Probably the best dip manicure I’ve ever gotten. Certainly the best I’ve been to in York. I’ve tried LV Nails and Perfect Nails and was not satisfied with their service, but Nation Nails is great. I’m not worried about chipping polish or breaking a nail. Du does a fantastic job and he’s really polite.

While the experience was great, not exactly thrilled about the shape of my toenails. I asked for them to be all even in length. Not so much. Polish is thick in some areas, thin and almost see through in others. Kinda disappointed since I got the deluxe pedi.

I love Anne, she is an absolute doll. She gives me the prettiest nails and always talks to me with a smile! I am so happy to have found her.

Nails look amazing but the pricing is never consistent. I went with my friend, she got a fill and gel for $36. All I got was dip on my natural nails and they wanted to charge $50. Unfortunately won’t be able to go back since it’s not consistent.

I went in without an appt. and was seated right away. I showed the gentlemen what I wanted and he copied it pretty well. I was really happy with the services recieved. The quality and customer services was above and beyond, not to mention the pricing!

I didn’t like my nails to begin with, but to say your nails hold up, that they won’t pull up & to brag about how this is what they would look like from photos with a full set. I laugh about it cause here we are 4 days later & my acrylic nails are all chipping & pulling. Along with my friends that decided to do a fresh new set. Needless to say, we won’t be returning & will be going to the place that he said “did horrible job” but none of my acrylics cracked there.. 🤷🏽‍♀️

I have always been more than pleased with all work from this company. They always make sure precision and perfection is KEY! Not one time was I ever dissatisfied with their work. I highly recommend going here for nails, as I get more acrylics done, with sometimes difficult looks or patterns, I am ALWAYS overly satisfied with work done.

Thought going there would be a good experience the nails I got weren’t what I wanted and I said no gel but they still put gel on. Before I realized it was to late and spent 65 dollars on it. Then today when taking them off they are so thick and it ripped off my whole nail and the day after I got them my nails were hurting to bad. Not good at all.

I went to this place three times. The first time I went I got a fill and they did a great job on the set I wanted. The second time I made an appt and sat for an HOUR and had to walk out because I had things I needed to do. The guy ran after me to say he can get me in in a few mins, but I still left because like I said it was an hour after my appointment time and I still didn’t get called back. The third time my sister and I went. We both were getting fills. When we walked in we were greeted and went to look at colors. The guy told us someone can have a seat next to where he’s at when we were ready. So we continue looking at colors. He then again told one of us to sit down beside his table so my sister went and sat for 5 mins before he even came over to start her nails because he was finishing up someone else’s. He was very rude about having her sit and it just didn’t make any sense to me because he wasn’t even ready for her. And she didn’t know what colored she wanted. He started taking the color off her nails but then stopped and went back to the girl he was at before he started my sister. He had to do the hot towel and the lotion and then had to walk to the front to check her out. He came back to my sister and was telling her that the salon who did her nails last time did such a bad job. I got called back to get my nails started. The guy doing my sisters would not stop talking about how messed up her nails were and whatever. The lady that did mine did a good job but cut me a few times with the nail sander. And didn’t seem to worried about it. Going back to my sisters nails. Towards the end of getting her nails done the guy kept walking away and starting other people’s nails and stuff. It just like blew my mind. Why not finish my sisters then start the others? Why have 4 different costumers going? On top of the terrible service and the rudeness my sisters nails looked WORSE then what she went in with. Her nails are not all the same shape and three of her nails are not the same length. I thought I would go back again thinking maybe it was a busy day but nope. Never going back. EVER.

They file my toe nails crooked & once I complained that they were crooked the lady stopped doing it and walked away then came back and decided to cut them all the way down to the point where they were red! Then walked away I didn’t even get to my refill I just paid and left! Never going back there again!!

I got acrylic nails, and they are just terrible. Im not one to complain, but theyre so bad... they are lumpy, theyre not attached to my nails well (one chipped off within a week), theyre not smooth around the sides and cuticle so they get stuck on EVERYTHING, the nail polish is uneven to the point where the sides of my nails are a different color because the second coat didnt cover my whole nail... I understand nobody is perfect, but they just really messed up my nails. I dont know how you can look at your work and charge someone when it looks like this. UPDATE: When I tried to make an appointment to get them fixed, I got hung up on. So, sent an email trying to make an appointment. No response for weeks. Eventually, I went in and made an appointment in person. The owner responded go me saying that I can come in and get them fixed free of charge, but I had obviously still planned to tip the woman because it wasnt her fault they got messed up last time. They charged me the while amount because they thought I was lying. I showed them the owners response to my original review saying free of charge but they did not care. And honestly, they still look like garbage. I went back to get them fixed to give them a 2nd chance, and they made it worse. Terrible customer service, terrible work

Ive been here twice now, the first time I had an appointment and had to wait for a little after I got here which was no big deal at all, I was in no rush and I understand theyre trying to make their other customers fully satisfied, and this time was just as good ! My sister an I came in, both got nails and pedicures in a timely fashion, the guy does an AMAZING job, not that the others dont, Ive just only ever had him. Hes so nice and just does amazing at nails. I will definitely be coming back for an every 2 week fill in, color change and pedicure. I couldnt be happier !😊

This was my first time and I just got my eyebrows and a pedicure. Very clean and nice service. 10/10 would recommend. They have set up glass and are following social distancing protocols. I will be coming back for a manicure very soon!

