We had reserved a truck about a month prior to our move. We showed up the morning we were supposed to pick up our truck and due to covid related delays, they didn’t have a truck available in the size we needed. While that was most definitely an unfortunate event, the way they handled it and how hard they worked to make it right, made the service outstanding. So many things are out of our control right now during the pandemic, but businesses that uphold high standards for their customers is a business worth using. Reserved a truck for sunday p/u, called on Saturday to confirm, went to pickup on sunday morning and they had no truck for me. I called every number I could find as this is a sunday and nothing is open. Finally someone calls me back 4 hours later and tells me they have a truck 50 miles away from me that I can pickup but they close in 25 minutes... Uuummmmm. Thats a problem seeing I dont have a jetplane that can get me there that fast, so I ask if they can wait for me to get there and the guy is rude and tells me NO... That he is just going to cancel my reservation!!! Now all my daughters things are sitting in her front yard waiting to be loaded and I have no truck..smh. So we put everything back in the house and lock it up. I now have to pay another months rent because I have to find another moving truck when everything opens on monday. Budget has not offered to help in any way to fx this issue but I will be calling tomorrow and try to speak with someone who can fix this problem. Best of luck to whoever rents from them. So far I would not even give them a half 🌟...
