The penske company is awesome . The Austintown rental place is well equipped to fix them, the truck was very clean, I moved a whole truck load of household items and I was not able to return it on time and had to use it another day they worked with me and I payed another day without any penalty . They walked me around the truck explained how everything worked and were very very helpful .I give this place a solid 5 stars for everything, knowledge, friendly employees, and willing to go the extra mile for the customer !!! Would use them again and recommend them to anyone .

My son uses one of there trucks for his transport business they keep a credit card on file for the weekly charge. The credit card is in my husbands name and I make the payment for my son every week. I have had to call twice now because they try to over charge. $959 once for a weekly $588 charge. Then yesterday they tried to charge over $3,000 dollars and when I called I got the run around from a guy who said he didn’t understand the system it was to complicated to explain then he hung up on me!!! VERY BAD AT SERVICE, VERY BAD!!!!!

I get fuel at work there, and they service our tractors.

Horrible truck I was told from customer service 1(800) number my 26 foot would have a gate lift so I went to a Penske location to pick up a truck and they gave me a horrible truck and no gate lift for $1,356 is way to much and they are not friendly what so ever would not recommend

Do your research! We did a one way trip from WA to OH for less than $2000 in a 26ft truck. It was comfortable, clean, & had dual drive modes (standard & auto). Hands down better price with free unlimited miles & couple other pluses when compared to some other rental agencies.(I ordered online & picked it up easy peasy at one of their dealers. Dropped it off at Penske on Sunday (they were closed) & got email confirmation on Monday super convenient.

Called shop to have a simple procedure done and was told that they couldnt do it due to policy. When i know another location did it not even 3 days earlier for another drive.... bunch of lazy mechanics.

Turned in the truck I rented to this location. Only thing I disliked was it was in the middle of no where. Customer was good at this place.

Terrible customer service, terrible trucks. Took it in to get fixed 20 min away and they call and said it was ready 3 hours later but never fixed the problem. Dont get trucks from here if you are going out of town.