Love coming here, they always take good care of me and give me exactly what I want. I get my eyebrows done here regularly and it’s the only place I’ve ever been where my eyebrows don’t swell up and get all red afterwards. 10/10 recommend them! ❤️

The ladies here are an absolute delight! I called in for a pedicure and full set. As soon as I arrived they greeted me and had me choose a color, was on placed at my pedicure seat immediately and was blown away from the pedicure I had! I had chosen a basic and I wasn’t one of those quick rushed pedi! She took her time! I was the only customer inside for my full set so both ladies started working on my nails both made sure I was comfortable at all times since both arms were in different directions their team work is incredible both hands looked identical for 2 different people working on them! Blown away by this salon will continue to come back and recommend to anyone I know!

Got my pedicure today and I was not happy at all!Forget about the foot massage I’d rather get a good pedicure. I didn’t come for foot massage.Overall I was not satisfied. Perfect Nails does a better pedicure in my opinion.

Excellent service my mother and I received. Our nails were messed up from the previous place we went and Nation Nails and Spa fix our nails plus more and so clean. The staff is AWESOME and the pedicure I got omg was better the other place as well. The I highly recommend this place to everyone. The only place I will be going to get my nails and pedis done. My friend and I wanted our nails done and made the mistake of wasting the time and money going here, considering now I need to have them fixed. I wanted a coffin shaped nails and now I’m surprised I’m not in one given my experience. My nails are not only CROOKED but realllyyy small. The two ladies seemed to be laughing at the size of Mine and my friends nails. Keep in mind, 45$!!! For a set of acrylic nails. The glue burned both of our skin! The one man who worked there did good work, but the lady that did mine seemed like she was really rushing. Never again, HIGHLY SUGGEST OTHERWISE! I would give 0 stars but there isn’t an option.

I just had my nails done at Nation Nails and Spa, and I was incredibly impressed with how clean it was, the safety measures they have taken since COVID, and the quality of my nails! They had installed plexiglass walls at the nail stations, and added large shields for pedicures.

Ive been getting my nails done for 17 years. I can honestly say Ive visited most of the nail salons in York and this place by far, is the best Ive ever tried. I love that they not only understand what youre saying to them but they also care that youre happy with the work.

I went in with my girlfriend, she was getting a fill in and I like to get a pedicure awhile. We tried this one out for something different. No one ever took me, looked at me, looked at my name on the sign up sheet. One of them even said to me, “she’s almost done, don’t worry” while she was getting her fill in. I think they assumed that because I’m just a “boyfriend” I didn’t need serviced. Plus the wait was extremely long. Will not be returning here, definitely going back to Allure Nails on Town Center Drive.

The one lady who did my nails paid close attention and did them perfectly. She was very professional and I cant say a bad thing about her. I love my nails! BUT my sister was next to me getting hers done by the guy with the slicked back hair who clearly didnt care. Theyre all different shapes and sizes and blamed her when he got polish on her skin. I dont even know how you get nails to look like that. We figure well tell people I let my 4 year old do her nails.

Ive been going to nation nails for a couple years now I am there every 2 to 3 weeks never do I have a complaint with lifting of the nail my color chipping or my customer service. The ladies in this shop are nice and professional I would recommend anyone to go there. They may be busy at times but that just shows that they are good at what they do

I took my daughter here for years with Ana - She is great! If its not right - Shell make sure it is b4 you leave. We dont wait and then call later to ask about changing things....We do it b4 we leave the building. With that said...... You wont regret going here / Ask for Ana or Jessie they are the best.

This place is so much better than I had anticipated. Most nail salons Ive been to in York are either not very nice looking, or the staff is not friendly or they do a bad job on my nails and I did not experience ANY of that here. They were friendly on the phone when i scheduled my appointment and when j got there. The place looks clean. And my nails are perfectttttttt! I dont know his name but the man that did my nails did an amazing job and they have a nice variety of polish colors too. I highly recommend at least trying this salon.

I wouldnt recommend this place at all. Went for a pedicure and full set its not even 3 days later one of my nails broke the paint job on my nails was so horrible i had to get it fixed the next day from another nail place. I was rushed out with wet nails also the nails they put on are too small for my natural nails. I have never experienced such a horrible job in my life.

I got a full set with gel polish. They did a great job on my nails. Very precise and clean! The store is clean and neat and the environment is positive.

Been going here for over a year. Never any problems. Great service. Had a 10 am appointment this a.m. and I sat there till 1015. Walked out. If they couldnt do it at 10, they should not have taken appointment. Time to find a new salon. My time is important too.

