My nails have never looked this bad! They are all uneven and so thick! They did such a sloppy job and cut me multiple times. I always get acrylics and fills elsewhere and I’ve never been hurt so many times. You can see the damage in my nail under the acrylics… they got acrylic all over my skin too! Now I have to go get my nails done again and spend more money somewhere else!

Ive been here a couple of times and my experience has been pretty pleasant. This last time I went- I got my toes done and a full set. I initially told the woman I didnt want a full set becuase I was going to run out of time.. she insisted. She started to do my nails as I was getting my pedicure and rushed entirely through the whole thing. I got my nails done on Wednesday and they are already lifting like I got them done weeks ago.

Two employees in the shop. Both friendly. Rushing through my manicure to get to the customers coming through the door for their appointments. (A women came in for a 1pm appt and they got to her 40mins later.)I had acrylics and gel polish. The acrylic was applied too thick, uneven and caked under the nail. The polish did not cover the side or front edge of nail. They wanted to fix the problem and I didnt let them. They messed up every step of the process, so I didnt think there was a reason to waste more time for them to correct it. It would be different if it was just one issue and not multiple issues.

Went there with my sisters in law and it was by far the worst experience EVER. I went for a full set and the lady I had was so unfocused and was just everywhere all of my nails are uneven as well bumpy even told her to fix it and it was still a mess I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE. One of the guy told my sister in law she had a bumpy nail which she has always gotten pedicure and never was told that before then they did a horrible job just in general !

These girls are seriously the best.. they make me feel welcomed and they are so easy to talk with. I take all my friends here and recommend them to everyone..

The salon owners are friendly. They listen to your request and the craftsmanship is always beautiful.

The rudest staff. They do not even acknowledge you and the fail communicate how long the wait is. I came here twice and I will not be back

I’ve given 3 chances to this place now every time I come within a week my nails a broken and chipped (gel nails) always very thin always rushing. I got a full set last week and 4 nails were broken one week from getting them done. Staff is very disrespectful. I will NEVER return. This place is dirty they do not sanitize between customers. 0/10 very ghetto would not recommend. This business is a complete joke.

The staff was friendly but the manicure was horrible. My cuticles were shredded and hurt for days. I got the dip powder polish and it lasted 7 days, $50 (with tip) for a service that should last about 3 weeks and barely made it a week

They didnt listen to anything my friend and I asked for... I got coffin when I wanted squoval and the paint was not even fully colored in. The product is most definitely not worth the price..My shapes are crooked and uneven.. Dont go here please save yourself and your nails.

Told me to come and and knew that they had appointment at 5 and told me it will be a hour wait when that close at 6

My gel nail polish came off 2 days after it happened and my nails started chipping

I scheduled an appointment for my daughter and I. When I arrived no one greeted me. Two of the women there were arguing and one was packing her things to quit. They were screaming at each other in Vietnamese & I asked to use the bathroom and no one even answered me. I ended up leaving. I will never give these people my business again. Very rude and unprofessional!!!!!

These Ladies really pamper you i got the volcano pedi and a tip fill. Kathy did my nails so well you cant tell their fake and i could go a month till my next fill. Ive been all over york hands sown this is the best salon❤

My manicure was so thin the polish starting chipping in a few days. Mind you I got gel polish. My pedicure wasnt the greatest either.I rather go elsewhere where they care about the quality and not quantity.

Dont waste your time; gave me an appointment but when I got there tried to have me wait. Other customers had been there for over 3 hours. Then wasnt even sanitizing chairs in between customers. Terrible service.

10/10, the environment is calming, the staff is super nice and tentative and they care a lot about you being comfortable and relaxed. Did a really nice job on my nails too and I’m super picky with my eyebrows and I got them done here and I won’t go anywhere else!

Love the service here but the business never opens on time. They post they open at 9:00 but rarely do they arrive before 9:30

Walked in and didn’t get greeted was waiting and still didn’t get greeted or asked what did we want done so we left.

Got here 10mins early & waited 15 mins after the we’re supposed to be open... still wasn’t open. Waste of my time
