Amazing customer service and a variety of things to offer. Never been to a better nail salon anywhere and I travel all over. My tech did my nails and was the best ever.

This is the best place Ive been for a pedicure and manicure. The staff is so friendly, they do a great job and the atmosphere is beautiful. They are so sweet and really attentive.

What a gem of a find. ​At here, I was so impressed with the girls, knowing exactly want I wanted. The salon was clean, inviting and friendly! Pricing is very fair. I encourage everyone who is reading this review to go and visit them.

Definitely would not recommend.. Scheduled an appointment with my cousin and needed to wait over an hour after her nails were done to start mine. Very poor quality for the price and didn’t even get the same design that was shown in the picture I showed it was nothing even close. I honestly have no idea were all those good reviews are coming from

I really like going to here to get my nails done. My tech hooked me up and the atmosphere was very calming and reasonably priced...both my friend and i enjoyed this and plan to return.

Ive been getting acrylic nails here for the past year and have had very positive outcomes. The nail stations are surrounded with plexiglass shielding and your temperature is taken on arrival and hand sanitizer use enforced. Location is convenient to restaurants and fast food as well as many shops and a bank and gas station. Also has a bus stop out front. Nail technicians are efficient but not very conversant.

I will definitely be coming here every few weeks to get my mani and pedi done. I had a hard time picking my nail color but my tech helped me and I love my nails.

My fiance treated me for our 5 year anniversary and they did a fabulous job!!! I didnt get the name of the lady who did my nails but they look amazing!!! A full set for 40 bucks!!! Will be going again!!!!

I had a female service me this time (didnt get her name). Wonderful experience. Mani/pedi and brows. The chamomile foot spa was great and highly recommended.

Quality not great for price. Felt rushed the whole time. Even with having an appointment. I also was cut while they were doing my nails and it started bleeding, she said sorry but like ouch Ive never had that happen and of course no discount for a mess up.

If there was a zero option for stars I would chose that. NEVER coming back here. Got the dip nails. Lady barely understood any English. Literally like 3 words. Gave hand signals to tell me what to do because no English was spoken the entire two hours I was there. And she was way more interested in what every one else saying and doing. Nails are too long and wrong shape no matter how many times I tried to explain and tell her. I said shorter over and over and they’re still ridiculously too long for me. Once again NEVER coming back. Horrible service and very unhappy. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Best Pedicure ever!!

Not perfect in any way shape or form. I been getting my nails done for a year and NEVER had one come off, until now. Not the friendliest either. And I have been to a few nail salons in the York area. Price is pretty high compared to others as well. After them, I will only be going to a nail salon to get these taken off; Press Ons is what I will be trying.

I have my nails done by Paul and he always does a great job! I am picky and have complex designs and he will tell me if he can do it or not by looking at the picture.

Trust me I’m not a complaining type. This nail salon is not where you want to get your nails done. The one star is for their friendly atmosphere. The lady did not only cut my natural nail where she was not suppose to and glued it, but she also cut my finger when she straighten my nails.They don’t take time to work on your nails, for what you pay for.I don’t recommend this place.

I have been a customer for many years. I pick a color and they come up with fantastic designs! If I find a design on line they make it look better than the pic I showed them! Always pleased with the staff & service.

I give 2 stars because it was quick but at the same time on my second visit the lady that made me the nails didt make them correctly it was a mess it was the color that I choose and some of the nails werent done correctly the polish was awful done. Sorry because the first time was like a dream come true but the second NOT

The gentleman at station 2 was very nice making sure I was happy in the end. Also paid attention making sure they all were the same length and looked great!! Very happy

Literally did not speak to me until she asked me to get up to go dry my toes. I had to tell her twice how cold the water was. The pedicure was horrible. Very rushed. I could have given myself a pedicure and it would have looked the same. Tried to be nice and still tipped her. Didn’t even say thank you or bye or anything. So rude.

I never complain about things but this was honestly the worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten. It was painful, and they rushed everything. Definitely not worth my money, and my nail polish is already chipping 2 days later. I’ve never been so disappointed, it was a complete waste of my time and money. They cut and filed my nails so short that it hurt, the person doing my nails was not wearing gloves and was digging their long nails into my skin as they were painting them.

The operators at Perfect Nails are awesome! Kenny gave me a pedi and did my nails, one of the best nail salons Ive been to in a while.

Really affordable set of acrylic nails! Kenny was the best – he took a lot of time and care with my hands and I really appreciated that… most can be very rough and quick about it.

Strong nails done right been getting my nails done here for 3 yrs now and only chipped 1 once. I only go every 6 weeks the gel polish last and even with the grow out they dont break!!

They did an amazing job. But my nails are hurting very badly. They filed way to much of my real nails off.

I love this place, my nails were shaped perfectly. Everyone was nice and it was by far the best nail salon I’ve been to.

Stay away! Did not use new tools, not clean, very rookie at dipping powder... I would not recommend going here. May be fine for gel, but not dipping powder. The guy put 3 thick coats on followed by a clear coat... then filed them down with the electric filer. When he did that he took almost all the color off! He had to redo the color, and then he used a gel topcoat 🤦🏼‍♀️ I’ve had dipping powder many times at other salons, and this guy did not know what he was doing.

Im giving two stars only cause theyre nice... I absolutely hate how my nails turned out. They look like I slapped my hand against a table, nails first and they lifted . On top of that while filing the acrylic she filed the edge of my REAL nail down to the skin! So yes my nails hurt.... Love that the edge near the cuticle is thin and not bulging like most technicians do but thats about it...there isnt the desired C curve (where the acrylic is slighty thin in the back, at the free edge and most of the product is in the center of the nail bed to provide strength). It looks like a DIY job, yuck and ouch.

Went to get a full set today, they were all very friendly. Couple things that were bad, the painting of my nails were bad, not even hour after i left they chipped. Other then that it was goodWould not recommend

I got a full set, it cost about $10 more than what Im used to. The nail lady did not do anything with my cuticles, the acrylic was shaped poorly, and she did not put a base coat on before the nail polish. I recommend going somewhere else.

I love this place and the staff is so nice.

I would give negative rating if I could. They take walk ins, so we walked in at noon and was told at least a half-hour wait, we signed in walked down to get a sandwich was told to be back at 12:30. When we got back at 12:30 waited an hour STILL hadnt gotten our nails done. Finally left. My suggestion is to not walk in. Setup an appointment.