The overall work done to my nails (fill-in Gel) was good but the male who did them cut my finger pretty deep it was bleeding also I had an appointment for 2pm didn’t have work started until 2:15pm I feel like I should have gotten a discount for the cutting of my finger. Didn’t seem like he wanted to have conversation with me when I was talking to him either.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The man doing my nails was obnoxious and rushed through the whole thing. I just wanted a regular manicure he was rough and rushed it. then I wanted my lip waxed. Very inexperienced! The waxer ripped some of my skin off on my lip. Needless to say I Ill never!! Ever go back there.

I feel like I got duped by the reviews. I just moved to the area and was looking for a salon to start going to regularly. I went into the salon at 6:00 pm on a Sunday. An hour before close. I was put in a chair within 10 minutes of walking in so that was great. But that was about where the great stopped. I was there for a fill-in and a cut down. The gentleman who did my nails didnt talk to me at all and any time I spoke to him he didnt acknowledge me. I asked for a design on one nail on each hand with a gold polish I picked out. He didnt use the gold, but instead silver. Not a huge deal but thats not the worst. Where my nails where previously done, you can see lines where he cut away some the old acrylic. I also asked for a cut down and that didnt happen. I have never been able to see line from where my nails were filled in, no matter where I have gone they have always looked as if they were freshly done as a brand new set but this is terrible. The more I look at them the more frustrated I get because it is so visible. It looks like i tried to fill in my own nails at home instead of going to a salon and paying for them. I dont know that I will go back unless I go back and they offer to fix this, however, based on the signs posted everywhere in the salon, I doubt they will. They dont seem very interested in fixing their mistakes based on those signs alone.

She talked on her cell phone (on speaker) the entire time I was there) the color was not the same that I chose, and she didnt care. . Given them enough of my time and money. So rude, can you imagine doing that with your clients while at work? Unacceptable.

I have gone to many nail places and I have had to wait for many appts- But here you dont wait that long / But if I am not happy I do not wait until I leave the place of establishment to make a google rant in hopes to hurt a business. I make it known there / at the time I am there / That something is not the way I like it. - Reading the review about the refund Everybody knows you CANT do a refund via phone -The card has to be present for a REFUND or anyone can just call and want a refund. I also read reviews b4 I make appts to new places - But I also weigh out the good and bad / As you can see - THE GOOD out weighs the bad here and always WILL... Women ran business - GO GIRLS!

Got my nails done on Saturday. One nail fell off on Monday, another on Tuesday and had 4 off by Friday. Paid almost $60. Waste of money. I would not recommend.

Its too bad theres not negative stars because thats what these thieves deserves. I went here with my sister this morning for a pedicure and waited with my feet in water for an HOUR before someone even touched them which by that time the water was cold and my feet were shriveled. If it wasnt for the fact it was for my birthday I wouldve gotten up and left. The lady did a rushed job, she got nail polish all over my skin, didnt clip my nails or file them or anything. When we went to pay and rightfully asked for a discount the women asked another lady there if she could give us a discount, which she then came back and said $20 each. We then got our cards back and were each charged $24.00. When asked why she said it was $25 normally and she gave us a $1 discount and continued to be rude to us after the poor service. I called back later today and asked for a refund or more of a discount taken off my payment and the lady lied to me, argued with me and refused to process any type of refund and lied saying she couldnt/didnt know how. She repeatedly kept saying come back I have to do it with you here after I already repeated myself about a million times saying Im not local. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THEY ARE RUDE AND SCAM YOU!

If I could give this establishment a negative star rating I would. My sister waited an hour, (soaking her feet in water till the water was cold and her feet were prunes) till someone finally came over to do her pedicure, which lasted about 10 minutes not even. My lady didn’t even ask if I wanted my nails cut down, and when it came time to paint my nails, the owner came over and painted them in 2 minutes. No top coat and nail polish all over my skin. I 100% could have done a better job. Then when it came time to pay we asked for a discount for the dissatisfaction with our visit and for the wait, so they generously offered to take $1 off the total price. Needless to say we will never be going back and we suggest that no one else does. Insultng, frustrating, and terrible experience and a waste of a day.

Been going here faithfully for 1 and a half yrs. went in tonight, i asked for anna who always does my nails and she was busy and asked if i could wait. of course! shes my nail girl! in the meantime she gets a phone call asking if she could do a mani/pedi and she told the girl a half hour. the girl shows up 5 minutes later and she took her first! you just lost a very loyal customer!

Came in at 3:30 on a Sunday. Asked if they coukd do a mani/pedi. I knew it was late in the day so I asked several times if they were sure they had enough time, and that I understood if they didnt, etc. They said no no we do both. Its ok. Pedicure started by one lady and then another lady starts doing my nails at the same time. I have to reach across myself to give her my hand, at the same time as Im trying to keep still for the lady painting my toenails, resulting in messed up polish all around. Also, not very relaxing, which is part of the point of a pedicure. I was rushed the ENTIRE time, wasnt spoken to at all until the girl asked me if I was tipping cash or putting the tip on the credit card! 😞If you dont have time to provide your services the right way, then dont say that you can.I get my nails done all the time. Needed them done on a Sunday this week and was limited in places that were open. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. Will NEVER go back again. I wouldnt even give one star, but I wasnt able to give zero.
