go. Wally is my guy! He does such a great job and always makes my nails beautiful. I tell him to surprise me and he makes nails a work of art. Great prices and everyone is so friendly.by far the best place to go in yuma.

Dont get a pedicure here, please spend a little more to get one done at a spa, unless you want fungus that causes ugly toenails or even no toenails at all. My mother showed me her poor toenails that are softening, turning yellow, and falling off after having a pedicure done here. They dont clean their foot tubs out as thoroughly as they should between each customer. Im so glad Ive only had manicures done there. Theyre great with nails, just beware with pedicures.

This is a great place to get a Mani pedi. The staff are very committed to giving you the best and relaxing care.Have been going there for four years. My friend and I treat ourselves once a month together after lunch at Kountry Kitchen, hair cuts at Ultimate Hair (with our husbands) and Pedicure at Yumas #1 Nails (without our husbands).Fun day!

The food was not good, very plain and tasteless, the service was ok

Went in to get my acrylic nails taken off but instead I got my nail sliced and cut by the lady who was working on my nails. To make it even worse she continued to file and drill over my broken and BLEEDING nail. When she finished she didnt offer a bandaid or any sort of discount for my bleeding finger. When I came back the next day to try to get some sort of compensation, she argued that it was normal and my nail had already been cracking when in reality all my nails were intact before I had gotten my acrylics off. And to make matters even worse, one of the other ladies working was giving me a very nasty look while I was trying to get my money back. Unfortunately, I walked out empty handed and having a stare down with the other employee. Worst service ever, and most immature staff ever. In other words, DONT GO THERE.

I always rate my people before I go. We shall see. Benefit of the doubt :)
