Took my truck in for PM,check engine lights and apu unit not working came out with one check engine light still on electric outlets not working in sleeper and they turned my truck down from 68 and 70 miles per hour to 65 with no authority. Last but not least my cap sanitizer Took legs and walked i will never go back again to a place that stomps so low.

Have taken this truck in 5 times for the same issue. Signed off as completed. Got the truck back and all the same issues are still there after having the truck for 2 weeks. Take your truck to any ryder location but this one

Good place to rent big trucks

Had issues with Regen and loss of power. First episode took it to Ryder in Erie PA. Was there for 5 hours. All they did was a forced Regen n cleared engine lights. Next day 80 miles from home it happens again and I limp it to Youngstown Ryder where I sat for 5hours again. Dave was my mechanic at the Youngstown Ryder. He figured it out and the truck has never ran better. Hope next time I have engine issues I can make it to the Youngstown Ryder and have Dave working on it.. Thanks Dave Mechanic at Meridian Rd. Location. Give Dave a raise. He earns it.

My company leased a truck from them. If I had a problem with the truck they always did the best they could to get it taken care of. Great guys there.
